Mind Max: Inspiration and Health

Good morning, John!

I just now finished the “PowerPause.” Actually, I began and could not stop reading until I reached the very end! It absolutely captivated my attention!

When I got to the end, my mind was racing, but with a distinct calmness… one that had been all-too-rare in my life lately. In fact, after reading the material, I was not inclined to go to bed! I got up and began writing, and enjoying the process as I had the very first time I wrote an article!

Three simple little steps… yet how powerful they really are. I can see how adapting these 3 steps into my life will bring a new level of satisfaction to my work, my relationships, my ability to make money and to my entire life!
