How To Boost Self Esteem
What causes low self esteem? Low self esteem is usually the result of negative
messages being absorbed by the subconscious. Begin to feed your mind with positive
messages and it can become a huge and powerful difference in your life!
What stops most people is uncertainty of what to say and how to word the affirmations
for optimal effectiveness.
Here are some helpful tips for overcoming and improving
your self esteem with positive affirmations!
1)Always use the present tense, never say that one day, you will learn
to love yourself, because it sounds like a second priority or that it is
not that important to you. Instead, say “I chose to love myself”.
This empowers you by giving you the choice to love yourself,
even at the present moment.
2)Let your affirmations be believable to you.
If you try to set higher expectations of yourself than you can actually
believe, such as, I am a wonderful person with a lot to offer the world,
and that is not the case, then, you are not going to believe it and so your
subconscious mind might reject it.
Try focusing on a process, rather than the end result in your positive affirmations.
Say, I am learning how to embrace, accept and share my
uniqueness with others.
3)Chose the right tone. Look at yourself in the mirror,
as this helps tremendously,
and recite your affirmations aloud or quietly to yourself but focus on the
tone you use.
Say the words with emotion and love, unlike reading aloud
from a newspaper, or a magazine.
Your subconscious will pick up the emotional aspect of
what you are saying.
When you repeat or recite the words, I really love myself with love
and compassion, as opposed to sarcasm, the positive affirmation
has more impact on your subconscious mind.
4)Repeat positive affirmations on a regular basis, several times a day.
Your subconscious mind may play with you and play back old,
negative messages, so you want to counteract those negatives as much as possible.
When you become aware of the fact that those old negative
thoughts are coming back to haunt you, out with them, and
recite your positive affirmations.
5)Give it time!
It takes time to change old habits into new habits and the same
applies to changing old, negative messages to positive ones.
It could take a few weeks or even a few months before you feel or
notice a significant difference in how you feel.
Do not be discouraged, stay with it and eventually you will
see a difference!
The change should be gradual, and bit by bit, you will
start feeling better and much happier, that is when
you will know it is working.

Reaching a state of conviction that the success that you want will be yours, that the abundance that you want will be yours, that the health that you want will be yours, that the happiness that you want will be yours and that your wildest dreams will be yours is where you want to be. But how do you get to that state?
We have all been taught by the movie The Secret that we must feel the feeling of already having what we want. In other words, we must have the conviction that it will come to pass, that it is already real inside of you, but that you just have to wait for others to see it’s true.
When an actor wins an Oscar, he or she had the conviction that they were the role. The best actors are the best because they have learned to have the conviction that they are no longer themselves. This is similar to what we need to do when we want something. If you want to achieve something, big or small, reaching this state is a must. Reaching a state of conviction is casting out all fears, all doubt, all worry, all negative thinking, all negative feelings and all negative images from your mind and replacing that space with a knowingness of what you envision.
The Powerful State of Conviction Can Be Reached with the Help of Your Body
Stand up or sit up straight. Suck in your stomach as much as you can but not so much where you can’t hold it for about five minutes. Lock your eyes on one particular spot on the wall or wherever you are. Breathe rhythmically and think about what you want. Let you confident posture and a confident facial expression communicate with your subconscious mind that you are sure, that you have the conviction that your biggest dreams are already real inside of you and that they will begin to manifest in the world now. Repeat this idea in your mind and even say it out loud for at least five minute or as long as you can.
There is no time limit. Just do what you have to do to reach as state of 100% conviction that what you want it a reality.
Concentrate on the word conviction when you want something and practice the exercise in the article and transform your life from the inside out.

There was an interview with one of the American millionaires who was poor and over a few years became a millionaire. Everyone wondered how he went from being poor to becoming a millionaire in a few years. When the interviewer asked him, “How did you become a millionaire?” He said, “I did two things and everyone who will do them will become a millionaire.” The interviewer asked, “What are the two things?” He said, “The first thing is I decided to become a millionaire. There is a difference between wish, desire, and making a solid decision. The second thing I did was take action. My decision was serious and I took serious and massive action and I became a millionaire.”
Always keep in your mind that to improve and change yourself for better, you need two things, making a decision, and taking action.

Depression, sadness, killing, rape, insult, cancer, assassination, betrayal, hell, torment, rape, crying, bitterness, volcano, pain, suffering, earthy quake, poverty…
What kind of emotions do you feel now after reading these words? Do you feel some kind of pain in your body? Perhaps shortness of breath? Have these negative words affected your feelings and emotions? Do you know what the power of self talk is?
The words that you say, speak, and hear affect your feelings and emotions and lead you to where you don’t want to be. Most of these negative thinking effects people in a direct and indirect way and they end up not knowing why they feel negative.
All of these words and experiences get stored in the subconscious mind and they end up effecting your emotions and feelings and could lead to depression, irritability, sadness among other things.
From now on, pay attention to what you read, watch, see, hear, and speak. Learn to watch your thoughts all the time especially before you go to sleep.
It is sad that many people love to read pages of newspapers and magazines that talk about accidents, earth quakes, suffering, poverty among other negative issues. All of these negative issues will manifest in your life if your keep thinking about them.
Negative thoughts are a serious problem that affects everyone’s life, which is why it is important that you learn to clean up your mind of these negative issues. It is crucial that people try to disseminate positive ideas in the community and the house that they live in.
Now, I want you to think about the following words: happiness, serenity, tranquility, appreciation, sincerity, gratitude, love, heaven, paradise, family, friends, God, dreams, hope, sunshine, compassion, kindness, nature, water, wealth, money, prosperity, loyalty…

Motivational Speaker – Changing from the inside out (NNOS Studios of Ohio)
Whatever is going on without is simply a reflection of what is going on within our brains. It’s the way we were designed. People who are always looking for negative things in others will always have negative things coming their way. They may utterly hate negative things…but laws are laws: your brain only let’s you see what it is programmed to look for.
Stated plainly, things that come to our conscious recognition, such as a sound or picture we’ve seen/heard before, come to our conscious mind. Yet our conscious mind is only responsible for 2-4 percent of our perceptions and behaviours. The subconscious is responsible for the other 96-98 percent. Try to understand that our actions are simply a result of what we believe. Our beliefs are neural networks on our subconscious mind. They form our perceptions. They are responsible for how we see things. Did you ever notice how after you bought a certain car you are suddenly noticing other cars like yours? Were they not there before? No, your brain just spit that info out before it was able to come to your conscious recognition. It does this by something called a Reticular Activating System(RAS) which is a search engine based on your beliefs.
Life will bring you what you expect. What you expect, not necessarily what you desire. It will bring you what you desire only after you train you mind to expect it. This brings us to another phrase: “I’ll believe it when I see it.” The phrase in actuality, is completely backwards. It should say, “I’ll see it when I believe it.”
All of the upcoming info applies to all and any part of life, but because I typically speak motivationally on success, I’ll speak in that language. Success is not money. It’s achievement. Our brain allows us to recognize music or cars or smells or whatever is part of it’s belief or habits system. This system is our conditioning. It is 50 percent genetic and 50 percent environment. So if our conditioning is that of lack, our brain takes that as instruction and makes it easy for us by filtering out whatever is not part of our conditioning. So we only see the articles, the tv shows, the statistics that support our conditioning. Everything else is equally present, but it is spit out as irrelevant data. Articles about success are not registered…and if they get considered, the brain will send a chemical in the body that causes doubt, fear, and anxiety. It does this because it feels you are stepping out of your “comfort zone”.
No one with a conditioning of lack can maintain wealth for longer than a short period of time unless they change from the inside. This is why 85 percent of people who win the lottery are in the same or worse condition within 3 years of winning. The conditioning must be changed. This is a difficult process, and it takes time and discipline. But life will give you what you demand of it…what you’re conditioned to find. It’s the way we were created. It’s a divine design.

Motivational Speaker(NNOS Studios of Ohio) Breaking the ninja in your brain
There is a ninja in your brain. Actually, not only one, but 3 of them.. Motivational speakers? Not quite. They are responsible for your success and your failure – the ninjas. Motivational speakers will try to show you how. A ninja will do whatever it takes to complete his purpose, but I’m a motivational speaker because I’ve figured him out. Let’s roll.
Here they are: your habits, your beliefs, and your immediate environment. The three work very closely together. Forcing a change on any ONE of these, alters the parameters but not the collaboration.
Our body is only a mass of energy at an extremely high rate of vibration. Everything is made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of energy. That is the beginning of a very deep field which we won’t get into in this article, but you will be able to find me and several other motivational speakers speaking on that topic: quantum physics.
Our actions are simply an end result of our beliefs and habits, which are part of the subconscious faculties of our brains. So the subconscious mind is the command center. But it goes much deeper: everything is first picked up by your subconscious mind, analyzed, and if found relevant to your beliefs, it is allowed to come to your conscious recognition. You don’t see with your eyes, you see with your brain. The eyes only allow light to enter but it is the brain that deciphers what that light actually is.
To be concise, if you hold beliefs that you will not be able to achieve something, your brain will only allow you to see the data(such as the magazines, the shows, the people) that will support those beliefs. Did you ever notice how people who think negatively always have negative things happen to them? It’s because the brain is taking that belief as an instruction to find negative things. The brain doesn’t recognize “wants” or “don’t wants”. It only works with the material that we feed it. It’s just like the ground that will grow a poisonous plant just as readily as it will a fruit or vegetable.
So your habits and beliefs are what restrict or grant your success, but it is your environment that SUPPORTS these habits and beliefs. Your environment is like the container that holds these pieces together.
Your environment is the people you hang with, the books you read, the places you go, etc. Did you ever notice how you may read something or listen to a motivational speaker and get totally inspired to do something but then a few hours later the motivational effect deflates? This is because your environment, your container, is not supporting what you heard. The solution is not to change the motivational presentation, but to change your environment to one that will support it. Start surrounding yourself with people who are motivational and who support your dream. This will begin to alter your beliefs. It will also prompt you to change habits. You will begin to notice literature that will be motivational to you. I constantly surround myself with other motivational speakers and seminars. And the end result is what you make of it…what you choose to believe…because we create our beliefs by what we consistantly hold in our thoughts.

Your Environment: A Determining factor to your Success
In his book Blink, Malcolm Gladwell covers a topic on Priming The Subconscious Mind. I feel there is an interesting point being exercised here, and would like to share it with you. He mentions about a very curious test conducted by a psychologist named John Bargh, called the Priming Experiment.
Imagine that you are going to see John Bargh at his office. His office is located at the far end of the hallway, and there is a long corridor leading up to it. Once you are inside you are requested to answer a brief test. In this test, you are handed a sheet of paper with a list of five-word sentences, which are scrambled. You have to reframe the words to make it grammatically correct. The words look something like this…
a) him was worried she always
b) shoes give replace old the
c) be will sweat lonely they
Okay, now to the main part. You might have thought that it’s a simple test. But it’s not. The strange thing is that on your way out of the room, you would have walked down the corridor at a slower pace than when you walked in. It’s surprising, isn’t it? That test actually affected your behavior. Why? Because of the word inserted in there – worried, old, lonely. These words caused your subconscious mind to change your behavior without you even noticing it. That’s the strange thing.
In similar tests, when students were exposed to sentences interspersed with words like rude, disturb, bother, etc., they acted aggressively and lost patience when someone blocked their way out in the corridor. On the other hand they displayed patience and calmness when they were exposed to words like considerate, polite, courteous, etc. Isn’t it amazing how words can affect our behavior and actions dramatically?
Now why I am sharing this with you? – Because I want to highlight the importance of your environment and it’s influence on your personal success. This is exactly the reason why it is stressed that if you are not happy with the way you life if being lived, if you not happy with your success levels, if you are not happy with your financial situation, take a look at the world around you. Maybe you are hanging around with the wrong people, watching the wrong movies, listening to the wrong songs, reading the wrong books, etc. If a human’s behavior can be influenced by a few words, then imagine being exposed to a lifetime of negative words.
I personally have fallen prey to the wrong environment many times. I distinctly remember when in college, I went from a failure to a topper just by changing my environment. It was an amazing transformation. So if you seek success, it is highly necessary that you find yourself an environment conducive to success – mingle with other success-oriented people, read good books, watch only good movies, listen to good songs, etc. As it’s said, “It starts with you, It end with you”.

Affirmations That Attract Prosperity
Do you have a tough time concentrating on creating wealth? Do you find yourself thinking negative thoughts,

Word your affirmations in a way so that your subconscious mind will not resist.
Make them believable.
Say to yourself, I am becoming more knowledgeable and prosperous with everyday.
This way, you can actually imagine it happening and it
seems more realistic.
Word your affirmations so that full responsibility is placed on you.
Say, I have the opportunity to make money quickly and more easily
than working a routine 9-5, 40 hour a week job!
This will make you feel more in control of your circumstances in your life.
If your focus on the negative is strong, you will probably have to spend more
time, energy and effort on training your mind to think wealth and success.
The effort will be well worth it, since your positive mindset and your success
thoughts will cause you to attract good things into your life.
1)Use your thoughts and emotions to attract abundance.
2)Become more prosperous and set daily goals everyday.
3)Everyone has what it takes to become successful.
4)Become resourceful and create a better life, by helping yourself first,

Are you tired of the way your life is, your business is? Then Stop whining, make a change from the inside and become happy. Change your thoughts, change your life. It really is just as simple as that! Once you become happy with yourself you will be surprised how it changes everything else.
You say, Yeah Right!, Simple? My business is failing, my relationship is on the rocks, my boss or employees do not like me. How am I suppose to change that?
Well first of all stop whining about it, the more you focus on how bad things are, the more bad things will happen. You need to focus on the good things in your life, Yes there are good things!
Good things like, your able to get out of bed in the morning, you just witnessed the birth of a new baby, you have a family that loves you, maybe you even have a dog and they are always happy to see you.
The Pursuit of Happiness
The whole purpose of life is an old saying, In the Pursuit of Happiness! That is what you have to consistently do, is pursue happiness. In order to do that you have to change from the inside. You can change how you look, but until you change what is inside, you will always be the same. Change on the inside by saying affirmations, What a Great day!, It is so good to be alive!, or Today is the best day of my life!
Once you change your thoughts in your subconscious mind, you will start feeling happy instead of sad. If your having trouble with your relationship, then everyday write down what made you fall in love with your partner in the first place. Focus on everything good about them, then give it about 30 days and the love will return.
Decide what needs to be changed in order for you to be happy, then take it one step at a time. If you try to change everything at once you will become more stressed, and things will work just the opposite for you.
Fear
The biggest thing most people need to change is having fear, fear of failure, and even fear of success, maybe you think you do not deserve to have success. Another one is dwelling on the past, come on already, the past is gone. Another one is worrying about the future. What good does it possibly do to worry about the future when it is not even here yet.
When you focus on all the negative things in your life rather than the positive, you can be assured that you are heading in the direction of anxiety. Get rid of all the negative thoughts, what good do they really do you? Focus on only positive for true happiness.
The Perfect Syndrome
Do not get trapped in the, I have to be perfect syndrome? Well, no one is perfect. If you really think about it, if everyone were perfect, what a boring world we would live in. Holding yourself to the highest of standards can be draining emotionally and physically. There is no reason to put yourself, or you family through that!
Stop focusing on what you are NOT happy about, and start focusing on what WILL make you happy. Make room inside of you for that change, push out all the unhappiness that has been bottled up and stick in happy.
Relax
Learn to relax. When your relaxed things are easier to cope with, which makes it easier to make changes. When you are relaxed start writing down those things that you want to change inside of you, and then take them step by step toward your true happiness.
Break your old habits and start new happy habits. It will not happen over night, they say it takes 21 days to change. Be persistent and stick with it for at least 21 days, and watch how your life changes.
Remember, Stop whining, Be Happy, Change your thoughts, change your life!
