Set your Goals with Confidence
“Who has confidence in himself will gain the confidence of others”. Looking at a successful person, we usually presume that, what had made the person to become so flourishing. The one and only answer to this question would be his self confidence. Without self confidence it is unattainable for a person to succeed in his life or career or whatever the affair it may be. Right from simple things to complicated things, if you need to achieve them, you need to have confidence. People with self confidence generally have excellent skills and are completely self-possessed.
Prior to enhance your self confidence you need to know what does an over confidence and under confidence mean. Maintaining a balanced self confidence is always good for your future. Over confidence is having excess belief in yourself and at the other end, having a least belief in yourself is called under confidence. A person who is over confident usually take too much of risks and finally witness a break down. Whereas on the other case, under confident people don’t even tend to take risks, thereby not giving themselves a single try. With a right and balanced self confidence, you can set and achieve your goals in a genuine manner.
Failures come and go in everyone’s life. It is fairly true that successful people are those, who had experienced the maximum number of failures. They manage to compete in every tough situation with the courage and confidence they have. Each time they face a failure, they do consider it as a challenge to overcome from that. The two major things that contribute to self confidence are self esteem and self efficacy. People with a balanced confidence are probably self esteemed persons. Having belief and respect on yourself would render others to have the same on you. Enhancing your positive thinking could obviously help you in boosting up your self confidence. Being calm and ambitious is the vital quality that one needs to have, in order to achieve his goal. Hard working is an equally important spirit, which assists you in knocking the success door. Once you achieve success, eventually you could feel a confidence building in you. Only this type of confidence leads you to withstand difficult challenges and persist in the face of setbacks.
Too many people overvalue what they are not, and undervalue what they are. This is the foremost blooper that everyone does. If you endeavor in building your confidence, then primarily know your talent and concentrate on things which you excel in. Find out your skills and start working on fabricating your talents. Self confidence builds in you right from your child hood. Parental support and acceptance play a vital role in enhancing a child’s confidence. Parents who encourage and support their children, each time they experience a fall are likely to build their child’s self confidence. Without self confidence nothing is possible. Hence keep in mind that, self confidence is the primary thing that shows you the way to success.

Setting Personal Development Goals- An Important Step In Achieving Success And Fulfillment
Goal setting is one of the important steps toward personal development. Some people prefer to strive toward several larger goals in order to avoid feeling too constricted by more numerous, smaller goals. Others choose both, making a series of smaller goals that lead to an overall larger achievement. Improve your self-motivation by using affirmation which is telling yourself something that you want to believe or to make happen. Self Improvement Guide
Positive affirmation is one of the things that can be used to improve your self-motivation. A lot of our self determination and motivation comes simply from how we feel about ourselves and our abilities. In making decision on the best affirmations to use, think about the skills and abilities you need to perform and many of the business tasks that are helpful to your career. If you believe that you are not good at any of these skills, create an affirmation to improve your confidence. Personal Development Tip
With better self confidence, the excuses that can hamper motivation will become fewer. The problem with self motivation often stem from simply having too little confidence that the tasks can actually be completed well. Believing that you have the abilities needed means there is no reason to put off attempting to complete the needed tasks. People need to evaluate their long-term and short-term goals and think about how they could best become empowered. For a lot of people, seeing some initial successes is the only thing that will make them feel empowered. Live The Life of Your Dream
Personal development and growth are important paths to becoming more successful in every area of life. Business, career and personal life can all be made more successful and more fulfilling with some personal improvements. No matter what a person’s success level, there are always improvements that can result in a happier and more productive life.

You Are A Dragon Slayer
Inventory Your Accomplishments To Build Self-Confidence
by Michael D. Hume, M.S.
It’s been my privilege to coach many of the world’s best and brightest young people over the last decade-plus, and one of the biggest issues they’ve presented has been that of self-confidence. Whether it’s the young consultant whose key client is twenty years his senior, or the talented singer who is sure she’ll be “found out” as an example of a mistake in the audition process, or the newly-promoted “high potential” person who hears criticisms behind his back that he’s too young for the job, confidence has been like gold to these folks: precious, and hard to find.
How’s your confidence? Are you, too, awaiting with dread that moment when you’re exposed as the imposter you think you might be? Do you feel limited in your attempts to do great things in the world by your own sense of powerlessness? Is it as simple as being unable to easily assert your own point-of-view, merely because something deep inside you says you don’t have the right?
It’s hard to be an inspirational leader without a basic level of confidence.
Here’s your homework assignment… it’s simple (though that doesn’t mean you won’t struggle with it) and powerful:
Count the dead dragons lying behind you.
You see, each of us occasionally finds himself in a period of low self-confidence. Even your dad, or that superstar at work who makes everything look easy, or that demanding customer… each of us, from time to time, inwardly entertains at least a morsel of self-doubt. It’s at such a time when you’ll feel like the knight of old, standing between the castle and the fire-breathing dragon before you. You have the armor. You have the shield, and the sword. But what you may lack is enough of a feeling of evidence that you are likely to slay the dragon, and not be its next charred snack.
At that point, turn around and look behind you. If you’re like most of my coachees over several years, you’ll see the bodies of many dragons you’ve slain. Maybe it was the grade card you were able to bring home from 8th grade… the time you caught the touchdown pass… the applause after a dance recital they said you’d never be ready for… the day you landed this great job… the day your business made its first dollar. Remember: each of these “dragons” looked just as menacing and scary before you slayed it!
Too often, smart and talented people don’t give themselves enough credit for their own accomplishments… and they stop seeing themselves as capable of accomplishing great things. Many times I think it’s because their accomplishments weren’t as difficult for them as the same achievements would’ve been for someone else, so emotionally, the victory doesn’t “count.”
So inventory your dead dragons. Actually sit down and write out a few stories, each no longer than several sentences, about some of those accomplishments. Include in each story what made the dragon scary at the outset, what you did, what obstacles you overcame, and how utterly devastated you left the dragon at the end.
Perhaps the most typical finding on the part of my coachees who’ve conducted this exercise goes something like this: “I am afraid of what I don’t know about this impending problem, but problems always include uncertainties, and I am actually a learning machine… by the time I need to know the stuff that’ll solve this problem, I’ll have learned it, if anyone can.”
Yes, you are a dragon slayer. You tackle the world’s toughest stuff and make it look easy. You dream, and then turn that dream into reality in the face of withering criticism. You’re powerful. You are an entrepreneur in the world, creating something out of nothing, and not a victim. You don’t call 9-1-1, you ARE 9-1-1.
So count up your dead dragons, and then use your revitalized confidence to start a business, overhaul your own health, launch a project, create a work of art, whatever.
I pity that next dragon.

You can become great! by © 2010 Shishir Srivsatava, Author, Motivational Speaker and Peace Educator
You can become great!
‘The person who is certain to advance is the one who is too big for his place, who has a clear concept of what he wants to be, who knows that he can become, what he wants to be, and who is determined to be what he wants to be.’ —Anonymous
After World War II, a small group of people gathered with its leaders in a burnt-out departmental store in devastated Tokyo. They had nothing but the strong belief that they could develop technologies that would help rebuild Japan’s economy, which had been destroyed by the war. Those twenty people had the conviction that even though Japan did not have sufficient natural resources, it did have the necessary people-power.
The company they founded amid the debris was Sony, an immense success story today. What kept Akio Morita, the CEO of Sony Corporation, going was the Power of Self-confidence.
Self-confidence is an attitude which helps to build a positive and realistic perception of ourselves and our abilities. It is about expressing our assertiveness, optimism, enthusiasm, affection, pride, independence and trust. Though we may be inspired in a moment to achieve something great in life, self-confidence is not built overnight. It is the affirmation and reaffirmation of positive and self-empowering beliefs. Our self-confidence is shaped by what we repeatedly tell our subconscious mind.
The law of self-confidence says that whatever you believe with certainty will become your reality. If you repeat something over and over to yourself, your subconscious mind starts believing it to be real. It cannot distinguish between positive and negative things. If you say to yourself ‘I can’t', it will believe it; if you say ‘Yes, I can’, it will believe that too.
‘Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But sooner or later, the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.’ —C.W. Longenecker
All great achievers, all self-made millionaires and anyone who ever achieved anything worthwhile started with self-doubt. Most of us begin with doubt and an inferiority complex. Every man or woman who has ever achieved anything worthwhile went through a phase where they had little or no confidence. But they did not give up. With courage and faith in themselves, they one day set out on the long journey towards their goal.
Be it an interview, an examination, an instance of public speaking or anything else, you can ‘feel’ the situation you are about to face—and, more important, prepare yourself for it—beforehand. The more you put yourself in real-life situations, the more your confidence will grow and the better your performance will be. So practise, practise, practise and your self-confidence will get a boost.
Self-confidence is formed through positive beliefs. Self-confidence comes through repetitive affirmation. It is strengthened by positive thoughts that give us courage and confidence to do things right. As you start believing in yourself, your self-confidence builds up.
Two Action Steps:
Step 1: Say to yourself daily in the morning as you get up: I’m building upon my self-confidence today and feel myself changing and improving each day.
Step 2: Say to yourself daily before going to sleep: I dream and have confidence in my dreams. I believe I can fulfil my dreams.
Success Mantra: Have full confidence in your powers. Keep telling yourself that your future will evolve just the way you want it to—and that this will happen sooner rather than later.

Positive Self Confidence – In Seven Simple Steps!
Some people seem to be born full of confidence – you know the type; they stride into rooms expecting people to look at them and if they don’t get any attention, they’re not relieved – they’re disappointed!
Sure, for some people, this attitude comes naturally, but you can be just as sure there are plenty of others faking it!
So how do they do it? How can you do it too? Read on for seven effective steps to instant self-confidence!
1) Posture
It’s all in the strut! Take smooth, positive steps and walk steadily; never rush. Hold your head up and keep your back straight – bet your parents told you do that in school! Well, they were right – concentrate on practising your new posture and you’ll soon be walking tall!
2) Be Aware
This is very important – sometimes we are so concerned about how we are being perceived that we don’t take any notice of the people around us. But if you focus and take the time when you next have to walk into that dreaded room full of strangers, you’ll notice that they probably aren’t all staring and desperate to find fault with you! And if you focus on them, you’re a lot less likely to be worrying about yourself!
3) Eye Contact
Okay, so you know this one already right? But do you know why it’s so essential?
Maintaining eye contact with anyone you meet is essential; humans are able to interact in many ways other than verbally, and making eye contact is one of the most important tools we have to communicate. Subconsciously we often judge those we meet in this way and distrust people who won’t meet our gaze. You will appear to strangers as honest and, more importantly, to have a more positive self confidence if you can make eye contact and hold it. (Be careful not to stare though!) Just remember this trait is restricted to humans; don’t try it with your neighbor’s dog as canines perceive direct eye contact as a threat!
4) You’re The Next Top Model!
Maybe that’s a slight exaggeration, but never underestimate the importance of looking your absolute best. Lack of self-confidence can often result from dissatisfaction with the way you look and feel. Have you been wearing the same brand of jeans for the last ten years? Or even the very same pair? The same make-up? And hairstyle? Always buy the same style of shoes?
Take a good hard look at yourself and be honest with what you see. Do you feel a million dollars in that shirt?
It could even be worth investing in a stylist who will help you find the style that really suits you best – a good investment for your long-term future as a confident new person! If thats out of the question then ask a close friend how they think you look. But be sure to ask an honest friend!
5) Do Something That You Fear
I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t have a fear or phobia of some kind. And not always the sort of things you’d imagine! Flying, heights, thunderstorms…these are common fears that can make the hardiest of us want to crawl into a hole. These can be quite rational, if unfounded fears, but some people are scared of the strangest things – I have a friend with an outright dread of sponges!
But whatever you’re frightened of, if you can summon the strength to tackle your fear your confidence will get an immediate kick. Imagine exactly how proud you will feel as you step off that flight, or walk across the highest bridge you can find – believe me, it’s a powerful instant confidence booster.
6) If You Just Smile…
This is a simple one – but extremely effective! Smile at a stranger every day; you could even throw in a ‘good morning’ if you feel like it! Such a simple strategy can work wonders for your confidence. And if you get ignored, just accept that the stranger has less positive self confidence than you. Go and try the next person!
7) Honesty – Is It Really The Best Policy?
If you’re less than honest with people, it’s going to blow your cover straight away. You may have all your weapons in your confidence armoury but if you are struggling to be truthful it’s going to be obvious straightaway. So yes, honesty really is the best policy. Of course, that can be easier said than done, so prepare yourself with some worked out answers for those tricky questions that can throw you off your stride.
Follow these seven steps and I’m absolutely certain that very soon you will look around and realise you’re not ‘faking it’ anymore – you really will have a new positive self confidence!

Hypnosis through Conversation
Everyday, we seem to encounter being hypnotized but we just don’t know about it and that it really exists. When we think about hypnotizing, we think about something that we lose our minds with and cannot remember a thing. But the reality is, just getting hooked up on TV, reading books and watching a movie is one way of getting hypnotized. Why? There is still a lot more to learn about which will also lead you to know about how to be hypnotize through conversation or shall we say, conversational hypnosis.
Being hypnotized is something that we do not want to happen to us because it sounds really, really scary and gives us a wrong connotation. But what can you gain if you know this conversational hypnosis. Well, there are a lot of advantages that we can get from it. For example, we wanted to persuade someone or to convince someone about something. Then, all we have to do is to use it and presto! We will be able to do the thing that we wanted to.
Actually, conversational hypnosis is in line with persuasion but in a higher level. You could mainly use it at work if you wanted to influence a person about what you think is correct. It is like building some self-confidence in order to attain the things that you wanted. Especially to those people who have problems with communicating with other people. This can help them build rapport with their family, friends or co-employee in a company.
Well, if you are wondering about conversational hypnosis, it does mean about making people sleep but instead, making them believe in what you say without actually putting some sleeping pills on them. This is by putting some techniques on the way you tell something that will make them want to believe in what you say. This is totally strange but it totally works with the right manipulation.
Just remember that the most important tool is communication because if you do not know how to connect with other people. You would surely fail to have a good communication with them. What you should do is to master the things that you find difficult to handle with and if that is to talk with other people then, you are certainly on the right track and Conversational Hypnosis is on its way to help you. Do not block the opportunities to succeed in life and one way to do that is to improve your communication skills by injecting some persuasive style without sounding too insistent.
Conversational hypnosis is a very interesting topic to talk about. If you are interested, you can click to this site: http://www.squidoo.com/conversational-hypnosis-review and learn more than what you have right now.

HE GOOFS WHEN HE SPEAKS: IT'S EMBARRASSING
Gradually, his self confidence began to wane as he recoiled into his shell. He hardly spoke in public and lost a few opportunities that could have changed his life for the better. He just couldn’t stop goofing. He’d become a shadow of himself . We’d reunited years later and he spilled out his woe of goofing tales to me at the restaurant. The waiter returned with more change, informing him of an error he’d initially made.
“so how much is my changes?” he asked the waiter. The waiter had been stunned, wondering if he had heard correctly . “I beg your pardon, sir”, the waiter replied. He looked at me and his eyes simply said ” I’ve goofed again”
I saw the flicker of pain and i quickly covered up for him. I counselled him for about an hour, telling him that he was already half way through solving the goofing problem.
“how ?” he asked sadly
“once you realize and accept that you’ve got a problem and you know what it is, you’re half way there” I replied
I went on to tell him of those who taught themselves to read, those who were determined to speak the English language fluently in the face of challenges. They left no stone unturned in their quest to hold their heads high in public.
Verbal means of communication can be very challenging especially when not speaking in your indigenous language. Your local dialect or the one spoken while you were growing up somewhat comes naturally to you. However, the official one becomes a headache, in this case English) especially when you were raised in an environment it was rarely spoken as against the indigenous ones. In Nigeria, there are three major tribes speaking these languages (Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo) and over 200 ethnic groups with their peculiar dialect.
English language is taught in schools and used primarily as a means of communication in every day life in Nigeria. Children who attend A-List schools in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt have been known to possesses good oral and written communication skills ( which helps in the long run as employers look out for such). The popular vernacular a.k.a pidgin English is a watered down version of the English language and is generally spoken through out the country, with its roots in old Bendel state (now Delta and Edo states). Warri, however, has overtime become synonymous with it, naturally breeding stand up comedians in the country.
Over the years, there has been a raging controversy between teaching children the English language from the word go or starting of with the indigenous ones then later on introducing the English language. The school of taught canvassing for the use of the latter perhaps came on the heels of the children’s inability to have a meaningful conversation in their mother tongue, which invokes ridicule, embarrassment, gradual loss of ones’ cultural roots, inability to pass across a private message in the presence of strangers/visitors amongst others to parents. There was even a move to have a Nigerian lingua franca combining the three major languages which was thrown out of the window.
They insisted that certain countries spoke their own languages e.g China, India, the Middle East and were not subjected or mandated to speak the English language over and above theirs. But in a country with over 200 ethnic groups, shouldn’t there really be one language that links everyone ? Besides, the issue of language superiority comes into play, as no tribe sees languages of others superior to theirs. I’m an advocate for a combination of training a child in both, starting however on a high note with the English language and then regularly injecting doses of indigenous language into him/her. Then the child as he grows up becomes good at both, and not just in one.
Those who have been bitten by the goofing bug are easy to fish out, they run but can’t hide. They fail to articulate properly, mix up tenses which births the errors, and it becomes really hard for people to understand what they’re saying because they’re always going back and forth on the same words, trying hard to search for the right words to say. Here are a few tips to help those who goof :
1. You’ll have to “come down to the level of a child and learn the basics from the very beginning”.
This is really hard for some to do, but the foundation is very important in building any structure and if you really want to learn, you’ll throw away the garment of pride and put on humility’s.
2. Hire a private tutor if you can afford it or attend some public classes designed for this purpose
3. work a lot on pronunciation techniques, start with two, then three letter words, till you begin to expand the base, also know the (vowels / consonants) and the rules governing the use of each
4. learn new words every week and their meanings e.g 20/30 new words between Monday and Thursday, and on Friday get someone to test you
5. learn the rules governing the use of tenses, (present, past, past participle and when to apply them) and in general grammatical rules. Get good foundational books for such eg “First Aid in English”
5. Read comprehension passages (remember from the basics) and answer them
6. Engage in writing compositions, it could be as simple as “A day I will never forget” (this is an effective tool for developing your creative mind because you can deploy the words you have learnt and use correct tenses in writing the story)
7. Don’t learn under pressure, let it flow naturally
8. Have a few friends you know who are willing to help correct (not laugh) at you when you speak with them. Also listen to what they say. Learn new words from them, from the eloquent ones around you, and from those on TV. Also try reading newspapers (aloud) and check up new words in the dictionary
9. Get a good dictionary and make it your companion. You could even have a pocket sized one you can conveniently carry about.
10. Get good books/ audio tapes that deal with how to speak well. The internet is a good medium to get good books written by professionals for this purpose.
11. Get rid of the “goofing fear” because it would only slow you down. You’ll be struggling within to say the right words, and remember, not everyone is patient enough to hear you out, even if what you’re about to say would make a whole lot of sense
12. Give yourself time, it’s good to set a goal and say “by the end of this year I won’t be goofing anymore”, but what happens if that does not happen? You’ll be hit once again by the frustration missile! Just settle it within you, that with time you’ll get there. You’ll be surprised you’d have stopped goofing and wouldn’t even know!
13. Above all, enjoy the lessons, but remember that the bulk of the work rest on your shoulders.
It’s been three years since we had the conversation and i now look at my friend with pride. His confidence in public meetings has been turbocharged, he elocutes properly and is articulate, because he dared to try, and gave it his best. So if you goof or know someone who goofs, just pat him on the back and counsel him with the aforementioned. You’ll be surprised at the results at the end of the day, because you were confident that he could be better. You might just be the next person to put a smile on someone’s face.
So long… auggiepo@yahoo.com

How To Raise Your Self Esteem
Few people realize that the best way to achieve your goals of happiness and success is simply through raising your self esteem. It’s surprising nowadays how many people genuinely suffer from very low self esteem, and it’s a problem that most people feel holds them back from enjoying their lives and achieving their goals and ambitions. Most people feel like their self esteem cannot be changed, and that if it’s low it’s likely to remain low, but this is simply not true, the great thing about your self esteem is that you can improve it yourself, no matter how low you feel it is.
Most people assume that self esteem is how high your confidence is, where this is somewhat true, it is not entirely the case. Self confidence does come into it, but your self esteem as a whole is a lot more than this. There are, in fact, many people throughout the world who are very confident yet have very low self esteem, people who often fall into this category tend to be singers, actors and comedians, who often give off an aura of confidence on stage, yet off stage they feel insecure. The word ‘esteem’ itself is actually Latin, and means ‘to estimate’ therefore, self esteem is how you estimate yourself as a person. In order to do this, there are 5 questions you must ask yourself, and the answers will dictate your self-esteem.
These questions are:
Am I deserving of love?
Do I think that I am a good human being?
Am I deserving of happiness?
Deep down, do I feel that I am a good person?
And finally, Do I like myself?
Those who find it hard to answer any of those questions with ‘yes’ are often sufferers of poor self esteem. If you found that you answered many of these questions with ‘no’ then you’re not alone, and there are things that you can do in order to improve your self esteem as well as your quality of life.
The first step is to simply take on board that you are a wonderful and special, and there is nobody in the world like you, you are completely unique, all your thoughts and feelings are all your own and you are the only one in control. This means that out of a total of over six billion people in the whole world, you are a one-off creation and completely original. So surely, if you are the only one of you on the whole planet, then surely you should feel and accept that you have just as much right as any other person to be on this earth? It’s an unusual way of looking at it, but this simple first step can often open up your eyes to the world around you and your originality.
The second thing is to realize that you are entitled to make mistakes, just like anyone else, the only way we learn is by getting things wrong before we get them right, do stop being so hard on yourself, you’re only human and you have the right to make mistakes sometimes. Respect yourself and allow yourself to make these mistakes, and above all, don’t beat yourself up afterwards.
There are a few other things you can do that might help you to realize the positives about yourself and raise your self esteem. One popular technique is the ’50 things I like about me’ list, this list is something you need to write yourself and if you’re severely lacking in self esteem it could take you quite a while, but persevere, don’t try and write it if you’re having a particularly low or bad day, take time out when you’re feeling okay and create a list of things that you like about yourself. Having this list is a great thing to come back to, as you start to think throughout your day about the different things you may not have realized that you do that you like about yourself. It’s sounds unusual, but it’s worth a go, and it can work wonders. You can write anything from your characteristics, your looks, even the nice things you do from day to day. Once it’s completed, keep it somewhere that you can see it and be constantly reminded that you have many good qualities. Once you’ve reached 50 comes the hard part, try and add to it every so often, for the rest of your life, in order to constantly remind yourself of the good things you do from day to day.
Self esteem can be awkward to raise, especially if yours is particularly low, but it can be done, and starting small is the best thing you can do. Try these tips, and you might be surprised about the difference it makes on the short and long term.
If this seems too difficult to accomplish by yourself, you may need the assistance of a coach. A coach will help you stay on task, see things about yourself that you don’t see, guide you and motivate you to discover who you really are and all you can accomplish when you believe in yourself. Who needs a coach? We all do!

Self confidence affirmations are meant to empower you. If you are looking to raise your self esteem and confidence to live your true potential, affirmations can be the tool for you.
What is an affirmation any way?
An affirmation is a positive sentence written in present tense, meant to be imprinted in your subconscious mind in repeated use by different techniques.
Here are some examples for self confidence affirmations:
“I wake up every morning confident and full of energy”
“I enjoy feeling my confidence and self esteem as I move through my day”
These are just two of never ending possibilities of self confidence affirmations you can make up for yourself.
what do you do with these positive thinking sentences?
There are many different methods a schools of thought regarding how to use affirmations for self esteem, or any subject. I myself have tried many different kinds until I found the one that worked the best for me. There is no right way to do it, but there are some that feel better to each individual.
Here is one of the short methods I use:
Step one: write a list of the things that are bothering you in your life regarding your self esteem.
Step two: write the opposite of the sentences you wrote. If you hate how you look, write down I enjoy looking at my self in the mirror, or something of that sort.
Step three: Set the sentences into present tense as if you already have it.
Step four: Choose the 3 sentences you most want to start working on.
Step five: Clear out 40 minutes every day for practice
Step six: Sit in a quite room with comfortable clothes
Step seven: Mediate for 10 minutes and clear your mind, this will enhance the effect of every sitting
Step eight: take the first affirmmation and read it to yourself. Then imagine how it feels to already have what is written. Really focus on this. Try to get find the feeling place of it do this for ten minutes then move on to the other two sentences.
Step nine: When you finish let it go with an attitude that it is becoming true.
Step ten: Repeat this a minimum of thirty days and you will start observing positive change in your life.
Self confidence affirmations can truly help you become a confident person. I would advise you to find a system that feels good to you, and get going!
