			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How often do you find yourself saying ‘impossible&#8217;?  It&#8217;s impossible to ace the exam.  It&#8217;s impossible to get promoted.  It&#8217;s impossible to lose weight.  It&#8217;s impossible to make more money.  It&#8217;s impossible to enjoy radiant health.  It&#8217;s impossible to achieve balance in your life.  It&#8217;s impossible to do what you love.  When in reality, it&#8217;s possible.</p>
<p>If you always think that certain things are not possible or not within your reach, you will attract the very thing you always think of.  If you program your mind to expect dismal outcome, then dismal result you will receive.  Whatever you want, it must first appear in your thoughts, be held in your mind and most important of all, you must believe with your heart and soul and feel in your bones that you can attain.  Your external reality is a reflection of your internal reality.  If inwardly you do not believe you can, then ‘what you do not believe&#8217; will be manifested outwardly.  Likewise, ‘what you believe&#8217; will also be manifested in your life.</p>
<p>Say if you have wanted to lose weight and have not been successful in your previous attempts.  You gave up hope.  You believe that it is not possible to lose weight.  That you need to live with your weight problem forever.  Now, what you can do is to abandon ‘impossible&#8217; and embrace ‘possible&#8217;.  Find a quiet place free of distractions.  Be comfortable.  Tell yourself that it is possible to lose weight.  That you will achieve your desired weight in its best possible time.</p>
<p>Visualize yourself in the <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/desired-outcome/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with desired outcome">desired outcome</a>.  Picture yourself in your favorite jeans and smiling radiantly in the company of your family and friends.  Engage the power of affirmation.  You may wish to use this affirmation or suitable ones like ‘ I am fitting easily, beautifully and happily into my favorite jeans in its <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/perfect-time/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with perfect time">perfect time</a>&#8216;.  Affirm at least twice a day, once in the morning and once before you go to bed.  Surround yourself with favorite pictures of yourself or your idol in nice fitting jeans.  Display them as screen saver and on your desk.  Stick them on your mirror and fridge.</p>
<p>Now that you have reprogrammed your mind to transmit the correct signal into the Universe, the latter will pick up from there, perform divine work to re-orchestrate events and re-shuffle people to help bring about your desired goal.  Your job is to take the next small step towards your goal.</p>
<p>There are many ways to lose weight.  The easiest way is to reduce consumption and increase metabolism.  Before you begin, make your plan fun and interesting.  Give your plan a name.   You may adopt ‘My little exciting ride from XL to M&#8217; or any name you have in mind.  Write the name in a notebook.  Monitor your progress.  Date and record your current weight.  You are now ready for your little adventure.</p>
<p>Reduce consumption.  Change your serving size.  Start with 20% less against your usual serving.  Be persistent.  If you have a habit of taking excessive junk food, make an effort to reduce consumption by at least 50%.  Instead of a large pack of fries, ask for a small pack.  Instead of having a big tub of ice cream at one go, be contented with two scoops at one seating.  Alternatively, substitute your craving with healthy food or snacks.  Meanwhile, drink lots of water, at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.</p>
<p>Get active.  Get moving.   Burn more calories.  Clean the house,  do gardening, take the stairs instead of the elevator and  create opportunity to walk some distance instead of having the vehicle sending you right to the doorstep.  Take morning or evening walks, go hiking, join aerobic, learn dancing, play a game or two or do any thing that you enjoy that requires movements.</p>
<p>Monitor your progress every 3 to 4 weeks.  Follow up diligently.  Be inspired by your progress even if it is showing small result.  Every bit adds.  It only takes time.  Be patient.  Reward yourself for every pound lost.  Once it reaches 20% of your desired target, celebrate and have some fun.  Keep your focus on your goal and eat and live in alignment to your goal.  Do research and find out other ways to manage your weight.  In no time, you would have completed your little adventurous ride and emerge from the train smiling radiantly in your favorite pair of blue jeans.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Creative Visualisation is a technique used to create a picture or movie of an event or situation you desire to become your reality. This technique can be used to create either wealth, health or even the perfect relationship. But it must be done correctly!</p>
<p>Follow the techniques below to get you ready for visualising:</p>
<p><strong>Find yourself a quiet place where you won&#8217;t be disturbed.</strong> Five or ten minutes is ideal although the longer you can give it the better.</p>
<p><strong>Relax, either lying down or sitting in a chair, and close your eyes.</strong> Roll your eyes upward as far as they can go without straining them.</p>
<p><strong>Begin to breathe in deeply through your nose and breathe out through your mouth and let your body relax.</strong> Remember to keep your eyes rolled upward. Continue like this for as long as it takes for your body to become completely relaxed. Having your eyes rolled upward like this will bring you into the &#8220;alpha state&#8221; more quickly.</p>
<p><strong>Think back to a time, or place, of strong positive emotion.</strong> It can be any thought that brings <br />the feeling of happiness, joy or love. It might be recalling the birth of a child, passing an exam or even a family get together or holiday. So long as when you recall the thought you are left with a positive feeling of either happiness, joy or love.</p>
<p><strong>Recall the emotion you felt.</strong> What did you hear? What did you smell? Remember as much as you can, and make that memory and emotion as real and as strong as possible. Make sure it is a positive emotion you recall!</p>
<p>Once you have this memory fixed in your mind and you can feel the happiness, joy or love cursing through your body it is time to connect that emotion to your visualisation.</p>
<p>So you can now begin to run through your creative visualisation. It is particularly important when you use creative visualisation that you see it as being real, in the present moment, as if you already have it.</p>
<p>Whatever you want in the future you have to visualise enjoying right now.</p>
<p>Take the example of wanting a <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/new-car/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with new car">new car</a>.</p>
<p>Now, don&#8217;t just picture this car, visualise your hand reaching out and opening the drivers door. Visualise the inside of the car as you slide into the driver&#8217;s seat. See you hands on the steering wheel. Smell the newness of the car. Hear the music filling the car as you turn on the cars CD player to take a test drive.</p>
<p>You see now what I mean about detail. The more detail the better.</p>
<p>You are in effect the director of your own movie with you as the star. Do not become just an observer, sitting back and watching yourself in this movie. <strong>You</strong> are the movie. In other words what you see, hear and smell is the movie.</p>
<p>Personally I have found the latter technique works best for me. I am living the movie, what I experience is the movie.</p>
<p>Visualise the scene at the car showroom when you pick up your <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/new-car/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with new car">new car</a>. Shaking hands with the salesman, opening the car door, sliding into the drivers seat, smelling that new leather, starting the engine, hearing the engine rev up as you press the throttle. Waving goodbye to the salesman and driving off with your <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/new-car/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with new car">new car</a>.</p>
<p>You have to make this experience as real as possible! Really believe that you own this <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/new-car/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with new car">new car</a>. Really feel the strong positive emotions you would feel owning this <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/new-car/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with new car">new car</a>!</p>
<p>When you use creative visualisation this way the strong positive emotions energise your thoughts with such a powerful frequency the <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/law-of-attraction/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with law of attraction">Law of Attraction</a> returns those thoughts back to you as reality, far quicker than if you just consciously thought them.</p>
<p>The mind cannot distinguish between what is real and what is not, so if you use creative visualisation with such reality and emotion then your mind cannot believe it is not the real thing.</p>
<p>The more you use Creative Visualisation the quicker things will happen. It is best to visualise on a <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/daily-basis/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with daily basis">daily basis</a>! Twice a day if you can. After all you are directing the movie of your new life so why wouldn&#8217;t you want to watch this movie as often as possible? But don&#8217;t make it a chore, this should be something you enjoy doing.</p>
<p>Collecting pictures of whatever it is you want is also a good way to help this process along. Let&#8217;s go back to our example of a <a href="http://mind-max.com/tag/new-car/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag nofollow" title="Posts tagged with new car">new car</a>, once you decide which make and model it is you want, visit your local car showroom and get as many brochures as you can.</p>
<p>Then simply cut out the pictures you like the best and stick them into a scrap book, or even better, stick them onto the fridge door or a cork board so that you can see them every day. Get pictures of what the car looks like from the outside, pictures of the dashboard and steering wheel. Pictures of the seats, the headrests &#8211; as much information as you can. This will all help as you visualise sitting in the car.</p>
<p>It should be easy to visualise all of this and turn it into a movie because you cut out all the pictures and studied them so you know what every bit of what the car looks like, inside and out.</p>
<p>Of course it doesn&#8217;t have to be a car you visualise, it can be the perfect golf putt, owning the house of your dreams, or even having the perfect relationship with your family.</p>
<p>Whatever it is you want, use creative visualisation to get it. Put in as much detail and emotion as possible so that when you close your eyes to see it you really do believe it.</p>

<p>We all had something familier to this happen to us. It&#8217;s called Intuition.</p>
<p>In these busy times we usually dismiss it or just don&#8217;t pay attention to that little voice or that &#8220;Gut Feeling&#8221;.</p>
<p>Well you could benefit  if you to started listening to and trusted your intuition more. You may have to learn how to do this again. It was probably more natural to do when you were younger.</p>
<p>Here are some tips that could help you to use your intuition more or at least get you into a better state of mind and release some stress.</p>
<ul>
<li>Find a quiet Place</li>
<li>Breathe deeply a few times</li>
<li>Quiet the voices in your head</li>
<li>Remember a pleasant experience or memory</li>
<li>Imagine time is passing and that you are weeks into the future and your problems no longer exist</li>
<li>Let go of your problem</li>
<li>Go forward with your daily routines with a feeling of expecting great things and be aware of any hunches or ideas you have</li>
</ul>
<p>Try this for a few days or a week and see what you think.</p>
