You Are A Genius
To be called a genius, it means you have achieved one or more outstanding result in one area or another. It could be academic or other wise. While genius could be that of inborn, it could be achieved with your ability, not with what you don’t have but with what you have and presently could take control of.
Far back when I was in secondary school, I always wonder how perfect our teachers are in delivering their lecture and think, how manage they know all this and that, but I finally realized how; when I was in university and started teaching my fellow student. Almost all courses and topics becomes natural to me, because, I continuously teach the same thing to a lot of people. Although, at the initial stage I have to study hard to make sure I teach the best, but at the end I became genius to my fellow students and others, but I personally know that it doesn’t come naturally it is as a result of my perseverance that becomes a habit cultivated. This experience has also help me in my professional life.
You don’t have to do this and that at the same time, all you need is just one course at a time and stick to it to be known as the best in what you do. This go a long way to become a habit that is difficult to do without. Let them think it is natural, but you know it is not.

A married couple can live to as well help others-Sharing in the Joy of helping others creates more intimacy between couples and maintains the bond
Now we come to the purest, most beautiful truth that will make marriage truly happy; joy comes from giving, not from getting. “It is more blessed to give than to receive,” said Jesus (Acts 20:35). If husband and wife allow their time and money gathering things for their own personal, selfish enjoyment. Then they will shrivel up like a wrinkled, pitchy old Orange.
We weren’t created for the purpose of living for ourselves. Look at the things of Nature- everything lives for others. The flowers give their honey for the bees. the rivers flow to water the thirsty land and then to replenish the oceans. The Oceans produce the clouds that bring the showers of rain, the sun shines to gladden the darkest corner of the forest, the birds sing to give us music. So we find our purpose in life in giving ourselves for others. This secret of life is taught everywhere in Nature. Jesus had a hard time in Palestine with His own people, the Jew. They were plotting to Kill Him. At a critical time in His life, some Europeans came to Him. “Sir, we would like to see Jesus,” they said to Andrew (John 12:22). They would welcome Him, whereas the Jews were plotting to kill Him. This could have been a temptation to Jesus. The outside world would treat Him better than the Jews would! Why stay in Jerusalem and be crucified?
Then Jesus told them how He had understood a lesson from Nature, which we all need to learn:
Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat falls into the ground and die, it abides alone: but if it dies, it brings forth much fruit. He that loves his life shall lose it; and he that hates his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. If any man will serve Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there shall also My servant be (Verses 24-26).
Thank you. He said in effect, but I shall not go with you to Europe. I shall stay right here where My father has appointed Me to be, and I shall “fall into the ground and die” like a seed. Only in this way can I bring forth “much fruit.” If we live to ourselves as the vast majority of Earth’s people do, we shall be like seeds that lie on a shelf until they just dry up and wither away. By giving yourself you keep yourself, that is, you find true happiness. A marriage that is devoted to serving others, to lifting others’ heavy burdens and bringing them happiness, will most likely be a happy marriage. Your own troubles tend to disappear as you are concerned for others. Husband and wife find fun sacrificing together for a good cause.
This of course means love in action. It is “to be ready to every good work” (Titus 3:1), not in a mere “do-good, goody-goody” manner, but as the outward expression of an inner love that has come from the savior of the world. Since Abraham was chosen to be “the father of the faithful,” God’s people have been called to be “the light of the world.” “In thee shall all families of the earth be blessed,” the Lord promised (compare Matthew 5:14; Genesis 12:3). Now let other “families of the Earth” be blessed by your family! Therefore open your home to needy young people. “Adopt” some homeless child. Visit sick people in hospitals. “Give to others, and God will give to you. Indeed, you will receive a full measure, a generous helping, poured into your hands-all that you can hold. The measure you use for others is the one that God will use for you” (Luke 6:38,).
Often the Church is the most available way for a married couple to find a way to serve. If a Church proclaims the pure true gospel of Jesus Christ, it will provide many opportunities for service in the name of the Lord. Probably the happiest married people in the world today are those who work with the Lord for the uplifting of their fellow men. As outside influences have permeated the Church, there has come a growing preoccupation with material things. Happiness is equated with fine clothes, a beautiful house, expensive furniture and appliances, an impressive vehicle etc. Such luxuries have become available at the very time in world history when they are most deceptive and dangerous and least appropriate. We live in what the Bible calls “the last days” (2 Timothy 3:1), or “the time of the end” (Daniel 12:4). There is both a special danger and a special opportunity in living in these last days. Jesus has reminded us:
As it was in the time of Noah so shall it be in the days of the son of Man. Everybody kept on eating and drinking, and men and woman married, up to the very day Noah went into the boat and the flood came and killed them all. It will be as it was in the time of Lot. Everybody kept one eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. On the day Lot left Sodom, fire and Sulfur rained down from Heaven and killed them all. That is how it will be on the day the son of Man is revealed (Luke 17:25-30).
Be careful not to let yourselves become occupied with too much feasting and drinking and with the worries of this life, or that Day may suddenly catch you like a trap. For it will come upon all people everywhere on earth. Be on watch and pray always that you will have the strength to go safely through all those things that will happen and to stand before the Son of Man (21:34-36).
Many thoughtful people are now “Careful” about this dangerous selfish materialism. They deny themselves luxuries they could afford and are moving “back to the land” to get away from the materialistic orgies of the big cities with their advertising. “Watch out and guard yourselves from every kind of greed, because a person’s true life is not made up of the things he owns, no matter how rich he may be” (Luke 12:15). Many people in the West are fed up with this “greed”. The Lord has given us a simple plan to find happiness in sharing what He gives us-tithing. One tenth is returned to Him as tithe, and offerings as we wish to respond to the promptings of His Holy Spirit. The tithe is returned to the Church which you believe faithfully proclaims the full gospel of Christ. You can read all about tithing in Leviticus 27: 30-33; Numbers 18:20-24; 1 Corinthians 9:8-14; Matthew 23:23; Malachi 3:10-12. returning the Lord this one-tenth is our confession that all we possess is really a gift from Him. Seldom does a husband or wife have marital discord who put the Lord first in their lives by returning tithes and offerings to Him and together bringing sunshine into other’s lives.
Never sine the world began have its people been so immersed in the sea of materialism as they are today. When the kingdom of Judah fell in the conquests by Babylon six centuries before Christ, all the wealth piled up by the rich was destroyed. Baruch, Jeremiah’s secretary, had feelings like Lot’s wife who looked back longingly toward the riches of Sodom. But the Lord set Baruch straight on the true priorities of Life:
O Baruch: thou didst say, Woe is me now! for the Lord hath added grief to my sorrow; and I find no rest. The Lord saith thus, Behold that which I have built will I break down, and that which I have planted I will pluck up even this whole land. And seekest thou great things for thyself? Seek them not; for behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, saith the Lord, but thy life will I give unto thee for a prey in all places wither thou go (Jeremiah 45:2-5).
In the fall of modern saigon, thousands of Vietnamese willingly gave all the gold they possessed if only they could escape with their lives. Once when I was so sick that I thought I would certainly die, I thought that if only I could get well and live, I would be happy to make any sacrifice in service for the Lord-just to be alive. The one who appreciates the Cross of Christ knows that he lives only by the grace of Savior who died in his stead. Henceforth it becomes his greatest joy to help his fellow-men as the Lord has helped him. And this is the surest path to happiness in your marriage!

There is gold inside of you
There was a time, in the land of Thailand. The government decided to create a highway along a village. Unfortunately, there is a precious Buddhist monastery along this road – more or less like a catholic symbol. So, the government made a plan, not to destroy the precious Buddhist monastery, but to remove it and place it in another place.
It was not quite long, that the engineers started working in order to remove this Buddhist monastery. They tried all they could to keep it safe, not destroying it all. But, as they kept on trying, it kept on loosing shape.
They managed to move it to another location. After getting there, they started reshaping it, but it was still loosing its shape because it is made of clay. So, they left it like that.
Suddenly, all the clay wiped off and voila, it was made of gold. That symbol, they thought it was worth $50,000 but now it is worth millions of dollars. Intuitively, you are made of clay vessel, but inside of you there is something worth million of dollars. When God created you, he had a purpose in mind to fulfill, it is that purpose he put in your heart when he created you.
That purpose is the gold inside of you. If you can pay enough attention to it, you will discover it and things will begin to fall into good shape.
There is nobody God did not create without a purpose. That is why you see we all are distinct. You are only the one God created like that no other one can have the same finger print like yours. Forests may look alike, but there are no same two trees. Every tree has its own distinction.
The reason why you see many people being oppressed and depressed is simply because they have not yet discover the gold.
They are doing whatever other people are doing; they have forgotten that everyone is made for a different purpose in life.
So, stop experimenting with your life – that is very dangerous. You did not create yourself, God created you for a purpose. Though, you are surprise to your parents when you were born, but you are not a surprise to God. Simply means, never be what other people want you be.
Then, how do know God’s purpose for your life which is the gold inside of you.
1. When you are interested in something that do not exalt above the knowledge of God.
2. You have passion for that your interest.
3. You are ready to persevere despite the great obstacles it has
I believe these three things will help you figure out that precious thing inside of you.
Our live is the best thing we can ever have. Stay blessed

My Fifth Step to Harvest Life Gracefully
My Fifth Step to Harvest Life Gracefully Express gratitude, then spread the Good News about how to harvest life gracefully and find purpose in life to others, so that they too, may be able to harvest life gracefully. Us, humans spend so much time whining and complaining about what we do not have, instead of looking at what we do have and feel grateful and appreciate these things. I am a true believer, if I pray or meditate to my higher power and ask for something, that we will receive. In the bible it states “Ask and you shall receive.” Mathew 21:22 . This may sound deceiving to some because of all of the praying we do and still not get what we want. First of all I want to say, there is more to it than just praying. How strong is your faith? Do you really believe and trust in your higher power? Do you still continue to worry and complain about what you want? Praying and meditation is good, but after praying you need to leave it in God’s hands. Why will God give what you want if you continue to cry about what you don’t have? Why will you be bless if you don’t appreciate what you do have? I believe that God or the higher power will not bless us unless we have a strong faith, meaning, let go of what we are concern about into his hands, be patience and wait for his response, plus we need to appreciate and be grateful for what we do have. Sometimes what we want is not good for us, the higher power sees this and will respond to its’ like. The higher power is looking out for us and does know what is better for us than what we think is best. At times like that we need to trust that the higher power does know what he is doing and that it is for our own good! One may say that my life is in such a shamble, I can’t find anything to be grateful for. This is not true, you can start with feeling grateful for being alive, then you can go from that to being grateful for who you are and what you represent no matter what your situation may be, we all have great attributes about ourselves that deserves appreciation. Family, friends, food, shelter, health, or just waking up in the morning, are all things we can concentrate on being grateful for. Start with the small things, make a list of these things. I can almost guarantee as you are making this list you will find more and more things to appreciate, that you had been taking for granted. I found that even the smallest things in life should not be taken for granted, they all deserve our appreciation. Base on my own personal experience, recently I had surgery for a bladder lift. For an month after surgery I suffer from a urinary retention and was not able to urinate on my own; therefore I had to wear a catheter. This was very uncomfortable and irritated my bladder and urinary tract. Finally, when I was able to urinate, I remember thinking to myself, I would not ever, take urinating for granted again. I know this may sound silly, to appreciate our own bodily functions, but once you lose a body function, you will realize how that function is so important and you will gain appreciation for it. Basically what I am saying, there is a lot that we can find to show appreciation for, and these things deserve to be praised and offer thanksgiving to our higher power, for allowing us to have these things. The second part of this step is to spread the good news, there is a special feeling we get when we share good news to others, especially when the good news is accepted by the one it is told to. Sharing what we know also make us stronger in our convictions and beliefs. It help us to continue on the journey to achieve our goals and dreams. I believe, we have a responsibility of being a service to others’, this includes sharing our knowledge, and offer encouragement as needed. To sum everything up, this step means to give praise and thanks to our higher power for all we have, and to be a service to others, so they can see though us that it is possible to harvest life gracefully. In doing so, this will keep us stronger in our own continuation of our journey to achieve our goals and dreams. I am a survivor of abuse and learned how to harvest life gracefully. Visit my blog as I write my story about my life. I am an activist on promoting abuse awareness, I will be posting information about abuse in the effort to end abuse, as well, on positive living. http://harvestlife-survivorjane.blogspot.com/
