At some point everyone learns that their thoughts affect outcomes. I first recall experiencing this playing baseball as a kid. It sure seemed like my thoughts like, “hit the ball to me, I’m ready to make a play!” positively influenced the chances of me successfully fielding the ball. Similarly letting my confidence lapse and wishing the ball away from me, more often than not resulted in a mishandling of the ball I could have fielded.
You probably know people for whom nearly everything seems to go well or the opposite, those with constant bad luck. I began to wonder how random this was or if there were processes contributing to the success or failure. Logically this process would have to be unconscious in the case of the frequent failure, unless they were the strange individual who liked to fail, perhaps to prove a preconceived belief as discussed earlier.
As I explored various philosophies, continued my direct observation and read biographies of successful individuals in a wide variety if fields, I noticed a commonality. Nearly all schools of thought have a version of the idea that we can’t always change circumstances but we can change ourselves. Our positive thoughts may indeed influence circumstances, and better prepare us to handle negative situations that arise even for the most fortunate.
In other words, you need a set of tools to increase your competence in the game of life. This is what is known as personal development, self help/motivation or “being the best you you can be.” It is a shame these real success secrets aren’t more emphasized in school. So you need to school yourself, and shortly I will present you with a list of what’s contributed in some small way to my own success.
Since my goal every time I write is to give is to give you one extremely valuable tool you can begin to use right away, I will do that now. Like most powerful concepts, many often overlook its simplicity, so get ready!…
Control your mental chatter! You need to monitor what goes on in your command center and filter out the junk. This can be daunting since thought patterns become deeply ingrained. So start in one particular area, for example, a bad habit like tending to be late for appointments. When this happens, you probably scold yourself by mentally speaking “You idiot you’re always late, look what a mess you’ve caused”.
The key is, as soon as you notice that, change the channel to use a radio analogy. Even thought it’s not true yet, ACT IS IF you are a timely person by saying things like: “Every day now I am on time. I am always punctual, because I allow myself plenty of time to prepare.” Now silence the critic voice that says that’s not true.
You must repeat such affirmations frequently and for some duration, since studies show it takes approximately 28 days to change a habit. It will take time for new grooves to be established and the mind to act on the new belief. Once you begin to consciously feed your mind positive thoughts instead of dwelling on or responding to constant external garbage, you are becoming your own pilot. And time is fun when you’re flying!

When people first learn about the Law of Attraction, the concept of vibrational frequency is sometimes difficult to grasp. They understand that the Law of Attraction will keep returning more of whatever they focus on the most, but how does that relate to the “frequency” they are emitting to the universe?

Every thought you think has a frequency of “vibration” and every thought will immediately begin attracting other thoughts that have the same or similar frequency. Negative thoughts attract more negative thoughts. Positive thoughts attract more positive thoughts.
Most often this is a gradual process: First you think one thought. More thoughts of the same frequency start flowing through your mind. After days or weeks of this, the essence of those thoughts will begin manifesting in physical reality.

It’s not impossible to overcome these negative thoughts and still lose weight – but it takes a tremendous amount of willpower and determination.
An easier way would be to first start adjusting your thoughts. Start thinking positive thoughts related to being healthy, slender, fit, and trim. As you think thoughts like these, you begin resonating on that energetic frequency, and you begin attracting even more “thin thoughts”.
If you continue with this process for long enough (usually within a few days or even a couple of weeks) you’ll begin to notice that your physical habits are changing. Suddenly you don’t feel so tempted to eat “junk food” as often as you used to. Your portion sizes may decrease, and you may start feeling inspired to take long walks outside, join a dance class, or engage in other fun physical activities.
As you keep focusing more and more on feeling good and loving your body (thinking those “thin thoughts”!), the process of inner and outer transformation will continue.
There are a few snags that can be encountered along the way, but in a nutshell your aim is to stay focused on your slender, beautiful, healthy body as often as you can. Just doing that alone should inspire some great changes that convince you of the power of energetic frequency when using the Law of Attraction to lose weight.

How to Use “Belief” for Success: Part 2
Having belief is important for your success in life. In fact it is crucial to your happiness and success in every area of your life –not just material and financial. And, yes, you do need to think positive thoughts and believe you can achieve what you desire.
Your thoughts determine your emotions-good or bad. Your emotions determine your belief or disbelief. Your belief or disbelief determines your faith. Your faith determines your persistence. And ALL of these things determine your eventual success-or failure.
So, HOW do you learn to believe and change your negative, failure, mindset into a positive, powerful and successful one? You have to do it ONE thought at a time. And you have to keep doing it all day long, every day.
Start out with positive affirmations. Write down what you want and read it aloud as many times daily as possible. When you are reading try to strongly visualize what you want. Think how happy you will feel when that desire becomes a reality for you. Really immerse yourself in that happiness and enthusiasm. Train your mind to associate those emotions with your goal. Do this until your subconscious accepts this as reality. Then you can’t help but to believe!
But don’t stop there. Positive affirmations may not be enough to induce you to believe. Another great way to develop the power to believe is to read inspirational books. They can be about success, love, religion, hopes, dreams…it really doesn’t matter. What DOES matter is that you choose a book that is really positive-a book that really gets you fired up. A book that says over and over, “you can do it!”, you can win!”, “don’t give up, you’re so close!”. A book that just showers you in positive thoughts of support and success.
Read these books over and over for best results and when you feel that happiness, enthusiasm and excitement about your goals and desires…THEN is the perfect time to say your affirmations. When you do this, I think you will find that gradually you WILL believe and your mind will be changed from completely negative to completely positive. And …when you really, truly believe then you really CAN accomplish anything you desire.

Creating affirmations for healing:
After you’ve finished writing take 3 areas you would like start working on And rephrase them to present moment.
The subconscious mind doesn’t differ between past, present or future. Everything is in the now for it.
It’s like the saying "tomorrow never comes". If you use something written in future tense, it will probably stay in the future.
So let’s take our previous sentence, "I want to feel energized and healthy", changing it to present tense will look like this: "I am energized and healthy", Now that’s a positive affirmation
How to practice:
There are hundreds of methods for using affirmations. The most important step is repetition and emotional connection
Repetition:
Going back to the musical instrument example, Have you ever met anyone that leaned to play the guitar professionally by sitting for an hour twice a week?
The answer is probably no.
To get consistent results, you must practice daily, preferably at the same hour. Like I said; this is the habit creating business.
Emotional connection:
Emotions play a big role in any method of personal development. If your sickness wasn’t making you feel bad, then there wouldn’t be a problem. So, it’s only logical that your affirmations for healing will feel good to you.
If you chose a sentence that makes you feel worst, it is counterproductive at best. It’s not that you don’t want what’s written, it’s that it might be too big a jump to take, from where you are.
It’s like playing Mozart on your first encounter with a guitar, you’re not ready and any attempt will be pretty frustrating.
So pick affirmations you can connect to emotionally and use them, once you gain confidence choose more challenging grounds.
3 step plan for using affirmations for healing and any other area:
1. Find a private place to sit and quite your mind with meditation, or any relaxing activity you know. Getting into a relaxed state of mind enhances the process exponentially
2. Take one affirmation and read it to yourself. Try to imagine how it feels to be healthy, or remember a time you felt that way.
If you lose it, just relax and find it again.
Repeat the process for about 10 minutes for every one of the 3 sentences.
3. Once you’ve finished, let it go in your mind and come back to it the next day.
Do this for 30 days, and you’ll be amazed at how much has changed.
Repeating affirmations for healing for a period longer than 30 days, will turn them into a habit. once you’ve got what you wanted. Cross the affirmation and move to the next one.
Think about how many subjects you can turn around in one year.
