Work efficiency explained – 6 ways to b a better worker next year

4 56

How To Become A More Efficient Worker By Next Year?

What if you have been working all year, or a whole month without much rest on your part?

You do want to take a rest, at least on the official holidays, right? You do not want to stay working at all times. It is not worth the effort. And it does no good to anybody if you get overworked. Work should be:

1. Positive, constructive. You are supposed to “construct” or make things, even if it is big bucks y ou are making.
2. Outcome/result oriented. It has to bring certain results. It does not have to go in vain.
3. Sometimes it is useful to put on a time limit, which makes things more efficient.
4. You may want to go slow and not “screw things up” as you go. At least when you are starting out.
5. It is not worth your time, energy and effort to work in vain, remember – work right, then work hard.
6. Keep a journal of accomplishments. It helps motivate you towards more successes in your life.

Work should make you feel good and satisfied. Not angry, frustrated or unhappy, but happy, satisfied and fulfilled with what you have accomplished in your life.

Work should mean happiness as well. As it is the source of many good things, including:

- happiness itself
- income related, provides for your family and home
- good for stress relief
- good for your health if this is physical work you are doing
- good for your brain
- good for your general well-being

So, don’t ever be afraid to take on new tasks, just do not become overburdened, then everything will be fine!

Next year should come with many good things ahead to look forward to. So just look forward to the good things that are certainly going to be there and you will be happier as a person and make others around you happier as well.
Life is good, remember that!
