How to Have the Conviction that You Will Succeed

Reaching a state of conviction that the success that you want will be yours, that the abundance that you want will be yours, that the health that you want will be yours, that the happiness that you want will be yours and that your wildest dreams will be yours is where you want to be. But how do you get to that state?

We have all been taught by the movie The Secret that we must feel the feeling of already having what we want. In other words, we must have the conviction that it will come to pass, that it is already real inside of you, but that you just have to wait for others to see it’s true.

When an actor wins an Oscar, he or she had the conviction that they were the role. The best actors are the best because they have learned to have the conviction that they are no longer themselves. This is similar to what we need to do when we want something. If you want to achieve something, big or small, reaching this state is a must. Reaching a state of conviction is casting out all fears, all doubt, all worry, all negative thinking, all negative feelings and all negative images from your mind and replacing that space with a knowingness of what you envision.

The Powerful State of Conviction Can Be Reached with the Help of Your Body

Stand up or sit up straight. Suck in your stomach as much as you can but not so much where you can’t hold it for about five minutes. Lock your eyes on one particular spot on the wall or wherever you are. Breathe rhythmically and think about what you want. Let you confident posture and a confident facial expression communicate with your subconscious mind that you are sure, that you have the conviction that your biggest dreams are already real inside of you and that they will begin to manifest in the world now. Repeat this idea in your mind and even say it out loud for at least five minute or as long as you can.

There is no time limit. Just do what you have to do to reach as state of 100% conviction that what you want it a reality.

Concentrate on the word conviction when you want something and practice the exercise in the article and transform your life from the inside out.

How to Do Affirmations that Really Work

Positive thinking and affirmations are often laughed at. Probably because most people have tried and failed to see the results, after they tried it for 20 seconds. The reality is that most people criticize what they don’t understand or what they are too lazy to do. Affirmations done right and with the right understanding can be just as powerful if not more than the best meditation or hypnosis techniques available.

A Simple Formula to get Affirmations to Work

Here I will spell out step by step a process that will get you the results that you are looking for. What you are about to learn is a process that creates the conditions that cause the inner mind-body chances to take place. That is your goal. You want your intention to cause inner shifts to take place. You want to re-wire your perception of reality to reflect what you are affirming.

To do this it takes energy, focus and an inner awareness of your subtle feelings and bodily sensations. You also need to understand that more than just looking for magic to take place and putting your power on some technique or “mumbo jumbo” only to complain about how it doesn’t work, you are wanting to bring your negative thinking to the surface so that it can be replaced with your new thoughts and emotions. This can and will cause some level of discomfort or inner tension. If you do not get to this sort of peak “inner tension” you are almost wasting your time.

Creating Tension Within for The Results You Want

Here is how you will create this “inner tension.” First decide what you want to affirm. Second, sit up straight and suck in your stomach as hard as you can, then relax. Then suck in your stomach about 80-90% of what you did the first time and hold it. You will sustain this posture and muscles tension while you do your affirmations. Third, state your affirmation intensely and each time you state it increase the intensity of your intention and your focus.

Remember that you are holding in your stomach as if wanting to improve your posture. Continue repeating your affirmations until you reach a peak state of intensity within. Once you reach the peak of your focus and your intensity, hold that “tension” while you go through the rest of your affirmations. You want to state a variety of affirmations while in this peak inner state. It is this state that produces powerful results. Weak intentions and poor inner bodily connection and awareness do not have the necessary power to create physical and actual shifts in the body and mind.

Do this and your affirmations will not have a choice but to work and it won’t be positive thinking or new age mumbo jumbo.

Losing Weight With The Law Of Attraction

When people first learn about the Law of Attraction, the concept of vibrational frequency is sometimes difficult to grasp.  They understand that the Law of Attraction will keep returning more of whatever they focus on the most, but how does that relate to the “frequency” they are emitting to the universe?

If this concept has confused you too occasionally, fear not.  It’s very simple:

Every thought you think has a frequency of “vibration” and every thought will immediately begin attracting other thoughts that have the same or similar frequency.  Negative thoughts attract more negative thoughtsPositive thoughts attract more positive thoughts.

Most often this is a gradual process:  First you think one thought.  More thoughts of the same frequency start flowing through your mind.  After days or weeks of this, the essence of those thoughts will begin manifesting in physical reality.

When it comes to your body, all it takes is one “fat thought” to start attracting more.  As you keep focused on these “fat thoughts”, you begin the process of manifesting excess weight on your body.  Your physical actions come into play with this process too; your negative thinking makes you feel bad so you start craving comfort foods to make you feel better, so you end up eating more than your body really needs.

If this negative trend continues over a period of months or years, you create the reality of being overweight.

Now comes the hard part.  You decide to lose weight and try to do it purely by physical means (diet, exercise) but it seems unbelievably hard to do.  That’s because your thoughts are still resonating on the frequency of being overweight.

It’s not impossible to overcome these negative thoughts and still lose weight – but it takes a tremendous amount of willpower and determination.

An easier way would be to first start adjusting your thoughts.  Start thinking positive thoughts related to being healthy, slender, fit, and trim.  As you think thoughts like these, you begin resonating on that energetic frequency, and you begin attracting even more “thin thoughts”.  

If you continue with this process for long enough (usually within a few days or even a couple of weeks) you’ll begin to notice that your physical habits are changing.  Suddenly you don’t feel so tempted to eat “junk food” as often as you used to.  Your portion sizes may decrease, and you may start feeling inspired to take long walks outside, join a dance class, or engage in other fun physical activities.

As you keep focusing more and more on feeling good and loving your body (thinking those “thin thoughts”!), the process of inner and outer transformation will continue.

There are a few snags that can be encountered along the way, but in a nutshell your aim is to stay focused on your slender, beautiful, healthy body as often as you can.  Just doing that alone should inspire some great changes that convince you of the power of energetic frequency when using the Law of Attraction to lose weight.

What Can You Do About Your Subconscious Core Beliefs?

These beliefs work as magnets to attract to you thoughts that will undermine any money making project you have going on.  Once you rid yourself of your core beliefs, your negative thinking reduces dramatically until it can disappear altogether.

Once you replace your core beliefs with new beliefs you will also find yourself replacing your negative thoughts with positive ones.  Once this happens, you will have activated the positive side of the law of attraction in your life, and watch out world — nothing will keep you from attaining what you desire.

So then, the key to living your dream life and achieving your goals is three fold:

—->Replace them with positive subconscious beliefs and
—->Entertain and engage in positive thinking and feeling.

Like it or not, we all have negative thoughts and emotions, don’t be afraid to admit it as we’re all human and it’s a human nature to have negative thoughts and emotions. The key is not to dwell on them.
