It all starts with the saying,” I’ll do it tomorrow”, once you start postponing your exercise days, you will end up quitting, this is a habit I have noticed in the majority, do not ever do this if you really want to remain motivated.

In conclusion, motivation is something that starts up in the brain, and controls the body, the spirit of motivation towards losing weight must be in the head first and then,you must now set some daily tasks and stick to it,and most importantly, never miss one day,because it all starts with one, and then two and so on. Losing Weight With The Law Of Attraction

When people first learn about the Law of Attraction, the concept of vibrational frequency is sometimes difficult to grasp.  They understand that the Law of Attraction will keep returning more of whatever they focus on the most, but how does that relate to the “frequency” they are emitting to the universe?

If this concept has confused you too occasionally, fear not.  It’s very simple:

Every thought you think has a frequency of “vibration” and every thought will immediately begin attracting other thoughts that have the same or similar frequency.  Negative thoughts attract more negative thoughtsPositive thoughts attract more positive thoughts.

Most often this is a gradual process:  First you think one thought.  More thoughts of the same frequency start flowing through your mind.  After days or weeks of this, the essence of those thoughts will begin manifesting in physical reality.

When it comes to your body, all it takes is one “fat thought” to start attracting more.  As you keep focused on these “fat thoughts”, you begin the process of manifesting excess weight on your body.  Your physical actions come into play with this process too; your negative thinking makes you feel bad so you start craving comfort foods to make you feel better, so you end up eating more than your body really needs.

If this negative trend continues over a period of months or years, you create the reality of being overweight.

Now comes the hard part.  You decide to lose weight and try to do it purely by physical means (diet, exercise) but it seems unbelievably hard to do.  That’s because your thoughts are still resonating on the frequency of being overweight.

It’s not impossible to overcome these negative thoughts and still lose weight – but it takes a tremendous amount of willpower and determination.

An easier way would be to first start adjusting your thoughts.  Start thinking positive thoughts related to being healthy, slender, fit, and trim.  As you think thoughts like these, you begin resonating on that energetic frequency, and you begin attracting even more “thin thoughts”.  

If you continue with this process for long enough (usually within a few days or even a couple of weeks) you’ll begin to notice that your physical habits are changing.  Suddenly you don’t feel so tempted to eat “junk food” as often as you used to.  Your portion sizes may decrease, and you may start feeling inspired to take long walks outside, join a dance class, or engage in other fun physical activities.

As you keep focusing more and more on feeling good and loving your body (thinking those “thin thoughts”!), the process of inner and outer transformation will continue.

There are a few snags that can be encountered along the way, but in a nutshell your aim is to stay focused on your slender, beautiful, healthy body as often as you can.  Just doing that alone should inspire some great changes that convince you of the power of energetic frequency when using the Law of Attraction to lose weight.

What Can You Do About Your Subconscious Core Beliefs?

These beliefs work as magnets to attract to you thoughts that will undermine any money making project you have going on.  Once you rid yourself of your core beliefs, your negative thinking reduces dramatically until it can disappear altogether.

Once you replace your core beliefs with new beliefs you will also find yourself replacing your negative thoughts with positive ones.  Once this happens, you will have activated the positive side of the law of attraction in your life, and watch out world — nothing will keep you from attaining what you desire.

So then, the key to living your dream life and achieving your goals is three fold:

—->Remove your negative subconscious core beliefs
—->Replace them with positive subconscious beliefs and
—->Entertain and engage in positive thinking and feeling.

By doing these three things, you can actually start experiencing all the things in life you’ve wanted.  You will be amazed at how easy it really is and wonder what took you so long.

Positive attitude and its wonders

Today I am going to write regarding positive attitude and how it is must for our
well-being.I read somewhere that there would be many reasons for destroying of this
earth.

1.Earth-Sun distance is reducing 2.Global Warming 3.Pollution 4.Nuclear weapons
5.Eruption of volcanos 6.terrorism and 7.Negative thinking.

Just imagine that Negative thinking is
one of the causes for destruction of this earth.Belive me that positive thinking can
do wonders.I would like to share a story regarding positive attitude.

Once a person
Bought a baby bear and started living with bear.Since bear was so cute and small
he is enjoying playing and dancing with it.After some time bear had become somewhat
big so that person’s neighbour told that we are afraid of this bear since it is wild
animal so you better put it somewhere in zoo.So that person did exactly what his
neighbours told.

He everyday goes to that zoo and spend some time with that bear.
Now that person has to go other city for a period of 5 years.So he went to other city and
during that time that bear became very big.

After completion of 5 years he came back to
his hometown and visited that zoo.He had a key of that cage so he went inside and huged
that bear.Bear also huged him!.

After sometime watchman of that zoo ran and took that person
out from that cage.That person told that dont worry .Bear knows me.I only put here before
5 years..

That watchman told your bear was died before 2 years.You huged is not your bear
it was second one.Now that person starts perspiring and thinking that how come that bear
huged and played with me?.

The only answer is positive attitude of that person.He was so
confident that bear loves me and that made that bear hug him.See the miracle of positive
thinking/attitude that it creats love in wild animal also.
