Self Development Tip #1 – Forgiveness is the way to move forward
“Always forgive your enemies, nothing annoys them so much” Oscar Wilde
This is a great quote and a fantastic concept. Forgiveness doesn’t sound easy, especially if you feel you have been unnecessarily hurt or wronged. However, it is the ONLY way to inner peace. If you cannot forgive, you cannot let go of the negative emotions inside you. The pain will eventually rot from the inside out and will affect every area of your life.
Why let someone else’s actions hurt you for any longer than they already have?
Think of this way, if someone hurt you, say 5 years ago – do you think that they have sat and wept for the past 5 years about how they wronged you? It’s very unlikely, or they would have made an effort to gain your forgiveness. Let go of the past or the past will destroy YOU.
In my early 20’s, I used to think of ‘forgiveness’ as a religious idea. Something that people involved in a religion would do for us ’sinners’. When actually forgiveness isn’t about the other person – it’s not about THEM being forgiven, it’s about YOU being able to let go. This is the point of forgiveness. It doesn’t mean that you think they are an ok person, or that you believe that they’ve changed or that they would never repeat their actions. All it means is that you are willing to let go of your negative energy connected to that person or event.
The more severe the wrongdoing, the more important it is for you to forgive and let go. If you truly believe that you are unable to let go of the past, I highly recommend using one of the energy healing techniques such as EFT (tapping), Emotrance, TAT or ZPoint. It will make a huge difference to your life, once you can let go of the trapped negative energy.
Do it now before it is too late. Negative energy will eventually manifest itself as severe issues such as depression, anxiety, a phobia or PTSD and even physical illness.
This person has already destroyed your past – are you going to let them hurt your future? The choice is yours.

You Are More of a Risk Taker Than You Think
If I asked a number of people why they don’t go after their dreams of financial independence most would tell me they are afraid of taking the risk. Some may not even realize this is an underlying fear yet it is incredibly common especially among people who are set in their ways. They loathe their current working environment and desire an escape from the shackles of their professional careers, yet they don’t believe they have what it takes to start a home based business. Think again!
Are you married? Do you have children? Did you go to school or get a new car? I know these events sound like commonplace but in actuality each involves an element of risk. When you get married, for instance, nothing is guaranteed. You do not know how the relationship will turn out, what struggles you will face or what direction it will take. But people are getting married by the millions every single day! You are a risk taker by nature and don’t even know it. You take a risk every time you get behind the driver’s seat or fly on a plane. In life, nothing is guaranteed and most decisions involve little if not a lot of risk.
Consider all of the decisions you made in your lifetime. If you really take a good look at your life, you will realize you have what it takes to start something new. If you believe you can do something, even if it is a small amount, you will possess the impetus to go after it. Yes, you will be afraid, but who isn’t? I left a long and prosperous career as a chiropractor to pursue my internet business. Yes, the decision paid off immensely but I had some doubts and fears in the beginning. My dissatisfaction with where I was prompted me to continue in spite of negative emotions.
If you are sick and tired of the “status quo” lifestyle of the daily grind and know something better exists, now is the time to make it happen! Regardless of your status and income level in your profession, you can still take action and never look back. What is it you really want? If you are searching for freedom from the daily grind, I suggest you start focusing on what you need to do and take the next step. Everyone makes mistakes and you will too, but you will never change your current existence if you don’t take any chances.

Short Sale Training – Acknowledge the Efforts of All Team Members
As children, we’ve been taught to say “thank you” to everyone who gives us something, provides a service to us, helps us achieve one of our goals. As we mature, we also notice that it is much easier to say thank you when there is no conflict, when the gift or favor is offered happily with no resistance, and when it involves minimal effort on our part.
The courtesy of an acknowledgment or a “thank you” is often lost when we have to fight, scratch, and claw for each and every minor request. Tensions often flare, negative emotions are triggered, patience is diminished, all in the attempt to gain something we believe is rightfully ours. At the end of a contentious negotiation, we are so exhausted that we lose sight of the contributions made by each party, and even if we remember, may not have the energy to offer a heartfelt acknowledgment.
We know that giving thanks is something that is based on the rules for courtesy and for common sense. To counter the times when we are to mentally exhausted or emotionally depleted, keep in mind that the appropriate time to say thank you is with each and every interaction, no matter how productive. Here is a list of heartfelt thanks we give to the parties involved, when we say thank you for…
Bank representative –taking our call and helping us with our file today, the time you spent with me on the phone, the advice/feedback you gave me, ordering the BPO (Broker’s Priced Opinion) appraisal, marking the file as complete, consulting with their manager, escalating the file.
Buyer’s agent – for keeping up to date with this transaction and providing regular updates to their clients, for helping their client remain emotionally committed to the transaction, for finding a qualified buyer with the patience to wait for a short sale approval letter
Seller – for their cooperation in providing all the documents requested by the lender, for getting educated on the legal, tax, and credit consequences of a short sale, for facilitating the appointment with the BPO appraiser, for their participation in conference calls with the lenders
Listing Agent – for collecting and uploading all of the documents, for finding qualified and patient buyers and backup buyers, for their marketing efforts to advertise and prepare the home for sale
Appraiser – for coming out to the property and spending their time creating the report and submitting it on a timely basis
Buyer – for their patience and dedication to the transaction, for their work with their mortgage broker to get their pre-approval letter, and to get qualified for a loan once the approval letters are delivered.
Escrow/Title Officer – for their preparation of the estimated HUD-1 statements and final HUD-1 statements

Disability Without Limitation
No doubt physically challenge or disability is one factor that has impeded or even brought to an abrupt end the life’s journey of many. A person is said to be physically challenged who for one reason or the other cannot perform his normal duties properly and as at when due. Disabilities may be in form of deaf, impaired speech, blindness, etc. The physically challenged notwithstanding can conquer that challenge and become what God has destined him to become if he can boldly declare “I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me”.
Disability is not an inability is a common saying among conquerors. That you are physically challenged does not mean that you are an invalid or a never-do-well. Your physical challenge is not reason for you to languish in itself pity but a time to look inside and find out what abilities and potentials God has so graciously deposited in you because He really has put some strength to cover for that physical challenge or seeming disability.
There are many people in these contemporary times who though physically challenged were not limited by their challenges, today we talked about their feats. You too can choose to see your present physical challenge as a stepping stone to being the person that God has purposed you to be and not as a stumbling block.
John Foppe, a man born without hands and learn to live through life using his legs to write his name, type, put food in his mouth, etc. Fanny Crosby who became blind from infancy, but before her death had written more than 8000 hymns. I became deaf when I was 2 years old as a result of sickness. I was unable to hear and speak at all, but I never counted myself as an unfortunate being because I could do what my peers were capable of doing. Today, I read Business Administration at the University of Ilorin in Nigeria.
There’s so much you can achieve if you will not allow negative emotions occasioned by your physical challenge to weigh you down. Start now and see how much can be done through you. Your life will be a testimony to the wonders of God!

Law Of Attraction: How To Stay Focused Every Day
It’s easy enough to understand the concept behind the Law of Attraction (LOA) – we get what we focus on. In our busy lives however it’s not always easy to stay focused on what we want so I developed this simple schedule to help me stay on track. It’s the routine I used every day to create the dream life I live now.
First thing
On waking, the first thing I do is spend a few minutes appreciating whatever I can in my immediate surroundings. For example, my comfortable bed, a good night’s sleep, the fact that the sun is shining again and my plans for the day. I used to be woken by an alarm clock, but even then I tried my best to appreciate knowing that I was needed somewhere or that I was employed and being paid.
In the bathroom, I smile at my reflection in the mirror, wish myself good morning and tell myself “I love you”; you can do this silently if you’re worried about being overheard, but don’t skip it.
Preparing for the day
I usually do this while having breakfast. I simply think about my plans and how my day will be organised and spend a few seconds “feeling ahead” for each segment to see if any negative emotions come up. If they do, I’ll spend a couple of minutes thinking what it is about that time period that I don’t like or don’t want .. and then immediately ask myself “ok, what do I want and how do I want to feel?” This pivoting is something I’ll continue to do throughout the day, whenever a negative feeling comes up.
If I have a really busy day ahead, I’ll also spend some time allocating some of my tasks to the Universe. Esther Hicks calls this the “Placemat Process”; imagine a placemat with a line drawn down the middle. On the left is what I intend to complete that day myself, and on the right are the tasks I hand over to the Universe to deal with. Now I don’t have to think of them again today.
Throughout the day I continually refocus on the mantra “I want to feel good” and often just saying/thinking that is enough to break a negative chain of thought.
Refocusing during the day
Just before moving into a new portion of the day, for example as I leave the house or when I start a new piece of work, I’ll pause and decide what I intend for that segment. This is a simple one-line statement and would be something like “I intend a safe and quick journey”, “I intend to complete this work easily and do a great job.” The idea is simply to set my intention and to refocus on the next section of the day.
Ending the day
At the end of the day, I want to go to sleep with the memory of all the good things that happened. For me, it really helps to write them down so I have a special, beautiful journal that I keep only for that. I spend some time savoring everything I can appreciate about the day, congratulate myself for all the times I held to my positive attitude and set my intention for the last segment – a refreshing, peaceful sleep.
This simple schedule helps me to stay focused and enabled me to manifest the life of my dreams.

Seven Simple Steps To Increasing Your Abundance
Have you ever had a day where you simply could not seem to pull yourself out of a bad mood or out of a seemingly non-stop chain of negative events…? Well, I have found a seven simple strategies that might help a bit… these simple strategies actually help you create a positive energy flow. Bringing yourself back into a higher energy does two things: first, raising your energy level noticeably increases your happiness immediately, and second, it helps you continue on your path to attaining outrageous success and wealth.
You may be able to grasp this idea better if you understand the Law of Attraction, which states that whatever is broadcast out into the Universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal frequency, resonance or vibration. There are a lot of ways to convey the “Law of Attraction“:
1. Where your attention goes, your energy flows
2. That which you think about expands
3. Like attracts like
4. That which is like unto itself is drawn
Fundamentally, the Law of Attraction delivers both what you want and what you do not want, depending on the vibration you convey out to the Universe. If you are feeling negative emotions, you have a low energy vibration, and you draw in and experience negative emotions. If you are feeling positive emotions, you have a high energy vibration, and you draw in and experience positive life experiences. One of the ways to lower your vibration is to think in a “lack” mentality.
Listed below are seven simple ideas to help move you out of the lack mode and low energy vibration , and basically help move you back into a high energy by focusing on an abundant mentality. Basically, these seven ideas center around the concept of raising your ‘lack’ mentality and raising your energy vibration to produce a mentality focusing on ‘abundance,’ thereby raising your energy.
Now, what I have provided below is a very simple overview, a cheat-sheet, and because of that I have not gone into a lot of detail behind the reasons why these work… that will be the subject of another post!
And so here they are:
1. Focus on what is RIGHT.
If you find yourself focusing on what is going wrong, or what you are not happy about, you will be operating in a lack mentality and thereby you will be lowering your energy vibration. As an alternative, when you find yourself dwelling on everything that is wrong, make yourself think about all the things in your life that are right, and this will automaticaly shift you into an abundant mentality and thereby raise your vibration I know that sometimes it may not be so easy to simply ‘focus on what is right’, but if you start paying attention to the times when you are focusing on negative things, and make yourself think about something, anything, that is right, you will begin to find it easier to focus on the right things around you, and you will surprise yourself at how many times you actually focus on the negative!
2. Focus on the ABUNDANCE.
Just like when you force yourself to think about all the things that are right in your life, when you focus on the abundance in your life, you help shift yourself into the abundance mentality and as a result cause your energy to resonate at a higher vibration.
3. Express GRATITUDE for what is right and abundant in your life.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions that automatically lifts your energy. In our daily lives, it becomes so easy to take things for granted. How many times during the day do you catch yourself thinking about how grateful you are for everything in your life, compared to the amount of time you actually think about all the problems in your life? If you simply focus more on gratitude throughout your day, you will inevitably start bringing more good into your life. When you express gratitude, you immediately shift your energy into a higher vibration. If you can learn to express gratitude at least once per day, preferably more, you will find yourself more and more in a happier state.
4. “I Am Enough Today/Now/This Very Second”.
A lack mentality results from us thinking that, somehow, we are just not enough, we are lacking somehow. If you just stop yourself and think, in this moment, I am enough, it will transform you immediately.
5. NO Envy or Jealousy.
When you notice what others have, and you allow yourself to think jealous or envious thoughts, you are operating in a lack mentality. Allow yourself to feel this way inevitably lowers your energy vibration.. Focus instead on thinking “I would like to create that for myself.”
6. No One Is Better/Worse Than Me.
When you judge other people, you put yourself into a lack mentality. Instead, focus on realizing that we are all created equal, that every person is on this earth for the same purpose, and that we all are trying to attain the same goal: true happiness and joy.
7. Connect To Spirit.
Regardless of what you call it– Spirit, God, Universal Source, Higher Power, Creative Intelligence, the Unified Field or Nature– it all means the same thing. Connecting to Spirit is the experience of feeling connected to an energy bigger than yourself. Your life becomes more joyful and meaningful the more you are able to connect deeply. Very simply, we are each the individual expression of the Universal Spirit. Once you are able to comprehend that the joy and beauty surrounding you is actually inside of you, too, your life takes on a whole new meaning. You start living more in the flow of life. When you start living from that place of wonder and connecting to a Higher Power, your energy simply vibrates at a much higher level, and you become healthier and happierand you find yourself handling everyday issues with more ease.
And those are seven simples ideas I suggest for helping to raise your energy, and for helping you create an abundance mentality. Not only will doing so make you much happier, but it will also permit the Law Of Attraction to work for you in bringing you the true abundance you desire in your business.

How To Make A Change – Adopt Principles Of Success
I’m sure you’d agree that most people look at the New Year as a time to make a change in their life. Unfortunately, they start out with grand ideas that somehow fall flat. They don’t follow through and they end up feeling guilty. Life goes on, round and round in the same old rut. So how do you make a change — how do you adopt the principles of success?
I’m sure you know that it takes 30 days (some say 21) to create a new habit. That means 30 days of investing time and self-discipline in change. Most people just don’t commit to the 30 day plan and that’s why they fail. Here’s a few steps that will help you make a change and adopt the principles of success.
Commit to a thirty-day program. This can be one you set for yourself or one you get involved with.
Budget the time needed to accomplish your new tasks – make sure you set enough time each day. You can do this by giving up an hour of television time each night.
Reinforce this by reading from a book or listening to a tape each day that supports the change you want to make.
Cut-out the negative influences – for thirty days — don’t allow yourself to wallow in negative emotions or thoughts — quit watching the news and reading the newspaper or talking to folks that are always complaining — this can bring you down
Get physical – whether its a walk around the block, standing instead of sitting or an all-out exercise plan — just do it!
Set time for quiet reflection — your head doesn’t always need to be filled with cell phones, computer or other games. Take time to sit with your new processes and ideas.
Drink plenty of water at least 8 glasses a day. Water helps detox your body as well as replenishing your cells.
Reward yourself – give yourself a reward at the end of each week, a book you wanted, a movie you wanted to see, a new piece of clothing, whatever — provide yourself some incentive.
All in all if you just have the stick-to-it-ness for 30 days, a hour a day which equates to 1.4 days total, you can make radical changes in your life in just a month’s time. When you decide to just do it, you can make a change and adopt the principles of success for yourself.
I know how frustrating it is to not be where you want to be in life, but you must know that the only one who can do anything about it is YOU. Only you can live your life — no one can do that for you. If you are wanting to make a change but find you need some extra help, hop on over to http://www.Law-of-Attraction-Masters.com to find out more.

The 7 Deadly Emotions
This morning as I was preparing myself for the day by drinking my lovely cup of coffee, going through my Simplology praxis and completing my Six Minutes to Success as is part on my daily routine, my focus for the day became clear. Since I am in the progress of creating a personal development series, my next video planned was on this very topic. To me, this is a confirmation of the right plan of action for the day! Now that may not seem important to some, but I find it exhilerating to know my intuitions are spot on and it encourages me to continue using this under used part of my being. This is where I “hear” from the Spirit of God and know the best plan to “walk” in the Spirit.
Here is the list of the 7 deadly emotions to avoid: Fear, Jealousy, Hatred, Revenge, Greed, Superstition, Anger
It is important to note that I will NOT dwell on these negative emotions. I’m only pointing them out so we can identify them as they pop up in our lives so we can quickly change our perspective to control them and NOT allow them to control us. We are to be the master of our emotions and not the other way around!
Where do these emotions come from? Emotions come from our thoughts. It is so important to control out thoughts! That is one of the reasons I’m writing these articles and making the videos. Change your thinking, change your emotions. If you are not happy, it’s because you’ve been thinking the wrong things, dwelling on negative thoughts which create negative and deadly emotions. These emotions take away “life”. We were created to have life and that more abundantly. All I’m offering is a practical way to be happy; something everyone wants! This is my own test for my thoughts, to see if they are worthy of my attention:
Fix your thoughts on what is true and good and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely, and dwell on the fine, good things in others. Think about all praiseworthy things, things to be thankful for.
This is the basis for the Law of Attraction. Discipline your thought life to attract ONLY GOOD things into your life. Not only will you feel happy, but you will get what good things you desire.
The opposite is also true. Think of bad, ugly, destructive and negative thoughts, you get bad, ugly, destructive and negative emotions such as: Fear, Jealousy, Hatred, Revenge, Greed, Superstition, Anger in which every one of these leads to “death” AND DIS-EASE. Here is a brief list of negative emotions that if taken to their conclusion produce undesirable consequences:
Fear is faith pointed in the opposite direction – death
Jealousy is hostility toward a rival or one believed to enjoy an advantage – death
Hatred is prejudiced hostility or animosity – death
Revenge – to inflict injury in return for a perceived injustice – death
Greed is defined as an inordinate or reprehensible acquisitiveness (all forms of stealing)
Superstition is a belief or practice resulting from ignorance, fear of the unknown; an irrational abject attitude of mind toward the supernatural, nature, or God resulting from fears
Anger is a strong feeling of displeasure and usually of antagonism -death
If happiness and joy are your desired states of being, these emotions must be checked and eliminated at all cost! These emotions can and must be changed and I will tell you in a future writing how to change your perspective on these to change them from a negative to the corresponding positive emotion. It all happens in your mind.
Remember, the Law of Attraction works both ways! Guard your mind AND your heart!

A Simple, Yet Powerful Little Truth About You and the Universe
Your emotions are your guidance system. Whatever you are feeling is a direct indication of whether or not you are in alignment with who you really are. What do I mean by that? I mean your Soul Work. What are you here for? What goals to you want to accomplish in this life. How do you want to go about it? Listen to that little inner voice that says YES! whenever something excites you. Follow that feeling. When you are feeling Happy, Joyful, Loving, Grateful, or any other positive emotion, you are leaning towards who you really are. Those good feelings are the Universe’s way of saying “Yes! You’re on the right track. This is who you are!”
Conversely when you’re feeling negative emotions like hate, anger, jealousy, sadness, depression, the Universe is still trying to give you a message. That message is “This is not who you are. This is uncomfortable. This doesn’t fit.” When you think about it, isn’t that a great system? Doesn’t that give you the utmost hope? So, if you are feeling upset over your financial circumstances, do you know what that really means? It means the Universe is saying ” but you’re Rich! Why are you feeling poor? Get out of this space immediately!” Isn’t it comforting to know that your negative emotions are the Universe’s way of saying that, in fact, you are the opposite of what you are feeling? That must mean the Universe knows you are:
Rich
Successful
Healthy
Happy
Joyful
Giving
Abundant in every good way
And a million other wonderful things….
To me, that’s a very comforting thought. I recommend you remember that the next time you are feeling down. It’s the Universe’s way of saying “Chin up! You are better than this!” So, why not listen? You well automatically feel better when you realize this simple, yet powerful little truth. You are SPLENDID!!! And The Universe knows it.

Find Happiness: By Mediation Or Laughing Aloud?
Find happiness - that is what everyone is doing every day. For most of us the definition of happiness is being able to experience a number of positive emotions like joy, affection, contentment, hope, and gratitude.
Based on a Buddhist teaching, happiness is a state of mind. The true source of happiness is in the mind, not in external circumstances. So to find happiness, one has to understand how the mind works and then only one can bring our mind under control to achieve happiness.
To their teaching, what we are experiencing is actually a contaminated happiness, or pleasurable feelings and not true happiness. We are actually “changing suffering”. It is just a temporary thing.
What they mean is what we experience the so-called happiness is actually pleasure due to the relief of our previous pain. For instance, the pleasure we derive from eating is really just a temporary reduction of our hunger. They believe you can find happiness by meditation.
Then there are people who defined happiness as a feeling of “subjective well-being”, meaning that only we can decide if we are happy or not. Interestingly, too happy is also consider as bad thing. We still need some negative emotions. For instance we all need occasional guilt, temporary worry, anger and sadness to help us know what we need to change to improve our lives.
According to Dr. Diener’s book, “Happiness: Unlocking the Mysteries of Psychological Wealth”, there is another important aspect of happiness called life satisfaction. Life satisfaction means doing well in areas that are important to us like relationships, health, work, leisure, spirituality and income.
In his research to find happiness, Dr Ed Diener says there is another factor in happiness that is called “flourishing”. This is the assessment that our lives have meaning and purpose.
Do you know you can feel happier right this minute, regardless of your age or temperament? From an article in Reader’s Digest, psychologist Will Fleeson, PhD, of Wake Forest University, claimed that he has found a surefire way to boost the spirit. Just do something energetic, adventurous, assertive or bold. It can be as simple as singing or dancing to the radio, or laughing out aloud.
But not everyone accept this kind of forced power of positive thinking. Author of “Stop Smiling, Start Kvetching”, Bowdoin College psychologist Barbara Held, PhD, said that not everyone can still strike a pose of sunny optimism in the face of life’s mishaps, and in fact it can do harm.
So, how do you find happiness in your own way?
