Self-Actualization Plan
It is important to know the nature of our physiological and psychological needs..When you set your mind to work for a good cause, you are actually tapping and activating power that promotes health in every corner of your physical, psychological, and emotional being. Your emotions will run high in a positive manner. You will feel sentimentally contented with what you are doing. You will feel as though you’re the highest paid executive in the business, not because you’re being paid with money, but because you’re being paid with your own sense of fulfillment. when you give your all, the best will bounce back to you. The act of giving your very best to the needy can likewise cultivate the best emotional satisfaction in your heart. Whatever form of help you extend, be it services or something of value, you will undoubtedly receive something better in return, self-actualization.
Is there anything better than a simple “thank you” that is meant with sincerity? Is there anything better than an appreciation that makes you feel needed and important? Is there anything better than to see smiles on other people’s faces for having made them feel equally important and cared for? If your physical resources are limited, you can put your talent or creativity to work. Your urge to help those in need should inspire you to find ways in accumulating resources to actualize your intention. You can come up with ideas to generate more money through fund raising programs. You may also give more of your time doing volunteer service.
You must realize that negative people have no power. They might even say nasty things, because they don’t believe in themselves. It is best to keep ultra positive, and their negativity won’t even phase you. Remember it is very important to keep the right state of mind. You can listen to your favorite motivational speaker when things seem a little tough to give you that edge you want. Sometimes it is almost like magic when you start listen to your motivational CD’s and your attitude starts to change for the better. You can’t help the benefits of being in this industry, it teach a person how to have an optimistic attitude in life. If we could quickly review the major reasons why people fail we could just avoid those pitfalls. A person could keep their motivation high and their expectation realistic, which will help a person keep focused. Find your purpose that makes you who you are.

Motivational Speaker(NNOS Studios of Ohio) – Emotional Triggers and Confidence
We all find ourselves lacking confidence at times. Here’s a simple technique that you’ll be able to use instantly. I use it every day. We’ll be activating what is known as EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS. It is almost like coming from behind, and inducing confidence.
Think of something that you feel really good, really confident doing. Watch yourself, as though on a screen, but in your mind. If you have any videos of you doing this, watch them. Look at the way you move. Study the expressions on your face. Watch your eyes. Feel the way you are feeling in the video. How are you handling whatever comes your way? How are you thinking? Look at your posture. Look at your shoulders.
Your objective is to imitate that. This will activate the confidence you had in the video, from behind the scenes.
Here’s an example: If I’m asked to be a motivational speaker at a certain function, I always need to prepare myself. I will usually take a walk before I speak, and think about something that I feel extremely confident doing. This can be scoring a goal when I’m playing hockey. Or it’s by looking at my instructor’s badge and thinking of the way I’d carry myself when I entered a dojo or training hall. By placing myself in these states, I notice that I hold a bit more air in my chest. My shoulders are more pulled back rather than slumping forward. My vision is super sharp. I have a confidence to my walk that simulates an authority over myself and circumstances.
If I score a goal, I feel like I own the ice…not in an arrogant way, but in a fearless way. I have a very slight smirk on my face that’s inviting any challenge. I am smooth and fast. I play extremely clean and am a step ahead of the next pass.
That’s my preparation process. By now I am walking with a slight smirk. My shoulders are pulled back, more air in my chest, and I’m asking myself questions with answers that I want to hear. Like, “Why does ( ) want ME to talk to this crowd?” And I get an answer like, “Because you know what you’re talking about.”
Emotional triggers. Use them.

Motivational Speaker – Overturning it all: Demanding Success (NNOS Studios of Ohio)
Ever listen to any motivational speakers or read any books that totally inspire you to take a different course of action? Did you ever leave a seminar where the motivational speakers had you leaving so determined, that you knew nothing could stop you from following your dreams?
Did you ever have that feeling deflate or the motivational effect die off, hours or days after the workshop? Ever wonder whether or not you’d have become successful had that determination only stayed with you? Would you? There’s an incredible chance that you would. The cause of your loss of motivation is ENVIRONMENT. Not the city or country you live in…your immediate environment.
Your immediate environment is the group of people you hang with, the books that you read, the things you watch or listen to. Environment stands waiting at the door as you leave the seminar. It doesn’t argue with you yet, but sits in your car with you as you make phone calls, telling others about the transforming message you heard from an incredible motivational speaker or group of speakers. It doesn’t debate with you about the motivational speakers or the messages they gave. IT DOESN’T EVEN CONSIDER THAT! Your environment embodies you because you’re going right back into it.
Your environment is like a container for your dreams…for your beliefs and habits. If your environment – your beliefs, your habits – does not support your goals or dreams, it will cause your motivation to deflate like a balloon. The solution is to change your environment. You must surround yourself with literture and people that have beliefs and habits that support your goal(s). Be with people that have already achieved similar goals. Your beliefs and habits will begin to alter accordingly. Scientists suggest that we are the average of the 5 people that we spend most of our time with. Think about that.
We talk about success. We mention how setting goals is one of the first steps toward success, and how it’s the differentiating factor between a success and a failure. We read motivational articles written by the best speakers and success coaches on setting and achieving goals. But what about the scientific end of it? The why?
Many of you know that I’m a speaker and success coach on the principles of success…the hows and whys. For those of you who don’t know, I get into the science of these steps…the faculties and mechanisms that are accessed in the brain. I’m going to talk briefly about the psycho-cybernetic mechanism.
The psycho-cybernetic mechanism is an auto-leveling system for the brain. It is designed to maintain a set of instructions. It is designed to keep you at your programmed level of success. No more and no less. Let’s take a closer look.
Let’s say we’re looking at a chart. Zero is in the middle. The numbers above the 0 are 1,2,3 and so on. The numbers below are the 0 are -1,-2,-3 and so on. If our level of success is at the zero position(whatever that number may be in actuality), every time we drop below, to say -1 or -2, the auto-leveling system kicks on the jets and brings us back up to zero. The “jets” in the brain are a chemical that the brain releases, that cause doubt, fear and anxiety. The same thing happens if we cross above the zero, to say 1 or 2. The brain sends the chemical and brings us back to zero.
This is because the body likes comfort zones. So when dealing with success, if you are trying to set a goal that is beyond your comfort zone, your body will think that you’re going off-track and will start sending you feelings of doubt, fear, anxiety and so on, to try and cause you to cease your pursuit.
The system can work in your favor, also. But you have to learn how to change the settings on the psycho-cybernetic mechanism. Change happens from the inside out. Success happens, once you’ve changed from within.
Whatever is going on without is simply a reflection of what is going on within our brains. It’s the way we were designed. Did you every notice how some people just seem to have everything going for them? It seems like nothing bad happens to them and whatever they touch turns to gold? Yet you don’t see that they are doing anything much different than you? It’s because the brain is designed to lead you to what it is searching for…regardless of what you may want. Take a look.
The conscious mind is only responsible for 2-4 percent of our actions and perceptions. The rest of it is subconscious. Our actions are simply an end result of our beliefs. Our beliefs are neural networks on our subconscious mind. They form our perceptions. They are responsible for how we see things. Did you ever notice how after you bought a certain car you are suddenly noticing other cars like yours? Were they not there before? No, your brain just spit that info out before it was able to come to your conscious recognition. It does this by something called a Reticular Activating System(RAS) which is a search engine based on your beliefs.
Life will bring you what you expect. What you expect, not necessarily what you desire. It will bring you what you desire only after you train you mind to expect it. This brings us to another phrase: “I’ll believe it when I see it.” The phrase in actuality, is completely backwards. It should say, “I’ll see it when I believe it.”
Success is not money. It’s achievement. Our brain allows us to recognize music or cars or smells or whatever is part of it’s belief or habits system. This system is our conditioning. It is 50 percent genetic and 50 percent environment. So if our conditioning is that of lack, our brain takes that as instruction and makes it easy for us by filtering out whatever is not part of our conditioning. So we only see the articles, the tv shows, the statistics that support our conditioning. Everything else is equally present, but it is spit out as irrelevant data. Articles about success are not registered…and if they get considered, the brain will send the chemical in the body that causes doubt, fear, and anxiety. It does this because it feels you are stepping out of your “comfort zone”.
No one with a conditioning of lack can maintain wealth for longer than a short period of time unless they change from the inside. This is why 85 percent of people who win the lottery are in the same or worse condition within 3 years of winning. The conditioning must be changed. This is a difficult process, and it takes time and discipline. But life will give you what you demand of it…what you’re conditioned to find. It’s the way we were created. It’s a divine design.
To your success,

NNOS Studios of Ohio – Most transforming of motivational speakers
Dennis Andrew, founder of NNOS Studios of Ohio, is one of the few motivational speakers capable of literally transforming crowds. His message is so powerful, that it changes the course of life for hundreds of people from each presentation. The topics encircle success, coming from an angle of personal growth…of changing from the inside out.
Drawing credentials from his own transforming experiences, he speaks on the necessity of following your dreams and passions, and goes about explaining how to do this. Success is not merely money…but achievement. It is not the result of chance, but conditioning. A motivational speaker is there to motivate, but anyone can motivate. This is a motivational speaker that transforms. Success happens as a result of the way we condition our minds.
There are certain mechanisms and faculties that we access in our minds, that determine how we are to go about achieving a dream. There are specific ways to turn dreams into goals, and then direct the brain to find that. The brain only let’s you see what it is looking for regardless of what you want to be looking for. It searches for data relevant to our conditioning. That is why we must change from within.
Dennis’s joining the circle of motivational speakers, originated from his success coaching which he began doing first privately, with those interested in his change. He founded NNOS (Neural Networks Of Success)Studios to further spread the message. A link is included in the bio that will lead to the NNOS Studios website.

Motivational Speaker(NNOS Studios of Ohio) Breaking the ninja in your brain
There is a ninja in your brain. Actually, not only one, but 3 of them.. Motivational speakers? Not quite. They are responsible for your success and your failure – the ninjas. Motivational speakers will try to show you how. A ninja will do whatever it takes to complete his purpose, but I’m a motivational speaker because I’ve figured him out. Let’s roll.
Here they are: your habits, your beliefs, and your immediate environment. The three work very closely together. Forcing a change on any ONE of these, alters the parameters but not the collaboration.
Our body is only a mass of energy at an extremely high rate of vibration. Everything is made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of energy. That is the beginning of a very deep field which we won’t get into in this article, but you will be able to find me and several other motivational speakers speaking on that topic: quantum physics.
Our actions are simply an end result of our beliefs and habits, which are part of the subconscious faculties of our brains. So the subconscious mind is the command center. But it goes much deeper: everything is first picked up by your subconscious mind, analyzed, and if found relevant to your beliefs, it is allowed to come to your conscious recognition. You don’t see with your eyes, you see with your brain. The eyes only allow light to enter but it is the brain that deciphers what that light actually is.
To be concise, if you hold beliefs that you will not be able to achieve something, your brain will only allow you to see the data(such as the magazines, the shows, the people) that will support those beliefs. Did you ever notice how people who think negatively always have negative things happen to them? It’s because the brain is taking that belief as an instruction to find negative things. The brain doesn’t recognize “wants” or “don’t wants”. It only works with the material that we feed it. It’s just like the ground that will grow a poisonous plant just as readily as it will a fruit or vegetable.
So your habits and beliefs are what restrict or grant your success, but it is your environment that SUPPORTS these habits and beliefs. Your environment is like the container that holds these pieces together.
Your environment is the people you hang with, the books you read, the places you go, etc. Did you ever notice how you may read something or listen to a motivational speaker and get totally inspired to do something but then a few hours later the motivational effect deflates? This is because your environment, your container, is not supporting what you heard. The solution is not to change the motivational presentation, but to change your environment to one that will support it. Start surrounding yourself with people who are motivational and who support your dream. This will begin to alter your beliefs. It will also prompt you to change habits. You will begin to notice literature that will be motivational to you. I constantly surround myself with other motivational speakers and seminars. And the end result is what you make of it…what you choose to believe…because we create our beliefs by what we consistantly hold in our thoughts.
To your success,
Dennis Andrew

The Wanderer: Part 37 of 73
The Wanderer by Callie Roos, motivational speaker and author
Part 37 of 73
“What do you mean? I ask. “You minister where you are. To live, to do every day; that is ministry. Why do you want to go there? You can minister here. Every day as you learn, as you walk ahead, every decision, isn’t that ministry? To be in the bush is ministry. To smell this place is ministry.”
“No, you don’t understand,” I say. “I mean Ministry, as in work.” “I don’t understand you,” Xaba interrupts me hurriedly. “Wherever you work, you minister, it’s living. You live from inside. We must just live where we are, every day. That is good enough. That is what the Father planned for us in any case.
Damn it, you people are so mixed up!” It has been a long time since I saw Xaba this impatient. These thoughts are making him cross. “Yes, it may well be so,” I say. “But life does not work that way, my friend. First you need papers and then you must take up your place and position in the Ministry with your papers. I need a congregation. Without a place there is nothing.” “That is what I don’t understand about your kind,” Xaba mumbles.
“What?” I ask. “You are place-beguiled. In the old days it was also like that. Look how ostentatious your places are! Why can’t you just be? There where you are – that becomes the place.
That is how it should be: natural, spontaneous, normal.

The Wanderer written by Callie Roos, motivational speaker, author, teambuilding and leadership expert in South Africa
Part 38 of 73
Where you are every day; that is where you will find God. Ever since you began needing a specific place for each aspect of your lives, your heads are so chaotic. Here where we are right now: the pool, Rundu, Saturday; this is the place. You and me; this is the place. You are too busy. That is why you never find peace.
You don’t even become still on the Day of Rest. It is a big mistake. The Father set you free from being bound to a place more than two thousand years ago, but no, you have to go right back there!” “I understand, but that is not how it works,” I try once more.
“You created the way it works, and you can change it again too,” Xaba counters immediately. “You can change it yourself.” “It’s not that easy Xaba,” I retort. “Do you know what your problem is?” Xaba says. “Your kind always wants to own everything. Control freaks. You think you have to collect a pile of stuff on the planet and then control it.
You control people too! Then you are rich and successful, then things are going well. Then you spend the rest of your lives trying to protect the stuff you have collected with policies, rules and regulations.
In the end, the stuff you own, owns you.

The Wanderer: Part 1 of 73
The Wanderer by Callie Roos, motivational speaker and author
Part 1 of 73
The white stinkwood tree broke right down the trunk. Three parts,” I say to Xaba. “It’s so depressing. It was the biggest tree in the garden. The children used to swing on it when they were small. Good memories. Maybe it signifies something?”
“What?” asks Xaba. “The tree falling over…. I am turning fifty this year, you know.” Xaba peers at me, considering the thought. “Since when do you believe in such nonsense?” he wants to know. I wait for him to say something. There is silence for a while, then he reacts. “The tree just did what it had to do.”
“What’s that?” I ask. “Move on,” he says. “What do you mean?” “Everything moves…. on. Look around you. Everything you see is moving. Nothing stands still.” My eye catches the chair I inherited from my grandfather, a particularly beautiful chair. It is more than 100 years old and fragile. I don’t really want anyone to sit on it anymore, in case it breaks. The chair is also moving on, I think. “Everything is on the move,” Xaba interrupts my thoughts. “Even you. You are getting older. I can see that you are changing. You are different these days.” “What do you mean?” I ask. “More obstinate!” he retorts. “Why are you giving me a hard time now?” I want to know. “We are talking about the white stinkwood.” He smiles as though he had just been waiting for the right moment. Xaba is the first to begin speaking again. “People want everything to stay the same. No change. Keep everything as it was in the old days – if only we could go back to the way things were. But it does not work that way,” he says. “It was not meant to be like that. We were made for only one thing, and that is to be able to change. To move on.”
“Scary!” I say softly. “And now that is the one thing that wears us down the most. We fight this thing, the one thing we should really be good at,” says Xaba “… and that is to change, to just move on.”

Start Living Your Life On Purpose!
What is Passion? passion is something that comes to us when we have learned something. It can also come to us if it is something we wanted to learn. What I have found about myself is the more I learn about something, the more I enjoy it, and so then the more I want to learn about it. I’ve spent a lot of time reading leadership/personal development, public speaking and business books to improve my knowledge and skills as a motivational speaker. A passion can be so strong it will steer every area of your life, home and work and can drive a person to learn more about the area of desired learning. Using a passion in your life can lead to an extremely successful meaningful life. So when you find out what it is you want to do or be then do it on purpose. When we do things on purpose it will be hard for us to get distracted from focusing on where it is we want to go. What we all want to achieve in life takes alot of focus. A few people know already what their passions are, however, many more do not. So, what are some of the ways then to find your passion? First, you need to have some serious time to reflect and its best to do it alone with no distractions. Ask yourself and answer why you want what it is you want. You have to know your why because it will help you stay in the game so to speak. Use a pen and paper and write out all of the major events in your life that you remember to be very positive and life changing. Use those events to inspire you to develop the greatness that is already inside you. This is another way to live your life on purpose. What do you love to do? Some people know the answer at once. Others find themselves completely at a loss maybe it has just been too long since anyone asked them that question. Passion gives us power! When we care passionately about something, then we are prepared to give ourselves wholeheartedly to doing that thing we really care about. Something just happens inside of us that turns the light on inside. We will put in long hours. We will overcome every obstacle. We will simply find a way to get the job done. The reason we will do all of this is for the satisfaction and joy we get when we have the awesome feeling that we are doing what we weremeant to be doing. Doing what you really love does not mean giving up your present life. It just means you found what it is you were created to be and do. You are the president and CEO of you incorporated and you are the only one who can decide where you will go and what you will do. Are you at a place where you feel like you are already too comfortable? If so this is not good for we all should be making progress year after year. Your passion in life won’t let you just sit down and get comfortable. If you really love and enjoy what you are doing, you will eventually master it. You can even pursue your passion as a part-time adventure aside from the profession you have now. You only have to use your talents, gifts, and skills then work hard on them and soon enough, you will amaze everyone that your passion has led you to a more profitable source of income. Self Help Tips To Motivation
First up, let`s get one thing clear. You can go and listen to every motivational speaker in the country, but at the end of the day they can only encourage, the only person who can motivate you is you. Reason and motivation can mean the same or the opposite, depending on the circumstances. The new diet, you want to lose weight to look good and feel good, that`s the reason, but what is your motivation? Is should be the desire and longing to improve yourself, if you want to lose weight to please others you won`t have the self motivation, so will more than likely be unsuccessful. So motivation is basically the urge to improve yourself for yourself.
If there is a possible promotion at work that your partner is urging you to go for, but there is hours of extra work involved which greatly reduces your family time, you need to decide if you have a reason or the motivation. We all want to please our mates, but that shouldn`t be at the expense of making ourselves unhappy. If you want this promotion as a stepping stone to greater things and want the self satisfaction of moving up the career ladder, then go for it, you have both the motivation and reason. If you just have reason, forget it, you don`t really want it and can`t spend your life trying to please other people.
In a nutshell, everything that presents itself to you that you will have to work hard at boils down to this. Sit down and really think about why you want to do this. Take your time, and write it down if it helps. If you have a great personal longing and desire to succeed, then you probably will.
There are different reasons for motivation. If you are basically a couch potato but want to work in one of services for example, you know to have to get off your butt and get fit. The possibility of getting into your chosen career should be all the motivation you need, if even that doesn`t stir you into action, then your career in the services isn`t a vocation, it`s just a flight of fancy. Be realistic too, if you want to lose weight for a special occasion, set yourself an achievable goal. As you get nearer that target you motivation will increase and you will get there and look and feel brilliant. If, on the other hand, the amount of the weight loss is too high, you won`t see it coming off and will get quickly frustrated and lose your motivation altogether and maybe even put on weight through comfort eating. You aren`t a failure, you have just been unrealistic, and this is a common mistake.
So know you know the difference between reason and motivation, look into your heart before embarking on any new project. Make sure that you are doing it for yourself and that you really, really want it. Don`t start on something just to please others as after time feelings of relentless will start to stir and you won`t be happy with your life. This is your motivation and you are already half way there, good luck!
