The Law Of Attraction Doesn't Understand 'don't, Not Or No'
Have you ever wondered why sometimes we get something that we really didn’t want in our lives? People often tell me, “I didn’t ask for THAT!”
In fact, some people think that the Law of Attraction ‘isn’t working for me’ when they attract something they didn’t want into their life–but it is. You see, the Law of Attraction doesn’t hear the words ‘don’t, not or no’ (as in,
‘I don’t want that.’ ‘That’s not what I want.’ ‘No more of this!’) it only responds to your feelings (your vibes) about that subject. If thinking about a certain situation causes you to feel upset, the Law of Attraction sends you MORE upsetting situations.
Here’s a story sent to me by a reader, that demonstrates what I mean:
I went to a charity event last night (for which I paid $50) and then I donated another $20 for raffle tickets for various prizes. The idea was to put your ticket into the bowl that represented the prize you wanted. Well, none of the prizes were exciting to me. I put my ticket into the bowl that seemed the best of the three. And as I did so, I said to myself, ‘I’ really hope I don’t win this silly haircut.’ Then I realized there were more than three prizes and I felt disappointed that I had put my ticket into that bowl, but it was too late to take it back. So, as they were calling the prize winners I again said ‘I’ don’t want that haircut.’ When they read out my number I was so disbelieving that I had to ask them to repeat the number because I could not believe that I had won it – especially because I had said so clearly, ‘I don’t want it!’ – well you know the ending of this story. I focused on it, said “don’t” and focused on it again. DUH!! Now the fact is, it is a nice prize and I will use it – what was I thinking?
Sometimes I use the illustration of the Internet Search Engines–if you go to www.goolge.ca and type in the words ‘no porn’–what will you get? That’s right–PORN. The Search Engines don’t understand Don’t give me–they just understand porn.
So, if I don’t want something, how do I avoid attracting it into my life?
By answering this simple question: ‘If I don’t want this . . . what do I want?’
Sometimes it takes a while to formulate a positive answer to that question, but taking the time to do so is the ONLY way to stop attracting what you don’t want.
If I don’t want clients who are late for our sessions, what do I want? I want clients who are on time or early.
If I don’t want to chase after clients to be paid for my services, what do I want? I want clients who joyfully pay by credit card or E-check for my services–on time or early.
If I fail to get clear about what I DO want, according to the Law of Attraction, I will attract that which I don’t want into my life again and again–for until I place my focus on something else, what I don’t want IS (by default) my focus.
Can you think of something that has been occurring in your life, over and over again? If so, take a few minutes–just 5 or 10 minutes and do this exercise:
1. Write down on paper what this reoccurring event is. State what happens and how it makes you feel.
2. Then ask the question: If I don’t want that to happen again, what DO I want to happen? or If I don’t want to feel like that again, what DO I want to feel like?
Get a picture in your mind, an idea or a feeling for how you would like it to be. Find the words that most accurately express what you want and write them down on paper. Doing this will engage all your senses to such a degree that you will automatically begin to attract events and situations that are more enjoyable.

Law Of Attraction – How To Make It Work For You
The most common form of self help advice out there is ‘know thyself’. For those who don’t know, ‘thy’ means ‘you’. In other words know yourself and what makes you tick.
Know what you believe in everyday rather than what you believe in only when other people are around to see. Know what brings you happiness and brings you pain. What you fear and love. Despite the threat of sounding like a cliché’, you must know thyself in order to change thyself. What does that mean exactly, to change yourself? What it means is that we all have something about our lives that we aren’t happy with.
Some things we can’t help, some things we can, and others we believe we can help but we really can’t and vice versa and so on and so on. The trick is knowing which things fall under which categories and how to accept it when something we thought was one thing was another all together.
A big step in the right direction is handling as much as you can handle, when you can handle it. The law of attraction can help in that respect where it may not in others. So say for example that you really needed money to pay off debt.
You try the lottery and when you’re laying you’re practicing all the law of attraction laws you’ve been learning about lately. You ask to win the lottery, you believe and behave as if it’s going to come true, and finally you’ve accomplished the ever difficult act of opening up yourself enough so that your thoughts can manifest on a visible level.
You have it all down put but unfortunately in the middle of your lottery thoughts you began to think about how jealous so and so is going to be when they find out how much money you won. Or you start worry about the debt you have now and what other bills could turn into just as big of a problem if you don’t get them fixed.
Then you begin to worry if what you win will be enough for all the things you want to do and if it’s not then won’t you be in as tight a spot as you were before? Maybe you should ask for more. Or maybe even play more than once just to make sure that if one doesn’t work another one will.
Do you notice the disintegration of focus there? The thoughts spiraled out of control until they were touching on every subject with just as much intensity as the lottery one. The splitting of focus into different sub categories guarantees failure. The same goes for if you’d concentrated more on your debt than winning the lottery.
Shifting from one extreme like wining a lot of money, to another like owing a lot of money, also shifts the effects of the law f attraction from positive to negative. So know what you want, very specifically, and also why you want it. Know what to concentrate on and do so and you’ll have success more often than not.
So, if you started to think that the law of attraction doesn’t work for you, think again; and find where the problem is. It’s working; but you just can’t using it properly for now! It never means that you’ll never learn the law of attraction. You just need to decide to learn it seriously and you too will see that the law of attraction works for anyone!

You live 3 ways at the same time 1)Your a spiritual being 2) you have intellect 3)you live in a physical body
You are a tri human being you live on 3 plains at the same time. Your job is to synchronize all three. When you can get your thoughts feelings and actions all lined up you will be master of your destination. We have to learn to line all three up inside. You cannot change your income by changing your income. You can only change it by your mind. The mind is not a thing it is an activity or a vibrating frequency. Your subconscious mind is where all things are made from.
Your paradigm dictates your logic. When you ask for something in the intellectual mind if you don’t impress it into the emotional mind it will not manifest.
If you look at life through the eyes of the world your life goes something like this. If You’re lucky. You are born you develop physically. You learn, you graduate, and you get a job, maybe get married. Maybe have kids. Work hard just to pay off You’re home and possibly live long enough after retirement to enjoy a bit of freedom before you die. You spend a lifetime accumulating what you can get and when you die you can take none of it with you.
Sounds special doesn’t it? Hope I didn’t offend anyone…Not. That’s just life right? Why you were born? Trials and tribulations…

-The Body is the instrument of the mind… -information comes into the conscious mind as mental activity. (Not Thinking) -then we choose, accept or reject.
Sub Conscious mind-
-Must Accept. -cannot reject. -cannot determine the difference between that which is real or what is imagined.
If you picture something you want in you conscious mind and impress them on your subconscious mind your body will vibrate to reflect this and prepares your desires for creation, or manifestation. The body moves into action to help produce the results. Your subconscious mind has a paradigm that you have to learn to change to get the results you are asking for. The paradigm controls your results. Once you learn to change your program you will change the results in your life. You cannot really enjoy what you have until you share it with some one…This article is my way of sharing.
Our belief system is in direct co-relation to your Paradigm. It is in by making a paradigm shift that you can change your belief system.
We believe what we believe by evaluation. If we change our evaluation of things so will our belief system. If your belief system is not working for you, you must re-evaluate it and your belief system will change.
Our reality is sometimes false. What is the missing link that some people learn and others don’t?
Top achievers don’t know why they are that way.

What is your belief system…I bet you were told all your life you can’t do this or you can’t do that right? Get a great education and you will go far right? (I am not knocking that, I respect very much those of you who have spent years and great discipline on education) I see so many who have no or little education who are rich and live their lives their way. Schools don’t teach you how to make lots of money or why you were born, or how to be successful in life. Your parents weren’t taught this either. We all have it in us to achieve all that we deserve in life right inside us. We just need direction.
Imagine for a moment that a Bill Gates or Thomas Edison or Alexander Graham Bell were told you can’t do that, and they listened.
Individuals like them created a Paradigm shift. They took that which was thought to be impossible and showed the world that it was real and they changed the belief system to the world. That is a paradigm shift. When you believe something that the world sees as impossible and make it real. Thant is the law of attraction in action. The most successful people out there when asked how they did it can’t tell you. They had a goal loved what they were doing and didn’t listen to others who told them that were impossible to do. That’s all. It started out as a thought A belief. Something changes in the mind and it becomes real to the holder of that thought. Nothing or no one can stop them. They believe they could do it and they did it. This principal can be applied to anything in your life. You must change the way you think and believe in who and what you are.

Most of our beliefs have no foundation. Think about that. I mean really think about that. Our bodies are just an instrument of the mind.
A great experiment for you to try: Ever since I was fresh out of high school and was into my first full time job I had the ability to communicate on a good level with people who seemed to be standoffish. There was a guy who worked on his own and everyone was afraid of him he looked mean all the time and was quite crass. One day somebody needed him to help them and I seen the group of people standing around talking about it. I asked what was wrong and they told me that they needed his help but nobody was going to ask for it because they were all afraid of him. I went right up to him and half jokingly said to him ” Hey John what are you doing scaring everyone around here for?” He was shocked. He seen everyone scatter and looked puzzled. He said to me “I have that effect on everyone?” I told he did but that I knew differently. He asked me if he scarred me and I told I know the real John and he was a cool dude. (A nice Guy) He seemed to appreciate that and told me he was just always under a lot of stress and didn’t mean to be that way. He felt bad and I told him not to be. He changed that day and was very helpful to everyone and as a result everyone got to know the real John and loved him and helped him when they could.
If you take the time to spread love and positive ways to others it really does make a difference not only in their life but in everyone’s. If someone looks like there having a bad day in passing just smile. Out of the blue buy a stranger a cup of coffee. It makes a difference.
You get two things from this: 1) Immediate results-It makes you feel good and 2) Long term-it will come back to you one way or another.
Sounds great? It is…A GREAT Way to live your life. In turn if it keeps going the world is a better place to live in.

We have come to the understanding that the way we work is, well not really working for us anymore. There is a Paradigm Shift happening a change in vibration or frequency if you will. Those that tell you otherwise would also probably want you to buy beachfront property…in Nebraska!

Law Of Attraction And Power Of Subconscious Mind
With the Law of Attraction, we can turn our life into the way we want it to be. This is the opportunity given to us, but either we are going to accept it or not is not bothered by the Law of Attraction because for it, it will manifest anything that we intend to. Once we ask and intend for it, the Universe will make things to happen so that manifestation starts.
We have two minds. One is called Conscious and the other Subconscious. In our Subconscious Mind, exist our habitual thoughts. They are part of us all the time unless we reprogram them. Once it gets there then the Law of Attraction will manifest them and will not stop unless we change our habitual thought again.

Mentally Getting Rid Of Your Past Mistakes
Do you ever feel as if you are repeating your past mistakes over and over again? No matter what you do it seems that a particular past event keeps popping up? Can you ever get rid of the past mistakes of your life and move forward?
When using the Law of Attraction intentionally your past is a part of who you are but focusing on it causes more “mistakes” to arrive as before. It is important when you encounter past mistakes that you feel you can’t seem to forget, to find out why you keep revisiting them. Is it because you feel badly about how whatever it was went? Do you feel rejected or unloved? Does someone else keep bringing it up to you even though you have tried your best to have forgotten it? Is there no closure?
Examine the actual culprit within the whole event and begin there. It may not be much fun to dig so deep within but it is an important part of the process. It’s imperative that you find the core feeling of what causes your thoughts to go to your past. Once you have found this, admit to yourself what you feel you have learned from the situation. Maybe you recognize that you should have listened to your inner voice; the one that told you not to go in the particular direction that led to the “mistake”. Or perhaps you just need to forgive yourself for something that is truly long gone. You see, when you have a past that continually revisits you, you might be feeling that you have let yourself down or have let others down, but dwelling on those feelings and thoughts are only going to make you miserable and make you feel inadequate and bring you more of the same.
If you can’t find a solution, if there isn’t a closure, then begin to focus on a solution; one that is resolved and in your favor. When the past thought and feeling comes to you shift your focus to resolution in your favor. That will trigger the positive vibrations to emit from you and the Universe will bring you a solution. No more focusing on how whatever the events may have been hurt you or others, just focus on a solution and expect resolve that is comfortable for you.
If you have a past filled with hurt, one where others have hurt you, start with forgiveness. It’s funny about forgiveness. Forgiving someone actually helps you more than it could ever help the person who needs to be forgiven. You see, when you forgive someone you are letting all the feelings of anger, frustration, and sadness go. You can then move forward. Hanging onto those feelings will only attract more of the same. Forgiveness is an incredible release and provides freedom for you. If the ‘action’ of another is the thing you can’t seem to forgive, then just begin by forgiving the person and not the act. This is a way to release what you are holding on to and begin getting on with your life. If you are a person who just loves to live in the past, we suggest you pick the past that you love and not the one that caused you pain. Shift your focus to the positive and realize you can move forward in your life. You are not defined as a person by your past mistakes. They were events that were a tiny part of your life and do not sum up who you are.
There really are no mistakes, just decisions you made based upon the perceptions you had at the time. Learn from them; don’t focus on worrying that they will happen again, and begin to move forward.
And if you do have someone in your life who is trying to keep you from forgetting and moving on, realize that this is their own world they are creating and that they may enjoy holding those feelings and thoughts of past mistakes over you. You don’t have to be a part of this.
If someone feels badly about you because of a past event or “mistake” and you have done all that you can to rectify the past to no avail, you must decide to move on. If others need to keep feeling bad about something that is already over, that is their world and their choice, but you don’t have to participate. You can choose to let it be a part of your life now, just like they do, or brush off your shoulders and keep moving forward toward what you really want in life. Our past is an important part of who we are. It teaches us what we want and don’t want and helps us with our future decisions in life. But that’s all it is. Get over it and live the life you want. You’ll be glad you did.

Seven Simple Steps To Increasing Your Abundance
Have you ever had a day where you simply could not seem to pull yourself out of a bad mood or out of a seemingly non-stop chain of negative events…? Well, I have found a seven simple strategies that might help a bit… these simple strategies actually help you create a positive energy flow. Bringing yourself back into a higher energy does two things: first, raising your energy level noticeably increases your happiness immediately, and second, it helps you continue on your path to attaining outrageous success and wealth.
You may be able to grasp this idea better if you understand the Law of Attraction, which states that whatever is broadcast out into the Universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal frequency, resonance or vibration. There are a lot of ways to convey the “Law of Attraction“:
1. Where your attention goes, your energy flows
2. That which you think about expands
3. Like attracts like
4. That which is like unto itself is drawn
Fundamentally, the Law of Attraction delivers both what you want and what you do not want, depending on the vibration you convey out to the Universe. If you are feeling negative emotions, you have a low energy vibration, and you draw in and experience negative emotions. If you are feeling positive emotions, you have a high energy vibration, and you draw in and experience positive life experiences. One of the ways to lower your vibration is to think in a “lack” mentality.
Listed below are seven simple ideas to help move you out of the lack mode and low energy vibration , and basically help move you back into a high energy by focusing on an abundant mentality. Basically, these seven ideas center around the concept of raising your ‘lack’ mentality and raising your energy vibration to produce a mentality focusing on ‘abundance,’ thereby raising your energy.
Now, what I have provided below is a very simple overview, a cheat-sheet, and because of that I have not gone into a lot of detail behind the reasons why these work… that will be the subject of another post!
And so here they are:
1. Focus on what is RIGHT.
If you find yourself focusing on what is going wrong, or what you are not happy about, you will be operating in a lack mentality and thereby you will be lowering your energy vibration. As an alternative, when you find yourself dwelling on everything that is wrong, make yourself think about all the things in your life that are right, and this will automaticaly shift you into an abundant mentality and thereby raise your vibration I know that sometimes it may not be so easy to simply ‘focus on what is right’, but if you start paying attention to the times when you are focusing on negative things, and make yourself think about something, anything, that is right, you will begin to find it easier to focus on the right things around you, and you will surprise yourself at how many times you actually focus on the negative!
2. Focus on the ABUNDANCE.
Just like when you force yourself to think about all the things that are right in your life, when you focus on the abundance in your life, you help shift yourself into the abundance mentality and as a result cause your energy to resonate at a higher vibration.
3. Express GRATITUDE for what is right and abundant in your life.
Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions that automatically lifts your energy. In our daily lives, it becomes so easy to take things for granted. How many times during the day do you catch yourself thinking about how grateful you are for everything in your life, compared to the amount of time you actually think about all the problems in your life? If you simply focus more on gratitude throughout your day, you will inevitably start bringing more good into your life. When you express gratitude, you immediately shift your energy into a higher vibration. If you can learn to express gratitude at least once per day, preferably more, you will find yourself more and more in a happier state.
4. “I Am Enough Today/Now/This Very Second”.
A lack mentality results from us thinking that, somehow, we are just not enough, we are lacking somehow. If you just stop yourself and think, in this moment, I am enough, it will transform you immediately.
5. NO Envy or Jealousy.
When you notice what others have, and you allow yourself to think jealous or envious thoughts, you are operating in a lack mentality. Allow yourself to feel this way inevitably lowers your energy vibration.. Focus instead on thinking “I would like to create that for myself.”
6. No One Is Better/Worse Than Me.
When you judge other people, you put yourself into a lack mentality. Instead, focus on realizing that we are all created equal, that every person is on this earth for the same purpose, and that we all are trying to attain the same goal: true happiness and joy.
7. Connect To Spirit.
Regardless of what you call it– Spirit, God, Universal Source, Higher Power, Creative Intelligence, the Unified Field or Nature– it all means the same thing. Connecting to Spirit is the experience of feeling connected to an energy bigger than yourself. Your life becomes more joyful and meaningful the more you are able to connect deeply. Very simply, we are each the individual expression of the Universal Spirit. Once you are able to comprehend that the joy and beauty surrounding you is actually inside of you, too, your life takes on a whole new meaning. You start living more in the flow of life. When you start living from that place of wonder and connecting to a Higher Power, your energy simply vibrates at a much higher level, and you become healthier and happierand you find yourself handling everyday issues with more ease.
And those are seven simples ideas I suggest for helping to raise your energy, and for helping you create an abundance mentality. Not only will doing so make you much happier, but it will also permit the Law Of Attraction to work for you in bringing you the true abundance you desire in your business.

How To Attract Prosperity Into Your Life
How to attract prosperity into your life is a question that so many people think that they have the answer to but really don’t. The think that all you have to do is think prosperity, say a few affirmations and the riches and abundance that they seek will somehow appear out of nowhere.
As unrealistic as that may sound people have that misconception about attracting abundance, wealth and prosperity and then when they do not get what they want they say that the law of attraction does not work. I am here to tell you that it does work if you know how to apply it correctly.
Here are 5 tips that you should apply every day:
Tip # 1 – Be clear about what you want.
The first thing you want to do is to find out what you want, whether it is money, a relationship, a prosperous business, children, etc and be clear that is what you really want. Do not waiver; do not want one thing today and something different tomorrow. You must stay consistent and apply faith.
Tip # 2 – Set your intention. You want to set your intention by first writing it down and posting it in a place where you can see it every day. Let the GOD or the universe whichever you believe in know what it is that you want. If you are clear about what you want, make a statement, say it aloud, let the higher being that can grant you want you want know that you are serious and again apply faith.
Tip #3 – Visualize and meditate. Each morning when you wake up and at night before you go to bed visualize what you want down to the smallest and minute detail. See yourself living the life that you want, feel yourself enjoying what you are seeing in your mind. It may be hard a first because there are so many thoughts going on in our mind at one time. That is where the meditation comes in. Take a few minutes and focus on what you want, clear your mind, breathe, relax and meditate on what you want. It gets easier and is lots of fun. Start to believe that you have received what you want before you get it.
Tip #4 – Gratitude. ALWAYS have an attitude of gratitude. Be grateful for everything that you already have and say it often as possible. Even have gratitude for the thing that you want even before you get it, it will put you closer in touch with your GOD and/or the universe to move you toward your path to your goals much faster. Feel appreciation, happiness, joy, any positive emotion that you can think of. If you can’t do that, then focus on something or someone that evokes the positive emotion and apply that to the object of your desire. Check your emotions often to make sure you stay in the positive flow of things.
Tip #5 – Take action. You must put forth action with everything that you do. You can do all of these things and apply faith but nothing will transpire if you do nothing. It is written in one of the most famous books in the world, “Faith without works is dead!” So remember if you want that car, that house, that job, that money, you have to go out and put forth action to get it. It will not appear out of thin air!
If you apply these simple 5 things to your life each day, you will start to notice that you are now attracting that prosperity into your life. You will also notice that the happiness that you feel really did not come from the things that you thought you wanted by having them, it came from within you. You are truly the prosperity that you have been seeking!
