The word motivation is equal to the word “move”. Then it means when you are not equipped with the quality of motivational force then your life is still and stale. The life of that person is connected to the failure in every walk of life. Many people are seen in daily lives who feel lacking in motivation which may be the temporary or the permanent symptom.

When we discuss the lacking motivation we see that lacking is of three types.

1. Every day of the year is not good so this is regular lacking motivation.

2. After some time of the work the person loses his interest to do work, May be after few days of working, so this is mild lacking motivation.

3. Severe lack of motivation or crisis needs medication. This is the third type and you will always be less motivated on every day.

Causes:

When you are affected with this anomaly you are always emerged in your thoughts that either you are not doing well or not paid so. You will always be busy in your work and will not have any time to live in the society to share your life matters with the people and you will face lack in motivation. This may be due to the reason that you think, your abilities are not considered assured or your talent is not trusted. You may be facing few misunderstanding with the boss. This misunderstanding is the cause of lacking in motivation.

Some times few of the events lead to the lacking in motivation, like a man was circumcised in his early life. He took it seriously and lost his interest, motivation and drives to work more.

Always try to eradicate any type of misunderstanding with the boss and try to get more and more skills to impress others. When you will be praised your confidence will be increased. 2. You should always see whether you are going in the right directions or not. Some one who will always encourage will give you good suggestions and you will be able to compare your work with the goals you want to make.

3. You should work hard to get your goals. When you sleep in dreams and just make big goals is not the every thing. Your motivation will give you power to get progress.

4. You should always keep in mind that what will be the real fruit when you will get you goal. It will keep you motivated as a continuous procedure to adopt.

5. You should be determined to keep on the track, some of the troubles will try to misguide you but your determination should be strong. In short lacking of motivation will try to kick you back, this is a disease which will mount on your head and your will be the paralyzed entity of the world. Keep your self alive and act upon our suggestions. We want to see your happy life. Lacking in motivation will suck your life as the wood is eaten from the inside. For some of us the motivation to live is very strong because we are living meaningful and purpose filled lives.  For others due to a variety of factors that will to live gets diminished over time until they are not sure why they exist.  It is not unnatural to lose your impetus along life’s pathway, it can happen to anyone.

If you are experiencing feelings of frustration and stagnancy due to a lack of motivation read this article for some insight into how you can put the stimulus back into your life.  Start out by answering the following questions – I like to call it a motivation checklist.

  • In terms of whom you are, what small thing would you do to change or improve your personality?  List any one factor that you feel is more important than others.  Sure we all need changing in various ways but keep it simple.
  • With regard to your health, what would you do to improve it?  Start exercising, stop smoking, eat a more balanced diet – anything you feel gets top priority.
  • Where is your career going?  Are you satisfied with the way it has been shaping itself?  What would you do to improve the direction your career is taking?
  • Money – what’s the one thing you want to change in this area; organize your finances, set up a retirement plan, get rid of credit card debt, the list is endless but you need to choose the thing that is most important to you.
  • Relationships – tricky area no doubt but one that is really important to our mental well being.  Is your relationship in the doldrums?  Do you need to make amends with someone you have hurt or have hurt you?  Whatever it is put it down.

You can begin with your motivational checklist and you will soon find that you are inspired enough to make changes in your life to make it more fulfilling.
