Monday Morning Dismay- Tips for Making Monday a Good Day

On Friday, everyone seems happy.  The weekend has almost arrived and there is a lot to look forward to.  However, Monday always comes too quickly.  Many may find themselves dreading the return to work on Monday.  It can make people feel stressed, depressed and irritable.  Mondays don’t have to be the worst day of the week.  These tips will help you enjoy any day.

If you want to have a great day every day, learn to control your thoughts.  Thoughts are very powerful and can greatly influence our moods, feelings and behaviors.  If you want to enjoy Monday, change your thoughts.  Rather than thinking, “I can’t believe I have to go back to work” try, “I can’t wait to get started on my project.”  It sounds almost too simple to work, but can be very effective.  Having a positive attitude is one of the most valuable ways to enjoy your week rather than wasting it waiting for Friday.

Another way to enjoy Monday more is to make it a special day.  If you really enjoy taking a hot bubble bath, make Monday night your special bath night.  You may also want to consider eating a special meal, visiting a favorite friend or enjoying a relaxing evening.  Whatever you choose, making Monday special will help you anticipate this often dreaded day of the week.

Another great way to make Monday feel like less of a challenge is to learn to plan ahead.  Getting back into the weekday routine can be difficult after a weekend.  Lay your clothes out the night before.  Pack lunches and tidy up the bathroom.  This will make getting ready Monday morning more enjoyable.  Starting the day off right may help the rest of the day to go a little better.

Monday is the least favorite day of the week for many.  This does not mean that it has to be a bad day.  Learn to enjoy your life each day of the week.  Good times and happy memories can be made on Monday just easily as on Saturday.

How Can We Improve Our Day's Productivity, and Better Succeed, With Prayer?

For most people, it is understood that having a positive attitude, is better than allowing a negative attitude to fester, and cause heartache, pain, and dissatisfaction in our lives.

However, what if you are the kind of person to regularly be down in the dumps, easily distracted, and of a mind that everything will go wrong for you, and those around you?

Whilst there are no miracle cures overnight for everything, it has been proven, by too many people claiming success, to be a fallacy, that prayer power works. How does prayer power work?

To explain better, I have found from my experience, and those I have read about, that it is always good to start with the gratefulness part- that being that we should thank our life source for all that is good that we have. This may seem obvious to some, and unnecessary to others, but again, with countless success stories to prove it, being thankful and grateful is a catalyst to ensuring more comes to us. How does this work?

One view is that the power of the mind work to allow us to manifest in our lives, all that we are grateful for, even if we do not actually have the things we want first. Let me explain with an example.

I had learned of this technique to be thankful for things, as if I already had them, so decided to try it with an object- a car. I regularly pictured in my mind a car that I liked, and actually spent the time imagining, and feeling the car, with emotion. I could smell the interior, the feel of the ride, the quiet of the engine, and so on. I became emotionally involved with this car, in my mind, and genuinely thanked the life source for providing this car for me. Even though I did not yet own this car, I imagined, and believed I owned it, and shortly after, in this case, six months, a better car was offered to me, at a price that I could afford.

I have followed this idea many times over, in my life, with different things, and always work on the idea that I need to believe first, and attach an emotion to my belief, and prayer, and thank in advance for what I am to receive. The concept here is two fold…

Firstly, we always have our needs met, and the world is an abundant place. However, if we close our minds to this possibility, we are less likely to participate in it.

Secondly, we need to emotionally imagine we have our desires met, and this magnetises the likely hood that we will attract circumstances into our lives to ‘get as we desire’.

Desire is a strong emotion, and working with it, helps our prayers to be answered.

When people talk about using the Law of Attraction, they usually start with huge targets.

They talk about attracting a Rolls Royce or winning the lottery.  But……

They are making a critical mistake.

Imagine trying to lift heavy weights the first time you go to the gym.  Its not going to happen.

Not only that but you could injure yourself.  The trainer at the gym would advise starting with light weights first and working upward from there.  If you keep going you will see results.

It’s the same with the Law of Attraction.  Many people fail because they haven’t built up their attitude muscles yet.

You can’t run before you can walk.

So start with trying to manifest smaller things first.  Such as a $1000 before trying for a $1 million.

The Universe is infinite and the amount of money in the Universe is infinite.

Having a positive outlook and making a plan is crucial to manifesting your goals.

You can’t simply ask and wait for it to happen.  You have to make a plan to enable it to happen.

Having a positive attitude is also crucial.  All the years of negativity coming from our parents and people around us doesn’t help either.

We have to change our mindset to allow the Law of Attraction to work for us.  This isn’t easy for most people as the negative voices are replaying in our minds constantly.

We think we are being positive when we ask for what it is we need but if your subconscious mind is negative and says things like ‘that’s never going to happen for us’ then the Law of Attraction simply will not work.

This is where hypnosis comes in.  It helps change the negative voices to positive ones.  It goes after your mindset, gets you thinking positive and then helps you start working on a plan.

It’s all out there waiting for you, the Universe wants you to have abundance, but it isn’t magic.

We have to do our part.
