<p> Nobody can teach us to trust  ourselves it&#8217;s  something each has to learn for ourselves.Fill yourself up with self love, look in the mirror, you see a beautiful loving caring being.,  allow your confidence to  grow, you are learning to trust yourself, then you can trust others .Always remember to give 80% but keep 20% for yourself, your Master key.</p>
<p><strong>INTUITION </strong></p>
<p> Look into yourself for the truth, no point in looking outside, you are just imitating  others if you do, thus denying your true self to the world.</p>

<p>Manipulating yourself to fit in and be one of group of  people are just as unsure as you.</p>
<p>Go against the grain, unloose the cord of conditioning, search inside yourself for what is authentic and accept it unconditionally.</p>
<p>Rely on your awareness and sensitivity to respond to situations, (use your gut feeling) you find yourself in. Speak what&#8217;s on your mind open and honestly. Study the art of Listening. Learn to listen to your inner thoughts and Spirit Guide.</p>
<p>Learn to trust your Intuition, Trust will grow and your intuition will yield results to your surprise and advantage.</p>
<p>Your INTUITION will tell you when to speed up and when to slow down. All you have to do is LISTEN. Becoming more sensitive will allow you see thing you didn&#8217;t see previously,  You will sense when to communicate and when to stay silent and listen, (A FORM OF ANGER MANAGEMENT)</p>
<p>Learn when to get close, or when to allow space between you and the other person. (INVISIBLE RESPECT) When to put energy into something or when to pull back.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t always be consistent, be more flexible.<br />
Live in the moment, the world is changing constantly.<br />
Accelerate but be prepared to slow down.</p>
<p>Stop look and listen to yourself, learn to be your own person, you will be surprised  how good you really are.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you ever thought about calling somebody but didn&#8217;t, then they called you?</p>
<p>We all had something familier to this happen to us. It&#8217;s called Intuition.</p>
<p>In these busy times we usually dismiss it or just don&#8217;t pay attention to that little voice or that &#8220;Gut Feeling&#8221;.</p>
<p>Well you could benefit  if you to started listening to and trusted your intuition more. You may have to learn how to do this again. It was probably more natural to do when you were younger.</p>
<p>Here are some tips that could help you to use your intuition more or at least get you into a better state of mind and release some stress.</p>
<ul>
<li>Find a quiet Place</li>
<li>Breathe deeply a few times</li>
<li>Quiet the voices in your head</li>
<li>Remember a pleasant experience or memory</li>
<li>Imagine time is passing and that you are weeks into the future and your problems no longer exist</li>
<li>Let go of your problem</li>
<li>Go forward with your daily routines with a feeling of expecting great things and be aware of any hunches or ideas you have</li>
</ul>
<p>Try this for a few days or a week and see what you think.</p>
