My Principles – Balance is Everything
alance is Everything, sometimes we tend to forget what’s important in our life. What’s important to us, “My Principles”.
Many of us may not realise this but, whether we are aware of it or not. We all live life by a set of rules. Most of us do not realise until they really put it to the thought.
Some may be good for us and others may be bad. It’s when we become aware of them thats important and make, if necessary, the adjustments to improve our lives.
We may set out to achieve some really big goals in life, thats good. However we must never forget that Balance is Everything. Having good principles and stick to “My Principles is important as with out them it’s hard to achieve anything.
Having principles in your life is the most important thing as they will serve you as your guide to living the life you want to, the way you want it.
Sometimes you may find that for a moment in our life you may have gone offbeat and not living your life according to your principles. This happens to me, quite a lot of times. What’s important is that you do realise and, you do whatever is necessary to go back on track with your principles.
So how important is it to have principles, good principles that will keep you healthy, happy and alive.
After reading a really good book called: “The Secret”, by Rhonda Byrne. I have come to realise how important it is to pay attention to my current state of health and how much of what I do during my day can in affect be directly responsible for me being unwell.
I have come to realise that many of us including myself, tend to think we have become unwell because of something we caught in the air. May well be true. In fact many times that’s how we do become unwell.
I also know that our body needs to be in a good state of health in order for us not to become unwell. We can take medication to help us get better or fight the disease.
I’m not a doctor but, I have learnt one thing. Most of the time we can do without medication. In fact much of the medication that we take does not fight the disease but helps ease the pain that comes as a result.
How many times have we taken medication for headaches, migraines, tension headaches, high blood pressure. I can go on and, on and on. In the first place, this could have been avoided if we had paid more attention to ourselves and live a balanced lifestyle.
All we need is a small shift in our lifestyles. pain and disease are a sign that we are not living life as healthy as we should. Maybe at some point we have gone offbeat, forgotten about our principles, balance is everything and as a result incorrectly shifted our priorities in such a way that they led us to being unwell.
As I said before what’s important, is, that we come to realise this and make the necessary shift in order to get back on track.
Hope you did find this article interesting and come back for more eye opening pieces.

How Do You Know When Success is About to Happen?
To many times we give up at the brink of success. All who triumph to their ultimate goals in life had to face adversity. When you about to mention those famous words, I quit. This is an indication that success is right around the corner waiting to see what the next move you will take is.
Change: When change begins to occur in your life in a positive way, don’t fight against it, grab a hold of it and don’t let go. When change makes you feel uncomfortable, don’t run from it, run towards it. When change makes you weep because of what you have to let go of, wipe your eyes and look towards where your help comes from. Towards God, because if He allows this change to occur in your life, it is because He is getting ready to bless you in a mighty way. That means that success is coming in your direction.
Difficulties: It’s so unfortunate that this is where most of the mistake has been made when it comes to succeeding in life. Do you not know that hard times and difficulties only come to prepare us for success?
Just imagine that you have been pursing you dreams for a long time, you have been focusing and moving forward with no hindrances. All of a curtain when you are about to get your lucky brake, here come all sorts of negativity and turmoil begin to happen, trying to throw you off from you God given success.
Remember this, the closer you get towards your victory in life success, the more intense and more difficult it will get for you, however, this is where you have to be strong and intensify your faith and believe that He who begins a good work is faithful to finish it.
Affliction: When we are afflicted, we have the mentality of always begging and pleading for God to remove our affliction. Of course not all affliction was meant for the purpose of success in your life, however, what the enemy meant for evil, God will use for good. If for any unfortunate reason you are afflicted in any area in you life, use that affliction to drive you into a higher way of thinking.
The enemy’s greatest attack goes towards those that God is getting ready to bless. So how do you know when success is getting ready to happen? When you are right at the point when you are getting ready to throw in the towel of defeat.
Hold on just a little while longer and let God bless you tremendously. God Bless you.

Goals Setting Tips – Goal-Setting Tips For Down-To-Earth Folks
Do you go through life without setting goals? Are you among those who feel that setting goals is for overly ambitious people, and not down-to-earth folks like you? You may have a problem with such an approach to life.
The fact is, your days are passing you by one after the other without a clear vision of what it is all about. Without the vision that setting goals gives us, we tend to waste time and effort on mundane activities which do not further us as individuals.
Goal setting does not mean that you have to live a strictly regimented life. All it means is that you set realistic and consistent goals so that your day-to-day and long-term objectives are fulfilled. It is also important to provide enough room in your plans to prepare for unforeseen eventualities. This is what is known as ‘having a Plan B’.
You should look at the setting of goals as a sort of game you play in your mind. It is not a one-time activity – you need to revisit your goals often so that they become fixed in your mind. The objective is to reach a state where almost everything you do derives from your short-term and long-term goals. It should not be a conscious process, but rather a reflexive one. Goals Setting Tips
While setting your goals in life, there are certain guidelines you can follow. One is to be as specific and detailed as possible while setting a goal. This will help you establish in your mind the ‘who, what, when, where, which and why’ of your objectives. Such visualization has been proved as highly effective when it comes to the attainments of a certain goal.
The attainment of goals should also be practically measurable, meaning that you should be able to track the progress you are making on a certain goal at all times. Remember that if is measurable, it is attainable – a common-enough maxim among successful athletes.
Obviously, a major prerequisite is that your goals should be attainable, and that your short-term goals are in line with your long-term ones. To be attainable, objectives need to be realistic – they should make logical sense.
You should be able to gauge whether you have the resources, the time, the basic abilities and the motivation to achieve what you are setting out to. It is perfectly okay to aim high while setting goals, but you must be sure you have the talent, strength, knowledge and support it requires.
Finally, good goals are always time-bound. If you do not have a deadline, you are apt to let your goal slip away from one day to the next – and procrastination is the deadliest of goal-killers. Goals Setting Tips
