What You See You Become
How do you see yourself? Do you have some warped self image? I am a loser, I can’t do anything right, I am just a fat slob. All things negative will cause you heartache, defeat and you will become a self-fulfilling prophesy. Think about it, how many happy, well adjusted successful negative people you have met? I realize we all have a sad story to tell, we all have hurts, pain, and heartaches. To this I say get over it and fast, rebound, so that you can have a wonderful and productive life.
You have so much potential inside of you. Okay so what if it is a hidden treasure. Go find it,dig deep, if necessary . Uncover the hidden beauty those talents that you are afraid to use. Those dreams, that you have refused to chase after. Do not allow the fear of failure stop you. If you fail just keep on getting back up. Do not allow peer pressure to hold you back from being your best. You will never ever please everyone so you might as well be fulfilled and please yourself. You are of value, come on stop having pity parties you are on this planet for a reason share the beauty of you, show us that little something, something that only you possess. Celebrate your worth.
You are indeed priceless. Please don’t exit this planet with all the beauty left inside. Share the real you. Okay some people will reject you but those who understand your true value will embrace you. Do not allow life’s painful experiences to control your heart and make you bitter. Overcome the obstacles to become better and better. That is what winners do and you are winner. Refuse to allow fear to immobilize you. Courageous people are simply people who do it even though they are afraid.
Don’t you dare talk bad about your new best friend, you. Encourage yourself, love yourself, and expect the very best from yourself. See yourself in the winner’s circle and one day you will arrive. live your dreams.
You are a winner, believe it and live it!

Stop Whining, change your thoughts change your life!
Are you tired of the way your life is, your business is? Then Stop whining, make a change from the inside and become happy. Change your thoughts, change your life. It really is just as simple as that! Once you become happy with yourself you will be surprised how it changes everything else.
You say, Yeah Right!, Simple? My business is failing, my relationship is on the rocks, my boss or employees do not like me. How am I suppose to change that?
Well first of all stop whining about it, the more you focus on how bad things are, the more bad things will happen. You need to focus on the good things in your life, Yes there are good things!
Good things like, your able to get out of bed in the morning, you just witnessed the birth of a new baby, you have a family that loves you, maybe you even have a dog and they are always happy to see you.
The Pursuit of Happiness
The whole purpose of life is an old saying, In the Pursuit of Happiness! That is what you have to consistently do, is pursue happiness. In order to do that you have to change from the inside. You can change how you look, but until you change what is inside, you will always be the same. Change on the inside by saying affirmations, What a Great day!, It is so good to be alive!, or Today is the best day of my life!
Once you change your thoughts in your subconscious mind, you will start feeling happy instead of sad. If your having trouble with your relationship, then everyday write down what made you fall in love with your partner in the first place. Focus on everything good about them, then give it about 30 days and the love will return.
Decide what needs to be changed in order for you to be happy, then take it one step at a time. If you try to change everything at once you will become more stressed, and things will work just the opposite for you.
Fear
The biggest thing most people need to change is having fear, fear of failure, and even fear of success, maybe you think you do not deserve to have success. Another one is dwelling on the past, come on already, the past is gone. Another one is worrying about the future. What good does it possibly do to worry about the future when it is not even here yet.
When you focus on all the negative things in your life rather than the positive, you can be assured that you are heading in the direction of anxiety. Get rid of all the negative thoughts, what good do they really do you? Focus on only positive for true happiness.
The Perfect Syndrome
Do not get trapped in the, I have to be perfect syndrome? Well, no one is perfect. If you really think about it, if everyone were perfect, what a boring world we would live in. Holding yourself to the highest of standards can be draining emotionally and physically. There is no reason to put yourself, or you family through that!
Stop focusing on what you are NOT happy about, and start focusing on what WILL make you happy. Make room inside of you for that change, push out all the unhappiness that has been bottled up and stick in happy.
Relax
Learn to relax. When your relaxed things are easier to cope with, which makes it easier to make changes. When you are relaxed start writing down those things that you want to change inside of you, and then take them step by step toward your true happiness.
Break your old habits and start new happy habits. It will not happen over night, they say it takes 21 days to change. Be persistent and stick with it for at least 21 days, and watch how your life changes.
Remember, Stop whining, Be Happy, Change your thoughts, change your life!

Self-Limiting Beliefs & False Assumptions
About 15 years ago, I took a personality assessment hoping to gain valuable insight into who I was and what made me, me. Instead, I discovered that I was an internally driven over achiever that had a fear failure. I was ok with the over achiever part, I already knew that, but fear of failure? I was not overly concerned, brushed it off as a vague suggestion, and moved on. Somehow, years later, that statement still hovered in the back of my mind and managed to keep me stuck.
One afternoon, I was talking with a friend, expressing my frustrations about a decision I had been grappling with. She asked what was holding me back from simply moving forward with confidence. I responded with, my fear of failure. She then asked when have you ever failed making you believe you will fail now. Never, I responded somewhat confused by my own reply. At that very moment, I realized I had a belief about myself that was not true, but somehow I held onto it for 15 years. Truly, I did not fear failure the power of suggestion had caught me.
I have since released myself of my wrongfully assigned fear of failure, the self-limiting belief that had me stuck, and I have moved on with confidence. I know I am not the only person to hold onto such self-limiting beliefs, so I encourage you to explore your own personal beliefs and make the choice to release yourself of the burden.
Over, the holiday season I was fortunate, meeting new acquaintances, and engaging in fascinating conversations. One such conversation focused on the topic of self-limiting beliefs and the false assumptions one can make about another. I was speaking to an intriguing gentleman, over lunch, about his history in academia at Yale and his study of the arts. He was well educated, worldly, and entertaining. He spoke of a time in his younger years when someone, reviewing the results of a test, questioned whether he could tie his shoes. This naïve and assuming individual was making an assumption about his intelligence.
Being young and impressionable, this could have influenced this person’s life forever. Instilling a self-limiting belief that he would never amount to anything, because it was questionable whether he was smart enough to tie hisown shoes. This person did not allow false assumptions influence his personal beliefs and he went on to become a well educated and dynamic individual. He had a successful career at Yale, travels the world, speaks more than one language, and is an accomplished artist; something tells me tying his shoes is anything but a challenge. The interesting thing is he still remembers the moment the false assumption was made, but luckily, he can laugh about it
As we enter the year 2010, I encourage you to let go of any self-limiting beliefs or false assumptions from your past. It may or may not be directly in your way, but it could be taking up space for positive energy. Having experienced an empowering “Aha” moment I can tell you with confidence it is an amazing feeling to release yourself of that which is holding you back.

Mastering The Law Of Attraction
The law of attraction is a simple, basic principle that leads people from all walks of life to achieve their most deeply-held goals. Though the principle of the law of attraction itself is simple, following it and mastering it is actually more challenging than it first seems.
The Process of the Law of Attraction
The law is a principle, a plan and a goal, but it is above all a process. It must be followed long term to become something that is done easily and without doubt. Having a deep belief in your own success and happiness is a skill that must be practiced over time just like any other type of skill.
Without doubt and negative expectations, you can fill your life with positive feelings and beliefs. For some people, starting small is an easy way to start introducing the Law of Attraction into their lives.
Reducing Negativity in Your Life
Being positive and expecting positivity begins with choosing positivity and getting rid of your negativity. When a person is struggling with a difficult task, such as starting a new business, it can be easy to fall into negativity because of the vast array of tasks that must be done. It’s easy to avoid tasks out of fear of failure or to expect failure at every turn. This must all be changed in order to embrace positivity.
Learning to act is largely learning how to react. The way you react to the things that happen to you is an important part of the process of learning the Law of Attraction. It takes practice to react in a way that is positive instead of reacting with anger, disappointment or fear. But by changing this reaction, a whole new world of positive beliefs and acts can be unlocked.
Daily Affirmations and the Law of Attraction
Repeating daily affirmations to gain confidence and a positive outlook is a way of introducing specific ideas into your life. To begin introducing these ideas, come up with some affirmations that encompass what you want for yourself. Create a few sentences that each cover one of your most central goals. Create a few more that give you the confidence you need to meet those goals.
Read these affirmations every morning and every night. The repetition of saying them will help you to introduce them into your life. By repeating them so often, you will begin to believe them. They will become mantras that give you power and confidence. Put your belief in all of them being true.
This step in the Law of Attraction reinforces the positive beliefs that you want and keeps them in mind every day until they are second nature. Eventually, you won’t have to repeat them because they will be in mind at all times.

Don't Let the Fear of Failure Limit Your Potential
I hear people all the time complain about their employment situation over and over. I know a few people who have had the same job since I’ve known them and even though they’ve stayed at the same place for as many as 30 years, every time I see them they tell me how much they hate their job. They complain about how their boss doesn’t treat them right and about how tedious it is.
I don’t get it!
Why would anyone stay in a situation that brings them nothing but unhappiness? I’ve even heard these same people tell me about how they are always looking but just can’t find a job “as good as” the job they currently have.
Huh? Are they kidding?
Being an entrepreneur I typically recommend starting their own business. I believe that if you find something you’re extremely passionate about, that you’d love to do every day, and you put some thought into how to turn that passion into a business, you can come up with something that could generate an excellent living.
Most importantly you can improve your quality of life immensely! All the money in the world isn’t worth anything if your quality of life sucks.
I am not saying that starting a business is always the answer, in fact, I don’t believe the majority of the people in this world are cut out to be business owners. The problem is there are still many people who are, and many of these people never give it a shot.
It wouldn’t matter if they had a fool proof business plan, all the financial backing in the world, and Donald Trump whispering in their ear guiding them the whole way. They’ll still stay in that crappy job and complain and moan about it every day like they had for the previous 30 some years.
Why the heck would someone subject themselves to that? Well the answer is very easy.
They are afraid to fail!
Personally I think the fear of failure is completely irrational.
I’m extremely competitive and hate losing more than most people I know, but I could NEVER imagine spending my last dying seconds reviewing my life and realizing that I never put myself in a postion to succeed because I was afraid to fail.
I am not only talking about monetary success, or just business ownership. I am talking about anything.
There are people who never get married because they are too afraid of failing and getting divorced. There are others who never try to get an education because they are afraid they won’t pass and will ultimately fail. And then there are the others who spend every single day hating their job but never look for another one because they are afraid the new job won’t work out.
I once heard an acronym for fear which couldn’t be more accurate. That acronym is …
False Evidence Appearing Real
The next time you find yourself paralyzed by fear or not taking action because you’re afraid it won’t work out.
Stop for a second …
Imagine the worst possible result that might occur if you did fail …
And ask yourself if you could live with it if that result happened.
If the answer is yes (and in almost every case it will be), GO FOR IT!
I promise you the price you’ll pay for failing will be far less than the price you’ll pay for regretting you never took a chance to improve your life.
The most successful people on earth have failed over and over until they finally succeed, and then people point to them and say how “lucky” they are. They aren’t lucky and in some cases they aren’t any smarter than the average person. They were just determined to continue on and on until they made it … and they did!
It’s funny how small the failures look once you’ve finally succeeded.
If you’ve got something you’ve wanted to do, but haven’t moved forward with it because you are afraid it won’t work out, I hope this article helps give you the push needed. If it does and your plan doesn’t work out, you’ll find out it isn’t that bad and I am quite sure it’ll be much easier to move on to the next plan!
