Motivational Speaker – Success Against All Odds – (NNOS Studios of Ohio)
Pursuing a goal against all odds…ah, and to your great success. I smile when someone is so determined to achieve their goal that they sacrifice cash and comfort for its attainment…because I know they’re on the right track.. Here’s the pill: You determine the greatness of an accomplishment by the size of the odds you’re up against. Success is not money, it’s achievement.
Now think of it. If everyone thought you could do it, it’s neither here nor there. Nobody doubts that you can fill gas by yourself. It’s not a big accomplishment. But people were taken into the looney bin to have their heads examined when they voiced their thoughts of not needing wires to carry sound or video. Who believed that Henry Ford would be able to make a car? After all, we’re transitioning from horse to car here…that’s quite a leap. Henry Ford said, “If I gave people what they wanted, I would’ve made a faster horse.” Just reflect on his success. Because of his determination, he became a success. Because of his success, the world has changed.
So let’s reverse-engineer his success. He didn’t have all odds against him just for the sake of swimming against the tide. He had a vision, which he believed to be possible, which became his purpose, which was greater than that of being on terms with the rest. The problem is summed up in one word: CONFORMITY. It is possible to have the vision, the beliefs, and the purpose, but if conformity is greater to you than the accomplishment of that purpose, your success is controlled by society…by economy. We give up.
When you are able to consistantly overturn your own negative influences with positive ones, by drawing on your goal, you have then mastered success. This breaks down to finding a way to outdo the negative every time. It is what is referred to by “not giving up.” Yet you won’t even be tempted to give up if it’s not logically difficult. Focus on your vision, on the end result…not on the physical reality.
To your success,
Dennis Andrew

Motivational Speaker(NNOS Studios of Ohio) Breaking the ninja in your brain
There is a ninja in your brain. Actually, not only one, but 3 of them.. Motivational speakers? Not quite. They are responsible for your success and your failure – the ninjas. Motivational speakers will try to show you how. A ninja will do whatever it takes to complete his purpose, but I’m a motivational speaker because I’ve figured him out. Let’s roll.
Here they are: your habits, your beliefs, and your immediate environment. The three work very closely together. Forcing a change on any ONE of these, alters the parameters but not the collaboration.
Our body is only a mass of energy at an extremely high rate of vibration. Everything is made up of atoms, and atoms are made up of energy. That is the beginning of a very deep field which we won’t get into in this article, but you will be able to find me and several other motivational speakers speaking on that topic: quantum physics.
Our actions are simply an end result of our beliefs and habits, which are part of the subconscious faculties of our brains. So the subconscious mind is the command center. But it goes much deeper: everything is first picked up by your subconscious mind, analyzed, and if found relevant to your beliefs, it is allowed to come to your conscious recognition. You don’t see with your eyes, you see with your brain. The eyes only allow light to enter but it is the brain that deciphers what that light actually is.
To be concise, if you hold beliefs that you will not be able to achieve something, your brain will only allow you to see the data(such as the magazines, the shows, the people) that will support those beliefs. Did you ever notice how people who think negatively always have negative things happen to them? It’s because the brain is taking that belief as an instruction to find negative things. The brain doesn’t recognize “wants” or “don’t wants”. It only works with the material that we feed it. It’s just like the ground that will grow a poisonous plant just as readily as it will a fruit or vegetable.
So your habits and beliefs are what restrict or grant your success, but it is your environment that SUPPORTS these habits and beliefs. Your environment is like the container that holds these pieces together.
Your environment is the people you hang with, the books you read, the places you go, etc. Did you ever notice how you may read something or listen to a motivational speaker and get totally inspired to do something but then a few hours later the motivational effect deflates? This is because your environment, your container, is not supporting what you heard. The solution is not to change the motivational presentation, but to change your environment to one that will support it. Start surrounding yourself with people who are motivational and who support your dream. This will begin to alter your beliefs. It will also prompt you to change habits. You will begin to notice literature that will be motivational to you. I constantly surround myself with other motivational speakers and seminars. And the end result is what you make of it…what you choose to believe…because we create our beliefs by what we consistantly hold in our thoughts.
To your success,
Dennis Andrew

Motivate Yourself and Improve Your Confidence
In order to motivate yourself you have to have discipline, self-awareness, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Discipline is the first essential as without it you will flounder. No matter what your circumstances you must start the day with a routine which encompasses your appearance and a clear idea of what is to be achieved that day. Never mind about tomorrow or next week, today is your priority.
A person with a smart appearance and tidy work station will achieve far more than someone floundering around in a messy room. So before anything else get your priorities for the day sorted out.
Learn to know yourself inside out. Know your weaknesses and your strengths, be honest. Play up your strengths and work on the weaknesses, until you have complete control.
With a disciplined outlook your confidence will grow. Confidence in yourself will project itself to others and make them want to listen to you and follow your example.
In order to become motivated it’s a good idea to set yourself a target and then visualise the end result. Spend time with positive thinking people and discuss the project in full so that you all have a clear idea of what the end result should be.
Spend time reading and learning as much as you can so that you can get to grips with what’s needed. Don’t lose sight of what are the important aspects of your project and write them down so you can tick them off one at a time. This will enable you to see for yourself as you go along the progress you are making.
Share your thoughts and ideas with your colleagues and take on board any suggestions they may have to offer. It’s easy to become self absorbed so outside ideas and suggestions can help to keep the motivation going.
You must be enthusiastic about the work you are doing and confident that you are using every means at your disposal to reach the end target.
A good motivator is the need to succeed and improve your standard of living. Do you want to feel satisfied at the end of the day and know you have done a good day’s work for which, hopefully, you will be handsomely rewarded? Of course you do.
When you’re with other people listen to what they are saying, and show by your body language you’re interested. Their reaction to you will make you feel good about yourself and give you the motivation necessary to push forward.
To know your colleagues are happy to work alongside you, and that your clients like and trust you will give you confidence in yourself and motivate you into wanting to go further.
Learn to believe in yourself and what you’re doing and know that by listening and learning from others you’re building up a storehouse of knowledge which will help you to achieve your vision.
Everyone has something to offer, and if you can bring the best out in other people it will inspire and motivate you.

How to Supercharge the Law of Attraction
There are simple things that you can start doing today that will literally supercharge the law of attraction and help you begin creating any change in your life that you desire. I’d like to share with you three easy strategies that you can use right away to improve the results that you are currently getting!
Your success at manifesting any dream or goal is closely tied to your daily efforts. Using the following three tips will get you on the right path.
LOA Supercharger #1 – Set clear goals and objectives – You have to know where you want to end up before you can figure out how to get there. Without clear and specific goals you will always struggle to get the results you are after. Always!
You don’t want vague results, do you? I didn’t think so… but unless you have a crystal clear vision of what you want you will struggle and never really feel satisfied. How can you? Without knowing exactly what you want, you will never know if you have achieved it, or if you’ve reached it… you get no satisfaction, because there is no end result!
LOA Supercharger #2 – Improve your time management skills. Don’t be put off by this one. Time management is just a name for making the most of the time that you have! Now, if you are like most people, you have a lot to do, and it often seems like it all needs to be done right now! Your life is full, isn’t it?
But it may be full of things that you don’t want, and that’s where managing your time comes in. You have to decide what is important to you and you have to decide to make those things a priority in your life. You will only take action and move toward those things that you decide are a priority.
LOA Supercharger #3 – Commit to improving on a daily basis. – Don’t wait for that one big action or big result to bring your dreams to life. True success is seldom the result of a single thought or action.
It is the small, constant growth that will carry you toward your dreams. Sure, we all love big explosive spurts of growth, especially in the financial area of our lives, but it is the constant reaching, the constant striving to improve our own world that ultimately leads us to success. Seek everyday to take some action toward your dream.
Attracting success is a matter of being aligned with what you say you want. When you begin using these three strategies you will move closer and closer into that alignment and as a result your efforts at applying the law of attraction will improve immediately!
