What Does Prayer Mean Really?
Well for one thing it does not mean repetitive muttering of senseless words that actually have no relevance to your feelings. Prayer is an extension of you the person and as such the more intimate the details of your sincere words the greater the feeling will be attached to them.
Questions to ask when you are ready to pray commence primarily with the why and what are you expecting by praying?
Are you giving thanks with abundant gratitude for just being alive with the abilities to grow and figure out where it is you are going with life and in life?
Meditation on words takes a great deal of effort especially if one is used to reciting continuously verbatim that has been reinforced through years of attendance at a particular type of ceremony; but you can adapt. Combining more than one method of praying may be appropriate and there is no one particular way with the template of one size fitting all applying.
Praying is as individual as the moment you are currently residing within and as such be as creative as your independent spirit allows you. You see God calls us friends of his when we embrace him which means talk with him like you would a best friend. You would not talk to a friend in regular conversation choosing instead to talk with and receiving communication as a result.
Teachers talk to their students but the better teachers encourage their students to talk with them opening friendlier doors of communication. To lead forth is the operation of faith and prayer guides us to lead forth in our lives and the circumstances presented on a daily basis and sometimes even moment by moment.
When you commence your journey towards clarity of purpose when in prayer the realization will unfold enlightening you that from sun-up to sun-down you are in a constant mode of prayer. We have embraced God as a fully enveloped essence when we show him the sincerity of our prayers and as a result he is always with us. With this realization comes the knowledge that as he is encouraging us to live forthright lives which means everything we do in kindness, justice, mercy and love is prayer.
As humans we have the illustrious ability to slip, fail or call it what you will but always remember that when difficulty arrives seek God’s assistance to help and guide you towards conquering that adversity. In the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus urged the disciples to pray in order to strengthen their resolve and avoid temptation; however they fell asleep and thus fell to temptation.
When all the disciples ran away and when Peter denied him three times Jesus did not banish them to oblivion through hell fire and brimstone but recognise their weakness knowing that in their hearts their intentions were as pure as gold. God forgives but we have to do our utmost to retract, to abstain from that which lures us to weaken in the throes of temptation.
How silly would it be if we continually fell by the wayside in the evening and then every morning asking God for cleanliness and forgiveness for the sins we know are going to be repeated? Mockery is not being chaste and neither does it resemble sincerity therefore it shall behoove us to show a firm commitment thus we shall be rewarded with happiness.
Useful tip: there are always many sides to every situation therefore keep true to yourself and trust in God and in the faith you believe in!

What Are Some Ways to Change My Life Situation For the Better? Can I Be More Wealthy?
I think this is a great question, and one that we should be asking ourselves on a daily basis. It is like looking at the best way to make use of the day. No matter who we may be, we all have the same amount of time in the day, and we best use it wisely. Once wasted, for good or poor use, it is gone for the day. A slightly more morbid way to look at this would be “What if tomorrow is my last day on earth?” My point here is that we really can make better use of our days, by being more joyous, grateful, as well as productive.
In the case of the title, I am referring to the improvement of our situation in life. For each of you, this could be a different situation. For some, it may be a relationship issue, and for others, a financial and status issue. There are no right or wrong answers here, just what is most suitable for you. The context I am writing from is a management and financial point of view, or better managing our finances to gain greater wealth over time.
Now, let me put your mind at ease. I am not recommending an investment scheme, or at least not the traditional type, like a monetary fund, but rather talking about the biggest investment you can make- in your mind, in yourself. Put another way, the way you think about things is the difference between you being a loser, versus a winner. I hope I have not offended you, but rather pointed out in strong terms, that the only difference in life between the winners, the losers, and everyone in between is the way they think, and approach problems in life.
Some people will do everything in their power to escape problems, thinking they are too hard, stressful, and just complex, whilst others will look for them. I refer to look at problems as being the way to move forward. Everybody has problems, or if you want to be picky with terms, challenges. It’s how you look at it. Everyone is problems, ranging from mundane and boring to full on life threatening challenges. Most of us fortunately, fit somewhere in between. Now, if that was all, I would end here. Sorry, there’s more.
Now that we understand our thinking and attitude affects the way we process ideas, and reactions to situations, we need to look at and act on the next phase, being a consistent action, and persistent approach. Many people have actually thought of fantastic ideas, and said something like, “I really must get to that one day”, or ‘ That is an interesting Idea. I wonder if…”. Imagine the products, inventions, or life changing systems or services that might now exist if the person thinking about the possibility of something actually went ahead to the next step, and did something about their idea? The world would be a different place.
Fortunately, there are still countless numbers of ideas and things you can do. It is about the action, the ‘work’ part of you prefer, that will move you to the next phase of success.
I genuinely believe that each of us has some great product, be a book, a program, course, and more, just based on our life experiences. It does not matter where you come from, we all have a story that an be turned into something to help others. To break this down, you may specialise in a particular job, and relate something about that that can help people. Many of the products and services that exist today are around to solve a problem of some sort. It just depends on the way you look at it.
To summarise, it is about using your mind in the right ay, with the right attitude, to really see a light, a path, or way, rather than just say it’s all too hard. Many successful businesses have been created from ideas that were acted on, rather than ignored. Use your life experience, and interests to jog your brain into coming up with ideas. Take a look at your challenges, and problems. Ask yourself about the problems you have solved in the past. Can you turn those solutions into something for others?
Your wealth is a state of your mind. If you are not wealthy, I am sorry to say, it is largely due to the way you are thinking. This may seem harsh, but has been proven time and again. You can have two people win the lottery, as a basic example. A year later, one may be even more wealthy, the other may be worse off than before, due to the way they think, and act.

How do you start your day?
I was watching a BraveHeart View episode where they were discussing daily rituals. The question is, what do you do on a daily basis to bring yourself a sense of peace and get your day going?
For most of us we wake up in the morning and as we come to awareness we start thinking about what we don’t have, don’t want and can’t get. If we don’t ground ourselves in some rituals we become very stressed out as we go through our day. And we find ourselves reacting to every situation instead of responding.
Ellie Drake, the founder of BraveHeart Women, said if you don’t consciously choose things that make you feel good you’ll unconsciously create feelings that aren’t good like anxiety, frustration, and sadness. So choose consciously.
I suggest starting with gratitude. Write down 10 things you’re grateful for in your life. Recognize that you’re important and you deserve to have a great day. Give yourself some “me time”.
Take out a picture that brings back pleasant memories for you and go there in your mind. Yes, experience the feelings of joy, pride, freedom that this picture brings. Project those feelings into your day.
Think of three things that say “I love myself” and do them.
One of the best ways to wake up with a sense of peace is going to bed with a sense of peace. So as you wind down your day, take time to express gratitude for things that went well during your day. Visualize yourself having a good night’s rest and waking up refreshed and rejuvenated. Prayer, meditation or some form of relaxation helps.

How to Supercharge the Law of Attraction
There are simple things that you can start doing today that will literally supercharge the law of attraction and help you begin creating any change in your life that you desire. I’d like to share with you three easy strategies that you can use right away to improve the results that you are currently getting!
Your success at manifesting any dream or goal is closely tied to your daily efforts. Using the following three tips will get you on the right path.
LOA Supercharger #1 – Set clear goals and objectives – You have to know where you want to end up before you can figure out how to get there. Without clear and specific goals you will always struggle to get the results you are after. Always!
You don’t want vague results, do you? I didn’t think so… but unless you have a crystal clear vision of what you want you will struggle and never really feel satisfied. How can you? Without knowing exactly what you want, you will never know if you have achieved it, or if you’ve reached it… you get no satisfaction, because there is no end result!
LOA Supercharger #2 – Improve your time management skills. Don’t be put off by this one. Time management is just a name for making the most of the time that you have! Now, if you are like most people, you have a lot to do, and it often seems like it all needs to be done right now! Your life is full, isn’t it?
But it may be full of things that you don’t want, and that’s where managing your time comes in. You have to decide what is important to you and you have to decide to make those things a priority in your life. You will only take action and move toward those things that you decide are a priority.
LOA Supercharger #3 – Commit to improving on a daily basis. – Don’t wait for that one big action or big result to bring your dreams to life. True success is seldom the result of a single thought or action.
It is the small, constant growth that will carry you toward your dreams. Sure, we all love big explosive spurts of growth, especially in the financial area of our lives, but it is the constant reaching, the constant striving to improve our own world that ultimately leads us to success. Seek everyday to take some action toward your dream.
Attracting success is a matter of being aligned with what you say you want. When you begin using these three strategies you will move closer and closer into that alignment and as a result your efforts at applying the law of attraction will improve immediately!

Please be Patient, my Dog is Still Training Me
I’ve lived with animals my entire life. For some reason I keep forgetting that the training process is on-going. Hmmm, for the record, that means my training, not necessarily theirs.
I grew up always living with a dog. From time to time we also had other animals, birds or turtles and I will never forget my wonderful horse Barney, big blue eyes and sweet personality. For some reason during all of those years I was convinced that I was training these companions. Yeah, right.
Boxers have been my buddy of choice since I have become an adult. First there was the unforgettable and most dignified Rocky. Followed by the very undignified, joyful clown of the dog world, Rascal. Now I live with Indiana, or Indy who makes it clear to me on a daily basis that this training stuff is not even close to being over.
Anyone who has ever met Indy has generally commented on his sweet demeanor and very nice manners. It turns out that it was all a scam. I didn’t train this boy at all; he’s been training me for more than five years. And he’s doing a pretty good job of it; at least I think he is.
Indy recently suffered his second stroke. Actually, I’m not at all sure that ’suffered’ is the right word to use as this boy doesn’t seem to be suffering at all. He now tilts rather dramatically to the left and stumbles quite regularly, especially on the vinyl floor, but he has adapted very well. And he’s training me to adapt right along with him.
This smart boy waits for me when he reaches a step. If I don’t notice right away, he will sit there and either make little dolphin squeaks or Chewbacca noises, they seem to be used interchangeably so I can’t say why he chooses one over the other. Once he gets my attention, he starts butt wiggling and waits for me to grasp his collar to walk down the stair. This way he is avoiding any more falls. One smart boxer boy!
Apparently, Indy is also feeling the chill in the air much more than he used to. He will curl up on the edge of his large comforter and wait for me to cover him up, usually tucking his snout down into the blankets as well. For some reason Indy doesn’t seem to feel that my husband or son need as much training, or perhaps he has decided they are not capable of being trained as he doesn’t seem to do these things for them.
More proof that my training isn’t finished? Indy keeps reminding me that I owe him some one on one time, whenever I return home. The guys will tell me that he has been happily curled up into a ball for hours, but as soon as I come home he begins to act as though he is losing his mind. Doing the boxer kidney-bean, making all of his favorite sounds he calls me into the family room. This continues until I sit on the floor. He then promptly curls up with me, waits to be covered up and the snoring commences. I usually feel the Reiki begin to flow immediately. I’m convinced that Indy is very aware that I am able to offer him Reiki and he knows that Reiki offers him healing energy and support.
This could go on and on. The way Indy has trained me to offer him a treat when I want him to come in, rather than simply calling him. He sits in front of me and offers unconditional love with those big chocolate eyes to get his ears rubbed. It’s really an endless story.
Animals are so much more intelligent than many of us give them credit for. They watch, learn and adapt to situations quickly and adeptly. No time is wasted on remorse or recriminations, they simply move on. Learning how to make the best of the situation they are in and generally training the humans they live with along the way.
I try to keep this in mind when I’m working with life coaching clients as well. Facts today are simply what they are, period. How do we cope with the moment and bring about the results we desire? If we learn from the animals I have lived with, we will achieve better results, if we focus on what we want to happen, and then try our best to communicate this to ourselves, those who around us and have the ability to affect our lives and the universe in general.
No doubt Indy has much more to teach me. Just yesterday he convinced me to move his food to an area that is much easier for him to eat. It seems that the training will continue. I’m grateful that Indy is a patient trainer and of course he always rewards me with snuggles, very sweet.
This week I encourage you to focus on training. What you are teaching and what you are learning. Awareness will allow you to fine tune and embrace that which is important to you.
How does this apply to people, cause you know it does right? We are constantly teaching others how to treat us. How do we respond when someone is kind, negligent, friendly, rude, helpful, etc? Our response teaches or trains others that certain behaviors are acceptable or not. We teach others to treat us with kindness or contempt depending upon our expectations and on our response to their treatment. I try to keep this in mind when I’m working with life coaching clients as well. If we learn from the animals I have lived with, we will achieve better results, if we focus on what we want to happen, and then try our best to communicate this to ourselves, those who are around us and have the ability to affect our lives and the universe in general.
Warmly,
Sandy

Inspirational Daily Messages Help You Achieve Your Goals
Everyone has a bad day now and then. Sometimes the whole day seems bad. Sometimes everything is fine and then it seems like a black cloud comes to hang over your head. To help stay happy and focused through it all, try starting a practice of reading inspirational daily messages.
Starting the day with inspiration puts your mind in the right place for the day. You cannot control everything that you experience throughout the day. You can, however, change how you react to your experiences. It is amazing how a little message of inspiration can help you do that, sometimes without you being fully aware.
There are many sources of inspirational messages. There are cards of messages that can be picked from as needed. Many books are available with various types of messages including a sentence or two, stories or poems. Or you can find websites that email regular positive messages.
The important thing is that you find a source of inspiration that you can look to on a daily basis. Starting your day this way is a great way to set the right tone. But you do not have to limit yourself to just that once. Reach for a message whenever you feel the need to be inspired to think positively.
You make positive change by having positive thoughts which translate into positive action. Where energy is concerned, that which is negative will invite more negative in. Positive energy, on the other hand, invites more positive energy and helps us to set and reach the goals we set.
Reading inspirational daily messages helps us to have positive thoughts. When we are thinking positively, we can see the positive side to whatever we encounter throughout the day. It also enables us to be more receptive to opportunities that we come across. Start today with a source of inspiration and keep reading the messages at least once a day. You may be surprised how your life changes after a regular practice of this.
Get more inspirational daily messages and brighten up your day with a daily inspirational message.
