Transformation
Transformation is defined as the act, process, or instance of changing character or condition. Transformation is vital in your life if you aren’t getting the results you dream of for a happier and more fulfilling life.
Because we are inundated with thoughts that have evolved from our childhood, we need transformation to change the way we look at things so the things we look at change. Our perception can be distorted because of our negative experiences and from the knowledge we gained from our parents as little children. Some experiences and the aftermath from the knowledge passed down from our parents have negative connotations that we believe to be true until our transformation is done.
Transformation of our lives is a vital part of attaining our successes and happiness. Without transformation, we will stay stuck in our old patterns of behavior that keeps us from being our most powerful and authentic self.
Sometimes transformation may require us to be accountable for our patterns and therefore a life coach is a valuable person for total transformation. This life coach will enable us to take risk and get out of our comfort zone so that we can attain our true potential. Having a life coach is instrumental so they can identify our old programming in our minds which we ourselves may be oblivious to.
Once your old patterns are identified, a life coach will give you tips and techniques that will allow you to get to the next level in your life. Transformation will help you overcome any fears or worry you have so that you can become the best you!
So, you need to ask yourself what is the most likely outcome if you continue to do what you’ve always done. If your future looks like your present and you are not getting the results in your life you desire, it’s time for a transformation.

self-motivation
Many of us are self-motivated to a certain degree. For example if you go get up and go to work you wont get paid and with no money you can’t pay your bills. You get the picture, if you really don’t enjoy your line of work in this is not self-motivation. Because if it wasn’t for your job you would probably stay in bed. When it comes to things we enjoy doing like fishing get up early to make sure the first at Lake. When it comes to things we don’t enjoy doing it quickly lose motivation and we try to avoid doing them. For most of us when it comes to doing things apart from our jobs like exercising, building a home business, and ect. We become lazy and just don’t want to do it. Why? Because we know that this will be challenging being outside of our comfort zone and we don’t want to be uncomfortable. Some people are very self-motivated we called them things like success, go getters, cream of the crop, the top 5%.Those who defeat all odds to accomplish their dreams. The people who just get up and do what they have to do to get where they want to be. So I’m going to share with you some techniques that I use to focus and to increase my self-motivation.
1. Track success, write down some things you have been avoiding and go do them. Example pay a pass. Track all the task you have completed.
2. Be in gratitude. Be grateful for what you have and what you have already accomplished. Build on the skill sets that you already have and don’t let what you don’t know overwhelm you. Whenever we are stressed, overwhelmed and worried we let all our imaginations run wild. So our judgment becomes clouded in the tend to make bad decisions. Being self-motivated is a state of mind your mind has to be clear and focused on whatever task you are trying to complete. Meditation can also help clear your thoughts and focus your mind. Here is a quote from a famous author,
” You can’t defend your judgment when your imagination is out of focus.”
Mark Twain

Are You a Warrior of Your Life?
Do you find this topic pretty interesting? Is there a need for a Warrior these days? I guess we need to acknowledge that each one of us are warriors. We have so many things we need to fight for to achieve the things we want. We have to fight to turn our dreams into reality.
So what kind of warrior do you want to be? You have all the choice to pick from.
You can be a slacker warrior who does nothing in life by eating, sleeping, doing nothing constructive and wasting the resources of the earth and still bring problems and heartaches to your parents.
A mediocre warrior, who blends in to become part of the herd. It’s safe and sound to be part of the bigger group. Leading a life of mediocrity where he is just satisfied with having his own family and caring about himself only. Neglecting his parents and not contributing to the world at large. Happy ever after in his own world.
An enlighten warrior, who knows what he wants to do and fight his life for it. There is only one motto he got, is either you move away or I am going to die for it. He lives the dream life he wants and his family and friends are proud to be around him.
Which would you like to be? It actually depends on each individual. However, those who wish to remain in their comfort zone will choose the one they are already in. Those who are willing to step out of their comfort zone are the ones who are ready to fight with what they have to be who they want to be.
Do bear in mind that, there’s no physical violence involve in this article. It is basically, striving hard for what we want. First, you need to know where you are now. Second, take an aim to where you want to be. Third, strive hard for it. There is no shortcut to success. It takes time and action to make it possible. Do not try to do too many things at a time. Focus and Act on it.
If you need to do a warrior shout every morning by all means, just don’t wake up the neighbours. Each morning, look through at all the things you would like to carry out for the day and move off to accomplish them with gusto.
What is stopping you now? Nothing Warrior!! March your way to your personal victory in life.

What Do I Do Now?
Have you ever pondered and asked, ‘What do I do now?’ You may be at a crossroads in your life and are not too sure how to make your next move. You may have quit your job because you know for sure that this is not the kind of life you want to live for the rest of your life. But then again, you are not sure what kind of life you want either. Welcome to the world of uncertainty. Be prepared for something greater for uncertainty breeds opportunity.
Even though you are now out of your discomfort zone, this does not mean that you are immediately entering a comfort zone. You look ahead and what lies ahead seems foggy. Do the next best thing. Tune inwards and that will shed some light. Ask yourself, ‘What do I love to do? What are my strengths and talents? How can I best serve the needs of others?’ List all the things that come to your mind including the absurd ones.
Do the next best thing. Pick one that you feel strongly for and take one small step towards it. You may have a strong interest in baking cakes and never fail to receive warm reception to your cakes. You may want to start with taking up a baking course to enhance your skills. Do one thing a time. Enjoy the moment.
While making your way through the journey of uncertainty, there will be times that you may feel down, lonely and disheartened. It is normal. You may not be able to see far down the road and sometimes wonder if you are moving the right way. Don’t worry too much. Have faith that light will shine on your path every time you take another step. You just need to follow your heart and move from one step to the next. Don’t be overly concerned about what lies several hundred steps away. Stay focus. Be discipline. One step a time, you will be guided.
Remember that the darkest hour is just before dawn. You will just have to hang in there. And dawn will surely come.
