Don't Kill It Part five and the conclusion
Warning, Warning One of the greatest ways to kill your dream is too hang around Poison tongued people. These people are filled with negative energy. They can give you a reason why nothing ever works, why it is no use. They are these bitter people that can wipe a smile off of your face in an instant. Never share your dreams with these people but since you can’t always avoid them, use them for your advantage. When they say a negative you think a positive. If they say you can never do that, you think of course I can. Don’t waste your precious energy trying to explain anything too these dream killers just make sure you stay focused on what matters too you and work towards your goals.
Don’t Kill it part six the conclusion
I think I could go on an on about things that will cause one to kill the dream. There are various reasons but really there is only one major dream killer. One factor above all factors that will hinder, delay and sometimes destroy the dream that is planted in side each and everyone of us and that is….The person in the Mirror. I have the final word, I may not have the money, the support, the things that I want but I am convinced I have everything I need to accomplish the mission. You see if I never give up on me, I can live my dreams or I can kill them. I am the deciding factor in my life. I can spend my life making excuses, finding reasons, throwing pity parties for myself. Or I can find a way to make my dream come true, enourage myself even if everyone else is against me. I refuse to leave this planet with my goals, hopes an desires still inside of me. I will not kill my dream, I will nourish it, and watch it grow into a reality.

Don't Kill It Part Three
can tell you of two more fast ways to kill your dreams quick and easy. One, failure to be honest with yourself. It goes something like this. If only I had a personal trainer or that fancy piece of home gym equipment I would exercise and get in shape then. Come on is that really being honest. A personal trainer cannot do it for you, nor can any piece of gym equipment transform your body. You have to do the work.
.Hey if you are not willing move that body and do the things that you can do then It is a fantasy to believe that you will transform instantly under the right conditions. There will never be right conditions something always happens. We must become honest with ourselves if we are ever going to reach our dreams. I was the queen of excuses also know as lies we tell ourselves. I was too old, I didn’t have the time, I didn’t have the resources, bad genetics.
The laundry list was long, but then I came to one conclusion. It was my life and either way I was going to have to live it. I would either discover a way to make it happen or keep finding beautiful excuses to make sure it never would happen.
The second one that is closely related to the first one is believing in lies, fairytales, and every quick fix scheme under the sun.” KILLER ABS PAINLESS QUICK, and EASY.” It is not happening people, read these words let them absorb through your spirit engrave it in your mind and then tell everyone you come in contact with . It will never be painless, It will never be quick and it will never be easy. Okay, I admit these scam artists will quickly get you to part with hard earned money and that is about all.” Anything of value requires hard work, determination and time.

Don't Go There
Don’t Go There
I believe that each person has a unique and special destiny. In this beautifully designed and carefully knitted world in which we live, the variety, shape, size, pigmentation, and talents of human kind seems endless. Although we sometimes may act as though we wish everyone was the same, we would soon tire of the monotony, if everyone was just like us. That is why we shouldn’t waste a second of our time trying to be like anyone else.
A million voices call out to us daily; trying to convince us become someone we are not. Voices of seductive persuasion echo from television, radio, magazines, family, friends, neighbors co workers and the internet. These voices, combined with negative voices, which churn in the storage center of the brain, can be a deadly deterrent, in you ever being true to yourself. I am convinced that even a greater voice whispers in our ear, just be you.
There are some places that we should never go. Avoid being contaminated by places that strip you of your purpose, your passion and your zeal. What you see when you glance in the mirror is an rare treasure. There will never be another exactly like you. Your value and worth is simply unmeasurable. Never doubt the important role that you play in this tour of life.
If you refuse to be who you are, no one else can or ever will take your place, We all will be missing on a great treasure and a rare find. Express yourself, experience yourself and be yourself.

An Act Of Divine Favor
This is a difficult journey at times (I do experience moments of pure joy) but I can do this. The more obstacles that are placed in my path simply mean that I have to dig deeper, press harder
and look for solutions that work. I don’t like problems but they have always proven to be stepping stones, I have to use all my resources and faculties to solve the problem instead of whining and moaning. (Okay maybe a slight moan and a little whine, but I have to get over it quickly)
Each morning before training, I only see one image in my mind. What I
want to become. If I told anyone about it, it would be laughable but if I refuse to surrender it will happen. I don’t allow faith killers and naysayer’s in my inner circle, I like hanging with people who have made the impossible happen, who instill hope.
I refuse to allow myself or anyone else to deter me. I will stand steadfast even when some people label my goals as impossible or crazy.
I am in no hurry to get where I am going but I must arrive. I have a game plan and I know how to use it. Life also knows how to throw me curve balls that causes me to fall on my butt I keep getting back up that is the only thing that matters. What keeps me pumped and coming back for more? It is all about chasing the dream. One of my favorite stories in the bible is about
Jacob and how he wouldn’t stop wrestling until he got his blessings. I too believe in wrestling for the blessing and I refuse to stop until I have received all my blessings, it is an act of divine favor.
