Change Your Thoughts Change Your Life
Many people nowadays tell us to change our thoughts to change our life. But is it that easy? I think success instead of failure and – snip – there it is. I think money instead of debt and – snip – there it is.
Would be nice – wouldn’t it? Unfortunately it doesn’t work this way. Change your thoughts is an essential step into a better life, but this does not mean it is enough or even the main work.
You have to change your thoughts not only one time, you have to make it a habit to think positive – to think success – to think money – to think health. If it is true that thoughts become things, than we created our results. And if we are not content with our results, we probably have to change our thoughts to change our life to get better results.
But I personally believe that sounds a lot easier than it is. First of all, we are used to think negative. If we stand in a queue, it is the slowest one. If we plan for a day off in the nature it starts raining. If we try to get a certain job, another one will be promoted before us etc. etc.
Do you know such thoughts? No one of us is free from such thinking. We are used to expect the worst – so we are not disappointed if it happens. Isn’t it crazy to use our time with imaging bad scenarios and expectations that probably never comes? Instead of enjoying our time, at least before a certain scenario occurs, we spoil us our days with worries about things that can happen or not happen in an indefinite future.
Actually we are not finally certain, whether changing your thoughts will change your life alone – but it will improve your chances and you will be happy at least before any misfortune will occur.
And if we are lucky, this misfortune will never come because in our thoughts – in our imagination we have no space for it. Who knows?
Change your thoughts to change your life – finally it is worth a try. To focus on the good things in life will help us to see those good things, when they come along the path. Everything’s there all the time – black and white, good and bad, night and day, love and hate, laughing and crying, peace and war – everything’s there all the time. The quality of our life depends on the things we focus on.
So change your thoughts will finally help you to recognise the good things in your life – they exist but we don’t see them sometimes. Life will be the same perhaps, but if you change the way how to look at it, it will appear to you completely different. What do you think?

Affirmations That Attract Prosperity

Word your affirmations in a way so that your subconscious mind will not resist.
Make them believable.
Say to yourself, I am becoming more knowledgeable and prosperous with everyday.
This way, you can actually imagine it happening and it
seems more realistic.
Word your affirmations so that full responsibility is placed on you.
Say, I have the opportunity to make money quickly and more easily
than working a routine 9-5, 40 hour a week job!
This will make you feel more in control of your circumstances in your life.
If your focus on the negative is strong, you will probably have to spend more
time, energy and effort on training your mind to think wealth and success.
The effort will be well worth it, since your positive mindset and your success
thoughts will cause you to attract good things into your life.
1)Use your thoughts and emotions to attract abundance.
2)Become more prosperous and set daily goals everyday.
3)Everyone has what it takes to become successful.
4)Become resourceful and create a better life, by helping yourself first,
with positive affirmations and actions, and then helping others

Want a better life? Big changes are difficult, and take time, but there are many easy steps you can take right now. Take many steps, even small ones, and pretty soon you’re getting somewhere.
A Better Life Today
It’s easy just to look, right? Start looking for specific ways to make your life better, and to improve yourself. Even if you don’t accomplish anything immediately, you are preparing yourself. Thinking about change sets your mind and your motivation in motion.
You’re not looking for an excuse to avoid difficult tasks, but you wouldn’t expect to quit cigarettes, alcohol, caffeine and complaining all at once, right? Just make things better today, in any small way. Seeing results will motivate you for the more difficult steps.
Consider some of the following simple actions.
1. Write down some things you’d like to change. This makes the possibility more real, and gets your mind working. Eventually you can make this “wish list” into real goals, with a specific plan.
2. Close your eyes and breath deeply through your nose, whenever you feel stressed. Stress is one of the biggest impediments to a better life. Simple stress-manangemnet techniques like this can help a lot, if you make them a habit.
3. List the good things you’ve got. This may seem trite,but a good mood makes life better. Ever buy a van and start seeing vans everywhere? The same thing happens when you buy an idea. Imagine how it will affect your frame of mind to start seeing good things everywhere.
I could go on, but I don’t know what your goals and needs are. The point here is to get you thinking, and then taking whatever actions you can. If you thought about the whole process, you might never build a house, but it’s easy to nail one board in place, right? (And then one more, and one more…)

Creating A Better Life
In order to create a better life for yourself it is going to take change, and that change starts within your own mind. And as you learn to shift your thoughts from the negative to the positive you will find that life will begin to show a change for the better.
When we think repetitive thoughts that keep us in the same life loop it takes a change in our beliefs to create a new positive experience that we are happy to wake up to. Begin by observing your random daily thoughts. Are they a combination of worry and doubt or are they a mix of worry, joy, and possibly fear? Do you focus on the good in a situation or are you the one who complains even on a good day?
Begin digging deep within yourself and seeing where most of your daily thoughts lie. Then you can begin changing what you want for a life you want by shifting focus. Let’s say you desire a wonderful new life full of joyous experiences. You never want to have to worry about money or relationships ever again. You want a life that is just as you dreamed of. You begin to visualize and think about the life you want, envisioning a day in your life as the perfect day.
See it as if it is happening right at this very moment and build the wonderful feelings that are ‘in the now’. Do this as often as you like through the day but if any doubt seeps in, shift your mind to something else for a time. It isn’t in the visualization that causes a manifestation to slow down; it’s in all the daily stuff you deal with that creates a bit of a chaotic flow. In such circumstances you can go from joy to worry, frustration to happiness, negative to positive, and that creates a vibration that is a mixed signal.
Then begin working on how you react to situations. Retrain your mind to focus on the positive no matter what the situation may hold. Some will say,
“How can you possibly see the positive in that situation?” But you do your best to find something that feels positive within. Our eternal self within is purely positive. It understands unconditional love and knows success. When we are able to draw from that source within, the one that is eternally connected to the Universe, we find that everything is really fine.
We find that no matter what is happening in this physical world we are always eternally at ease within. Finding the vein within you is a treasure. It will guide and help you to understand that by relaxing and seeing all with ease you are signaling to the Universe a life of ease.
But first begin with your daily reaction. When something that normally frustrates you can be reacted to in a different way you’ve begun to change your old way of thinking. Knowing ease and that all is well within in any situation — even if you can’t figure out what is going to happen — will bring you ease. If you’re unable to think of a positive scenario, just shifting to a neutral state of mind can help. Neutral is better than an intense negative emotion that is signaling the Universe to ‘bring me more!’ But don’t stay in neutral for too long.
Look at it this way. When you drive a car you move forward in drive (the positive). If you go in reverse you move backward (the negative), and when you are in neutral you go nowhere. So make sure that once you’ve gotten to neutral, shift (think) forward. And instead of anticipating the worst you assume the best. You shift from negative to positive. It’s just as easy to worry about the worst as it is to assume the best. Both of these ways of thinking determine your life experiences through thought and focus. Don’t you think it would be better to live life assuming the best? As you begin to make these changes and gently retrain your old way of thinking to a new direction you will find a new life of new, positive experiences to fill your days.

Walking The Talk – A Key Element To Mastering The Law Of Attraction
The hit movie “The Secret” was a movie that awakened many to the possibilities of a much better life. The power behind the movie is truly amazing and the message – mindblowing. “The Secret” presented an ever existing message and translated it in a way that modern day could understand.
Rhonda Byrne clearly had a vision of being able to present the information to others in a way that would interest them and catch their attention. She was bang on. She and the teachers in the movie knew there was no secret, but society tends to believe there is a secret to happiness. I happen to believe that is how the name originated.
The movie and book is meant to educate people to retrain their thought patterns and to improve their mindset. Many critics think the message of the movie was if we just think happy thoughts that are life will improve. That is absolutely silly.
Everything in our lives was originated through our thoughts and beliefs. Thoughts and beliefs are just the starting point. Thoughts are strongly related to our emotions. Our emotions are strongly related to our vibration that we emit into the universe. The universe will use this energy that you are emitting outwards and will attract related energies and vibrations to you, example opportunities and similar people.
Having said this, if you are emitting a negative vibration due to the negative thoughts you began with, you will attract negative people and negative events. When this happens, good things will not be able to attract to you.
Here is where some can get confused. Your thoughts need to match your feelings. If you are thinking happy thoughts but are not feeling the happiness associated with these thought, then the universe will still attract your vibration, not your thoughts. The universe cannot read your mind, it can only work as a magnet with your vibration that you are emitting outwards.
Here is where I will somewhat contradict myself. It is still important to think happy thoughts even though we are not feeling it. That is actually apart of retraining your thinking and your belief system. If you are in a negative mood, replace these negative thoughts with positive thoughts and it will have a physiological effect on you. It is also important not to rely soley on this to enhance your mood, but to use this as a tool to train your mind.
Thinking happy thoughts is just the starting point of the process to building a better life. The key element is to live it. Building a positive vibration is one thing, but maintaining this vibration is where the gold is at. Being consistant with this vibration will give you the power to begin attracting your desires on a regular basis and you will see results on a much larger scale the longer your vibration remains constant.
How to get started walking your talk:
Believe that this process will work. Your belief system directly affects your thoughts.
Begin replacing your negative thoughts with positive thoughts even if you don’t believe it at first. This is a great way to retrain your thought patterns.
Concentrate and slow down your breathing. This will allow your mind to relax and allow for positive messages to enter your mind.
Begin healing processes. If we allow ourselves to heal from past events, that will eliminate many blockages you may be encountering with raising your vibrational level.
Affirm to yourself every single day that you are presently accomplishing your goal, even when obstacles present themselves.
Meditate. Quieting the mind and nurturing the soul will help relax the body and the mind that will allow for clearer thinking and better focus.
Watch your mouth. Careful what kind of words you are speaking. If you are speaking in negatives, then negativity can become a reality. Also watch ‘body’ language. If you say things like ‘so and so’ makes you sick, you may become sick. Same as someone being a pain in your neck, your neck can become painful. Your mind and body do not know slang.
Who are you hanging around? Are you hanging around depressing people or energy vampires. You become who you hang around because these people will not stimulate your strengths, only your weaknesses.
The Attitude of Gratitude. Genuinely be grateful for what you already have and for the journey that you are on. The feeling of being grateful will raise your vibration significantly.
If you are going to become an advocate of positive thinking and empowered living, then walk your talk. Remain authentic and true and you will see incredible results all around you.
